This company is a scam. Do not work with them. Our company ran into bankruptcy and had the worst performance in history while working with VIIRL. First of all, they learn who your competitors are and claim that they work with them, but after verifying that info (in our case), it became clear they are not working with them. They promised us to have an auto-responder for nearby jobs during our negotiation and then only on the day of the contract signing they said they don't offer that and that it is our fault for not understanding them correctly, and that the autoresponder was only for direct leads. They promise you a lot: upgrading your Yelp page, managing the page, targeting, project portfolio management, all kinds of marketing things for our Yelp- and then they don't do anything at all. Likewise, it is impossible to wrap the head around how ineffectively they wasted our budget. My friend's company running a $2.5k budget on Yelp was able to outperform (by two-fold difference) our company with a $6.8k budget managed through VIIRL in the same month, with double the amount of sales, and almost the same Yelp page-reach count. Important note: the company with a $2.5k budget that was mentioned spends a proportion of the budget on the "Nearby Jobs" function on Yelp, while with our company VIIRL spent the entire $6.8k on direct leads. When asked about how that happen, they pulled out a bunch of stats spreadsheets trying to assure us that everything is okay when we were trying to communicate to them that we are now bankrupt and closing the company because of their performance. Then, when we notified VIIRL that we are bankrupt and have to worry about paying the debts because they basically just took our money and used it for the record-breaking inefficacy of marketing, VIIRL still charged us, after we made them aware that we are in serious debt and are closing the company, filing for bankruptcy, and cannot afford to pay for $6.8k that ultimately brought nothing and destroyed our company. Nothing was done besides connecting us to the auto-responder on Yelp. Furthermore, as we figured at the end of the month, because of the settings that VIIRL set on "hiding our number" (they said it is to avoid telemarketers), many of our customers were not able to reach us and our voicemail was not working. Regardless of providing absolutely the worst service ever, VIIRL still did not accept any responsibility and did not offer any compensation for ruining our company, our life, and our income. They charged us ahead of time, for the next month when we began our service, and now they are claiming that they have end-of-month payments.
