Called back again on Nov 7th and said parts had just been ordered and it would be a week. Called back today, Nov 21st and it is still not ready. They told me a technician forgot to order a part and that they ordered it yesterday and it will be ready next week. Kevin, the manager was very sarcastic, telling me they have 100's of tools to be fixed and he's sorry he didn't make mine a priority or give me a call informing me of the delay. Stay away from them if you need a tool repaired, it may be months before they get to it and they wont let you know of any delays.

Had a helpful sales person; however, I ended up with a floor model covered in dust they had just put out as the last one available. They also didn't have any gas (yes, Airgas had no gas) so he set me up with some .035 fluxcore wire and the machine had only .030 contact tips (seriously?) I can't use the machine until I get the correct tips. All in all, Miller is the best of the best of course, but when you sell someone an .035 wire, make sure they have .035 tips!

(I know my neighbor's situation & am "playing" my part to look out for them). As I saw Sharon taking pics (of my neighbor's driveway and my trees that provide a partial canopy), I approached her to ensure this unloading would be as expected/without issue. I had been witness to the prior explanation of the expected process (including mention of the trees). "By-hand" unloading was the only option to preserve the trees. At the same time, this truck had an "arm" that would likely distribute materials directly into the existing roof more easily (if there weren't coveted trees in the way). "By-hand" Sharon & Chris unloaded the materials. Sharon was polite and professional, especially with addressing a next door neighbor (not the primary client directly). I'm delighted to give the update to my displaced neighbor that all is going as as planned!
