Great customer service. I went in last week to fax. Prices are a lot better than Staples. I took in 4 pages and they were double sided. I asked the young man if both sides went through he said yes. I paid and then noticed the conformation sheet said 4 pages not 8. I received a call that they did not get the backside of the forms. I called upset and spoke to the manager I believe. I wish I got her name. I explained everything. She apologized and said if I came back she would make sure they all went through. I went in and they were so kind and helpful and they all went through. I had a complex transaction involving a document being sent to Washington DC, back to me here, and then to an address in a foreign country. The document got lost on the way to the foreign country.They would only reimburse me for the postage for the last leg of the trip when it was lost. When I tried to explain that they should reimburse me for all three mailings plus the related cashier's check, since the three mailings were related I was told that I would have to take it up with corporate. I ended up having to start all over getting another cashier's check and using a different mail service. I would not use this office again. read more

The passport was issued here in the United States from this state ARIZONA from Phoenix to be specific, it's just foreign because I have a different nationality, your employee did not bother to take a look at it. I called other ups stores and they do in fact take any valid form of identification as long as it's not expired which my valid passport meets all the requirements but you or your employee wouldn't know since employee failed to meet standard verification as his job position requires him to do so. If you're like me, you answered cleaning crew, accountant, mechanic... And to make life a bit more simple, UPS now has storefronts to package, shrink wrap, tape, ship, and confirm whatever the f*%k you want to mail to whoever the f*%k you want to mail it to... Sure, it's expensive as hell, but who likes to clean, work on taxes, change oil, or ship their own packages? Not me! By the way, Kyle is the man at this location - he's a really nice guy. I see there is other bad reviews but I never have issues here. They're always very helpful and fast here even with other customers there. Mornings are better than late afternoon. Also, if you don't have a box to mail something they will occasionally give you a spare one for free. One thing to keep in mind is parking here is tricky so be very careful when parking. read more

Looks like there are a lot of old reviews here. My experience has all been extremely positive in the last 6 months. The two folks that I see most days are very helpful and friendly. It's rarely busy and that could be the times that I visit, away from breakfast when there is spillover from a nearby restaurant. I'm always able to park in 'my spot', and get anything done. I have been going to this UPS store for over 15 years. I have watch ownership change. Today I went in to have to labels printed on 8.5x11 paper. I emailed then the 2 labels and after printing they told me that will be $3.33 !! WHAT !!! I can get black and white pages printed for $.18 each .. What a total SCAM.. Horrible service on the evening of Thursday 3/10 at 6pm (store closers). I've come to this same store for months, I've sent so many packages through here and emailed many times, even have the email saved. I understand that the staff is tired from a long day but they wouldn't help me find any work arounds to print my label and send my package (emails were not going through and really needed to send). They were rude and inconsiderate. Zero personality, they seemed like zombies and it only got worse as they got more annoyed, as if I purposely meant for it to take that long. Don't work in customer service if you hate giving service. I hope they never assist me here again, glad I've never worked with them before. I fully admit that when it comes to handling my personal errands I'm one of those last minute people. Somehow, I always manage to forget things like birthdays, special occasions and deadlines. Instead of planning in advance, I wait until a couple days before and then panic mode sets in. That's why I'm a fan of this UPS Store. They help last minute/forgetful people like me not seem so last minute/forgetful in the eyes of friends and family. I completely forgot about a family member's upcoming birthday, ran out to buy a last minute gift and then needed to ship it to San Francisco ASAP. Not only were the UPS folks at this store friendly, they were also fast AND they helped me figure out the cheapest way possible to ship my stuff. Not that UPS is cheap by any means (hence the -1 star) but everyone here was super accommodating to my, omgineedtoshipthispresentasaporelseiwillbeinhugetrouble freak out. Normally, the people at pack and ship stores are grumpy, the lines are long and the whole experience just makes me want to scream. However I must say that visiting this store is always an enjoyable experience. Plus they have even taped by boxes for me, and didn't force me to buy packing tape like another UPS Store did. Full disclosure: I don't like UPS. Every time I ship a package via UPS ground, I feel like it is about a 50-50 chance that it will actually make it to its destination undamaged. And trying to deal with their "customer service" people on the phone when there is a problem is always a nightmare. They never seem to be able to help find your stuff and on more than one occasion I have had to deal with someone extremely rude. However, since this review is for this store only, I have to say that the guys who work here are pretty nice. And this place is a one stop shop for shipping (USPS and UPS), copying, faxing, making copies of keys, etc. that is conveniently located right across the street from where I work. I use it frequently to drop of outgoing mail or pick up stamps. But for anything more complicated, there is usually going to be a wait associated with a machine not working or the person behind the counter not knowing what they are doing. A perfect example of this is today when I went in to have a passport photo taken. The whole process took over 45 minutes and left me with an uneasy feeling that maybe what I submitted is not a proper photo. It took three tries of taking the picture, then fiddling with it on the computer and trying to get it printed in the proper size. When he finally handed me a usable photo, I fortunately noticed that it was not printed on photo paper and so he had to print again. After all that, I was pretty frustrated since I probably could have done it faster myself at home but I wanted it "professionally" done so that I was sure it was right but now I had no confidence in them at all. But David was so apologetic and graciously gave me the photo and also a padded envelope to mail off the form in for free. That is the only thing that kept them from a 1 star review. read more

This is my go to place for all my business stuff. You can print, fax, scan, receive mail, send mail, notarize, etc ALL at a fraction of what FedEX charges. Quick staff. They are familiar with their computer/printers/scanners, etc. Which is plus I guess since most FedEx location staff have no idea what's going on in their own stores. They send automatic notifications to your email when you receive a package. That alone is pretty helpful. read more

Good afternoon my name is Arturo Araujo from Mesa Arizona back in November 11 I shipped a package from the facility of your guises my package never made it it was to my cell phone company I was doing a trading about a month and a half ago I realize cleaning out my car I found the shipping receipt I threw it away but it was in my head I'm just thinking I never got the credit call the phone company they said they never received it I called UPS the one 800-742-5877 they asked me to call the facility where I ship my package that there was nothing they could do so I did I called (480) 994-8200 when I spoke to Tyler the manager I gave them my information tracking information they said that the package was never shipped they couldn't find it I asked him politely if you can find it he said he will have to look into into the system it will take them a while but if you find it I told him will help you if I give you my partners tracking number since we shipped it at the same time the same day at the same facility with the same girl he said yeah that will be an easier but he had to leave that day he'll call me back on Saturday never got the callback call him on Monday promise a callback week later nothing call them back second week nothing asking me to leave a voicemail and they'll call me back the next business day frustrated and upset but still keeping my composure I called the one 800 number again They promised to do an investigation to call me back week later nothing at this three weeks have gone by I called today upset rude and aggressive since my other demeanor did not work one of your employees supervisor stated since the past three months. There was nothing I could do to call the provider does that created the shipping label to see what he could do why would they do anything about it when it was clearly the facilities fault for not shipping my device I am frustrated of calling in a seem that what these representative did they were just stalling for me to pass statutory limitation where there's nothing you guys could do I feel robbed I will go public on this I will put this on yelp Facebook and Twitter I need my device back I need my money back. read more

Amazon has been charging me for ups pick up, instead of doing it for free like they did before the pandemic. I buy a lot. Sometimes things don't fit or work and returns have been a pain. I finally was able to come to the store righhttttt at when they were closing up and I hate being that person. But, as I was running in, the UPS truck driver was super friendly and willing to grab my packages already labeled as he was getting ready to drive away. And Ashley was so so nice, she opened the door back up to help me with the rest!! Much appreciated, she was very sweet and didn't even try to rush me, even though she stayed longer than she needed to. We just left the scottsdale at camelback store and ask ed for help in packaging and shipping four of our books to Oregon I was so appalled by the way the man handled everything I could hardly speak And that doesn't happen very often - he was in such a big hurry he just threw everything in a box cut the box down and quoted us prices He throughout a few ideas in such a great hurry it was absolutely ridiculous And he was just short of being rude to us He answered our questions but he kept looking over our shoulder talking to other people and tried to handle them while he was handling us at the same time I was concerned he was going to damage the books - he was ready to seal the box up before we put all of our papers back into the box that we had brought with us to ship with them to make sure the books were secure and not damaged - these are gifts for relatives I don't think I have ever had such a poor experience at the UPS store in my entire life I was not impressed with him at all - he was not willing to be very helpful and was just sort of rushing us off as fast as he could I was not impressed with anything that he did and if I didn't know better I would not come to the UPS store again but I know I probably will because it's in the neighborhood I'll have another reason to come there because I have used them for printing and another service read more

Don't go here if you need a notary/witness for a will and related documents. They won't do it "for liability purposes." That is completely illogical considering a notary is a trumped up witness that is trained to verify your identification documents. I have been to this UPS store several times. The staff is very amazing. Especially during this COVID-19 time they are very generous as they have hand sanitizer on the counters and I was told that they sanitize every hour also the employees are encouraged to wash their hands on a regular basis. Do not go here for fingerprint services! I went to this location to have my fingerprints done for a fingerprint clearance card for school. This store advertised this service for $20 so I chose this store to have my fingerprints done. When I arrived at the store and told the clerk what I needed, she handed me a small square ink pad and told me to roll my fingers on the ink pad and then on the paper. She then charged me $20 and I was on my way. I know nothing about fingerprinting, I assumed they did. 3 weeks later my card was returned to me because of the poor job I did. Well, big surprise. I lost critical time for this time sensitve document. Who advertises this service but does not actually provide the CORRECT service? I went to the police department to have this done and it came out much darker and clearer and was obviously done properly by a trained professional. Please stop offering this service since you are not trained on how to do fingerprints!!!!! I called the store to let them know of the situation and the clerk seemed way too busy to really listen to me, didn't seem like he cared much and told me to bring my receipt in and have it redone. Oh yeah, that's what I want to do, lose another 3 weeks of time on my time sensitive document. Not a happy camper over here with this store. read more

This UPS store is like having family or friends take really good care of you. My husband and I purchased a mailbox from them a few months before we moved here and were able to easily get our mail and were notified of any packages that arrived. Since moving here, we use the store to mail everything for our business, mainly because of the convenience of having each package or mailing tracked and emailed to our business. We've also used them to print our all our brochures, which they did at such a reasonable cost AND they try-folded them for us! We were really pleased with the way that all turned out and plan on using them for all our future printing needs. All-in-all, we just love David and Dana and know they will always take care of our needs. They are so very friendly, have a really good sense of humor, and never seem rushed or upset by any customer, even when it's very busy there. We HIGHLY recommend this UPS store. read more

Went to the store around 9:30 am today. Jose was the only person at the store. He wasn't at the counter when I walked in, he crawled out of back room a few minutes after I got in. I informed him that I need to send two packages back and that I have all the labels etc with me. He was standing by the register, completely uninterested in what I was saying and then said that he cannot help me with anything. I had to ask him to show me where the tape was, to provide plastic holders for the label...each time I asked him something, he just pointed to the items, and told me it was not my job to assist me. I kid you not! I hate to give this store a one start rating, because most of his colleagues are really helpful, but I'm doing it hoping that someone really pays attention to this, and sends this guy Jose to some sort of customer service training. Or make it simple, team him up with other teammates and have them show him how customer needs to be treated. To make a long story short, if you stumble upon this Jose guy, do yourself a favor and walk out. He is beyond horrible.
