Not exactly welcoming, but it got worse. I mentioned that I raced over from downtown Phoenix to make it before closing, to which he sarcastically replied, "Aren't I lucky?" Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He then quoted me $83 to ship a pot to Ohio, claiming it was the cheapest option. That's simply not true--there are several other shipping services that are significantly less expensive and, more importantly, don't treat their customers like shit. If you value basic customer service and not being treated like an inconvenience, I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If I could rate less than one star, I would.

I…read morehave lived in Pinnacle Peak area for more than 30years and since Michael's opened its store been satisfied with the quality of work and that they will even handle the little things like watch batteries and a recent small repair I had. This was not me purchasing expensive gifts for my wife as in other visits. I'm not sure who JJ D is who left such a negative review of Tina who he was very willing to be frankly abusive and yet he doesn't have the courage to even leave a name. To me anyone that critical yet be anonymous says that he must have another agenda and sad, but given my experience needed to provide an absolute glowing review of how Tina treated me as though I was buying my wife a priceless diamond. I was greeted immediately professionally with a smile and compassion over a family necklace that needed a simple fix prior to a trip which I knew would never happen before I left, BUT Tina took it upon herself to get this small ask turned around in 2 days better than expected, and called me the second was back so I would have and couldn't be more thankful. Again I have been using this store since day 1 and I see a group and team that is very happy and helpful and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the very best jewelry products that also happy to do the smallest things as well. Tina keep up the great work and Dari is fantastic as well!

I have one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Michael's a couple of weeks ago. I brought…read moreabout six watches in to the store to have the batteries changed out and Tina waited on me.. After Tina wrote up the invoice, she took off to help another client and just left my six watches sitting on the counter. Any customer could've picked up a watch and walked out the door with it. Then about 12 days later, I had to actually call the store to find out if my watches were finished. I've had batteries changed out at the store multiple times. It only takes a day or two to accomplish this.. Tina never had any intention of calling me. They were just sitting on her desk. This is really bad customer service. The day I went to pick up the six watches Tina was not in the shop. My six watches were thrown into a Ziploc bag in a pile on top of each other. I was an aghast when I saw the Ziploc bag with the watches . The way the watches were thrown in the bag the watch faces could've been easily scratched. The woman that waited on me when I picked up the watches was very nice, and she was also upset about the way the way the watches were thrown into the Ziploc bag. She took out each watch and wrapped it in tissue paper for me and then placed it into a Michaels store bag. I've never seen Tina in the store before, but I hope she never waits on me again. This is not good customer service. I've had two other women help me and I've also had a man help me in the store and the experience has always been enjoyable. Tina may have thought these watches were not expensive enough for her to pay any attention to. But there was at least $15,000+ worth of watches sitting in that Ziploc bag. I hope Tina never waits on me again.
