It is a very fancy showroom and the high prices support that but you are getting full service, right ? Well no....., I ordered a faucet as our kitchen sink is down to a trickle. They sold me the extra parts I needed. Great! Our plumber comes - we do not have all the parts needed. Missing the deck plate. I'm charged for the visit. I call Ferguson. Olivia tries to help. Chandler our salesperson does not call me back. Ferguson has no parts in stock. I learn the part has to be ordered. She's going to send me a link. Never got it. End of business day, it's Friday no resolution. I end up calling Moen. They will send me the part in TWO weeks! Monday, Chandler does call me and leaves me a message. Sounds like I have to start fresh. As for the display room. It's great for whole house remodel and getting ideas. For comparison shopping it really sucks!

I'm glad Felix and Joe had a good experience at this location. In the past, I've found the staff at…read morethe Ferguson South location to be very helpful. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at the North location on Metropolitan. I'm currently remodeling an outdoor shower and had questions about the drain and frost-proof hose bibs. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store, but the salesman's attitude felt dismissive from the start. When I asked a question about the drain, he responded with, "First of all, what does the guy helping you with this project say?" I'm a woman, but I have experience working on construction and plumbing projects. While I always consult with a certified plumber for final approval, I also do the necessary legwork to ensure that plans and materials are ready in order to avoid delays. I couldn't tell whether the salesman was having a bad day, making assumptions based on my gender, or is simply unhelpful by nature. Either way, even if he didn't have all the answers, a respectful conversation, honest feedback, or a recommendation would have gone a long way.

Every time we turned a corner Floor & Decor staff was asking if we needed in help. The staff was helpful and friendly, which made our time at Floor & Decor pleasant. We got some great ideas today. We, however, need to come back and spend an hour or two looking at all their materials. Quite honestly, they had so many materials, it was bit overwhelming. Interestingly, we did not see anything from our Pinterest Wishlist. Our contractor has other decor places to explore in search of materials for our future bathroom. We likely will review the other places this weekend. We spent $0 today. At the end of the day, it will not take us long to actually to begin to spend money for our bathroom remodel.
