Had a mailbox here for 6 months. Always very helpful as others report. When we are out of town, Steve is really helpful in sorting for us what matters. I always get an email when a package arrives, and if it seems time sensitive, then I always get a phone call! Steve is friendly and nice. He always has a helpful attitude, cheerful when anyone walks in. His other office staff is really helpful too. My house is further away now, but I keep that address because it would be difficult to find such personalized service elsewhere. read more

I went in to have them print a form that I had on my phone so I would have needed to email them the form and have them print it but the employee said sorry I can't do that because he didn't know how to use email? I thought that was the purpose of Postnet? I can't believe that a place that is supposed to provide business services hires people that don't know how to do anything? read more

I visited the store to send a return via FedEx. The man working at the front desk was very rude and proceeded to make fun of my name. He asked repeatedly if I was pronouncing it correctly and was giggly and childish. I bit my lip because he was not worth the confrontation. I will not be back to this location. read more

During my recent vacation in Scottsdale I dropped into this PostNet store to mail a package. While in the store, I noticed the beautiful prints displayed and decided to have some enlargements made of some of my pix. They made enlargements of one picture of my cats and another I had taken on vacation- an Arizona sunset. All I had to do was transferring my digital files over to their computer and they took care of the rest, including stretching the canvas on frames. To top it off they packed up my prints and shipped them to my home in California for me so I wouldn't have to haul them home. Couldn't be easier! The prints turned out gorgeous- the colors match my photos exactly. Highly recommended! read more

I have had my PO Box at this location for my business for several months now, and have had nothing but great experiences here! The owner is so kind and goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful (like the time I had my baby in the backseat and had to ask for help carrying in a large box, since I couldn't carry in the carseat and the large package). After stopping by the shop a few days ago, as a professional photographer I immediately noticed the quality and depth of the color display pieces on the wall. The prints are made on this gigantic Canon (not Epson) hi-res inkjet printer they have on property. Very disappointed by the service, or lack thereof. Sent an important set of documents to California. The person was complaining about his boss making him wrap a large box. He didn't seem to know what shipping label I needed for two day. Finally found it, I filled it out and asked for an envelope to tape tor affix to box. He said he would take care of it. The recipient still hadn't received it. This began a three -day search. Finally showed up at a third party, evidently the label had fallen off. I called the store no less than seven times, and was met with basic indifference. I drove to pick up the box and took it back to that store and explained what I'd found out. Not even an apology. Nothing. Told me where I could take the package for next-day service. My last visit to that store. read more

I went to this PostNet location to mail two letters, certified mail. There was no line, but it took over 10 minutes for the gentlemen to complete my very simple transaction. I was charged over $11.00 per letter - one of which needed to be mailed to a Phoenix address. The post office charges approximately $6.00 for each of the letters I mailed. The mark-up at this place is outrageous. When I asked why the mark-up was so excessive, I was told that it was worth paying for the short wait. 10 minutes for two letters - Give me a break. No stars for this establishment. I was in the store for over 50 minutes. Steve, the owner kept taking care of other customers while I patiently waited. He kept having side conversations while he kept putting off finishing my order. I finally said to please stop all the conversation so I can get my order completed. He said I was welcome to take my box back. After a few minutes, I decided to leave, best decision ever. He quoted me $323.oo for mailing my package with insurance. The next day, I drove to the UPS Customer Care Center in Tempe. Yes, a far drive, but well worth the service and for the same packing, shipping and insurance cost me $178.00. I will not recommend Post Net to the Grayhawk community. He was going to send my box Fed Ex Ground. I called Fed Ex....they only insure artwork up to $1000. I wasn't going to have the proper coverage after all the time spent in the store. Not impressed. read more
