I walked up to the store on May 4th at approximately 5 pm but did not enter once I saw a customer and an employee not wearing masks inside the very small store. There was a sign on the front window saying "Employees are wearing masks and we request that we do as well." This was not what I witnessed. It's too bad the people at this UPS Store can't do the simplest actions to ensure public safety during this time. read more

This is my UPS store. I would drive from one extreme end of town all the way to them just to send my packages. They seem to be a mom and pops biz, and I don't know that's why I like it. I feel comfortable, welcomed, and they always take care of whatever easy and prompt. Sometimes I just leave it in the counter and go. They are just good all around. The location is excellent, good parking, great service. It's always the same person, and his family. Sometimes is the son, and today was his daughter and his grand daughter. I think his name is Jim. I gotta get better with names, but still, I always feel right at home when is time to mail something. He gives me the email and I send him the information. He prints them and off it goes. No drama. Great service. I plan to just keep going there and definitely recommend for anyone in the area to use this location for their mailing needs. read more

This UPS store conveniently located right off N Scottsdale Rd, and I've been there for 3 times. I always go at around 530-6pm time frame, and I'm always the only customer in the store. There is one person behind the counter every time, and those guys are very friendly and helpful. They took my packages and shipping labels and taped them all together for me every time. Really appreciate that. Pls note that if you go after 6pm (right before they close at 630pm), the truck would have left, so ur package will go out the next morning. Overall, my experience at this store has been easy and smooth. Don't know if the customer services will be as good when the store is busier. read more

The one bad review on Google is a supposed real estate investor who seems to have enough time to write a novel about a $10 injustice. When time is not critical, I have several financial relationships that will provide a free notary. But every few months, when everything goes pear-shaped and I'm in an absolute jam, I think my lucky stars for the UPS store. With literally 7 minutes before an East Coast bank cut off, we realized that we needed something notarized and uploaded. Today, Jim and his staff at this store moved quickly and absolutely bailed me out. It cost ten bucks. I would have paid fifty. read more

First time stopping in this UPS Store. Only one person working behind the counter. Felt kind of bad for the guy (Jim). There was a line of 5 people. He was very friendly and did a good job in assisting people, despite being short handed. I signed up for a mailbox at this location. Definitely pricey. 12 months for a small box was $325. Since I'm new to the area, this is the closest UPS Store to me. I hope for a good experience from this point on. read more

PRICE GOUGING. Went in for notary service. Jim charged me $10 for notarization of my signature, and an additional $10, claiming that he had to notarize the witness's signature (I brought my witness with me). I am a real estate investor who has utilized the services of UPS Stores in at least six States, including several other UPS Stores in the greater Phoenix area, and I never has a notary charged me to notarize a witness's signature; this is absolute nonsense. Jim is intentionally gouging his Customers with BS fees like notarizing witness's signatures (which is complete ridiculousness). It must suck to have to price gouge your Customers to eek out an existence as a price gouging UPS Store notary. We will not patronize this establishment again, and I recommend that you avoid as well. read more

I used this UPS store for an overnight package. They typed in the wrong delivery address so the package was not delivered on time or at all. I had no idea that it was not received until my friend told me 5 days later. I had to call and give them the right address so they would take it out of holding and send again. I do not understand why they ask for phone numbers if they are not going to use them. When I complained to the owner he would not work with me at all, so basically I paid $64.06 for a 7 day delivery. I will never use this store again. read more

For a UPS store I don't see what more you could hope for. FYI they also ship and accept USPS packages, they'll let you ship the cheaper route which I appreciate! read more

I went to this ups location on sep24th, I had to ship 2phones (gifts)to my brother and sister in law in China. The guy works there his name is Jim suggested me to use DHL because is shipper than ups . I agreed so he asked me all the informations such as who is the receiver,what is in side the box and how much is the value ,I honestly told him everything with nothing hidded . The estimated time he showed and also on my receipt was Sep30. When the item arrived at chengdu , the DHL Carrie contacted my brother right away get identification from my brother and a letter from him because custom needed for some reason.My brother gave it right away . 2weeks later Till October 13th the item still hold at custom . I have been keep calling DHL customers service for past week they could not tell me a reason why the custom holding my package so long it's almost 20days ! At the same time my brother was contacting China DHL for almost every day .Finally DHL said something about by law . People can't Shipping two phones to China. It's against by law . So DHL asked my brother see if my brother has friends works in custom to get our package out otherwise custom would keep it . Second day my mom had to to take train from where we live to chengdu to talk to custom officer .I mean really ?????that is so stupid that DHL even asked my family to go .so my mom took a day off at work had to come all the way from city to another city to talk the custm . Custom told my mom it's illegal to send two phones from United to China. my mom had to explain my situation to the custom.Finally custom felt very sorry for us and told my mom they understand its DHL s fault in United state because it's there responsibility to tell the shipper all the informations before the item was shipped ! So China customs did a special consideration let it went through clearance ! I felt so mad at this point . 1. It was a gift for my brother and sister in law for a special event I paid international express mail it surposrly deliver in 3-5days we waited 20days ! 2. The guy works at the center did not tell me about by law I can't send two phones together . If it's not my mom went all the to chengdu talk to custom my brother won't get phones and the custom would keep it ! 3. It wasted me so much time to call DHL deal with all the rude representive.no one was help but saying they don't know . At this point I felt so irritated and I feel I should get full refund !so I called DHL again they said they can't process refund because I paid at ups store not directly to DHL . They told me contact ups to file a clam and DHL will refund the money to ups and ups have to refund me. Okay I contacted James at this ups store. I was hoping he can help me out . But no he said there is nothing he can do about it , he got the address right he done his job right ! I tried to explain to him by law In China you can't ship two phones but he never told me what is custom requirement .He answered "how am I suppose to know " that's bullshit because every time I went to usps ship clothes to my brother usps would let you know what's the policy of that country! Also ups or DHL should have knowledge of customs requirements that's by law. It is unacceptable when he said how him suppose to know !!!! He wouldn't work with my at all !!!! Over all I want to let people know DHL is worst carrier don't waste your money and also I would not come to this ups store if I want ship anything in the future . I wish I could give this location no stars. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! I go to FedEx for a reason because their customer service and employees far exceed my expectations. Unfortunately, I needed a notary, and they typically have a notary onsight during business hours...or so I thought. When I went in to ask for a notary on my lunch hour, I was attended by a rude, unfriendly, and condescending girl with glasses and an unhelpful attitude. Her approach to answering my questions lacked any effort on her part. She advised me that the notary went home early, then stood there silent until I asked when I could expect a notary to be present, to which she snarkily replied tommorow. Very non specific until I asked about 20 questions to finally get the answer I needed. Please don't hire people like her who obviously do not like customer facing roles. It's because of employees like her, why I refuse to use UPS stores to begin with. read more

This place has no respect for regular customers. I had a box with them for 5 YEARS and the prices consistently went up. They want close to $300 when the SAME store down the road wants less than $200.
