I came in to ship out something the only 1 person who was there on Jan 10th 2026 (Saturday) he wears glasses he was extremely rude and inefficient and quite slow not sure if he has a mental issues and has no knowledge about shipping goods he shouldn't be working in a public setting and let go! I had a wine delivery dropped off at UPS. Winery paid UPS to deliver it. When I picked it up, they charged me $5. I asked what the charge was for? They said storage. I said- To put it in your shelf you're charging me $5 in addition to what the winery paid you? Time to rethink that charge? read more

Since this location was sold the customer service is horrible!!! They price gouge everything and I've never dealt with such unhappy and unfriendly staff. I moved to Scottsdale full time and I tried to get a Mailbox for my business and to facilitate the changing of my mail. I stood waiting several minutes while a female employee was texting. Then she called me to the counter. I explained that I needed a box to facilitate my business and to expedite my address changes. I only have AZ and CA identification. I showed her but she said I need two forms of ID. I kept telling her that when my escrow closes I will update my AZ ID but I need to get my mail forwarded prior. She didn't seem to know if they had any boxes or what I needed. She disappeared for a few minutes then returned. She said that they had one box but since I didn't have two forms of ID I couldn't have it. Then when I was leaving she sarcastically said "Have a nice day". The other tweeker looking female laughed then they both laughed. The Black one that helped me couldn't care less and the tweeker was not much better. It's no wonder people hate these big companies like UPS. They hire morons. read more

All of the UPS locations that I go to frequently are pretty good, but I have to say this one is my favorite. Over the past couple of years I've really gotten to be thankful to the ladies that help me at the front desk. Case in point, a few days ago I had a bunch of Amazon returns and somehow I pressed that it was going back to Kohl's department store. I did not have time to run over there and deal with that crazy parking lot. I was kind of frustrated so, thankfully, Amanda Smith, (I made sure to get her card because I've seen her so many times I should've known her name anyways) asked if she could take my phone to fix it for me. I was like, "yes please!" so she backed out of that cancellation, started a new refund and was able to take the QR code's to scan in every single package and then shipped them back for me. She saved me a lot of time without the aggravation. So shout out to Amanda at the UPS store on 10115 East Bell Rd.!! Love this location! read more

If you plan on going underground, this is the place to have your mail sent. You can rent a box for about three hundred a year....that's for the big box. Smaller ones are less, but your monthly copy of 'Jugs' will get all scrunched-up in the smaller one. They also give you a key to the front door so you can get your mail when they're closed. When no-one is around. Lurking in the parking lot. There are no cameras either, making that disguise thing unneeded as well, This is hugely important for the guy or gal hiding out from someone you think has a propensity toward wielding sharp objects, loaded weapons, or just has razor sharp fingernails that hurt like fuck. Let me start off by saying that the employees here are great--helpful, sweet and efficient! I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. My one star review is for the owner. The UPS Store is a franchise. The franchise owners of this location decided that their loyal customers with paid boxes, will begin being charged per box that is received by them. This is not a standard practice or mandate from The UPS Store but rather a decision by the owners to impose another fee. You heard me right: Not only will you pay the fee to have the box (over $300 per year for even a small one), which is to gain you peace of mind that your packages aren't heat damaged or stolen--but also you must pay per box over 10 received in a month. You are encouraged to have amazon ship to one of their locker locations (really convenient!)..... It gets better: If you don't like this, you can't cancel your box for any sort of refund--that breaks another of their policies! If you are considering a box, go to another location not affiliated with these owners. If you need front office help, go elsewhere so you don't support these owners. This is yet another great example of a "north Scottsdale tax" and FAIL at being customer centric. UPDATE TO REVIEW: The owner did respond my complaint via Yelp as seen below. No, they did not take the time to call me. No, they have never gotten to know me or they would know that the time period that they examined was while our home was being remodeled and we lived 45 mins away and had our mail transferred. Excuses to justify your fee increases don't make them better. It is not a box holders fault that poor space management and planning was taken into account. They own Grayhawk and the one at FLW and Thompson Peak. Choose other locations owned by someone that cares about customer service and customer loyalty. There are many other locations! read more

My first experience here wasn't so pleasant. However, time has changed things, I now have a mail box here, and I receive nothing but friendly, helpful, and prompt service. I send and receieve a lot of packages for my business, and I receive both emails and text messages when my packages arrive. It's really lame having packages left on your front door, not only because of potential theft, but Desert (summer) heat as well. This place is the perfect solutiion for me. They also have other (printing) services & other things going on as well. read more

Just moved back to my hometown of Scottsdale after living and working in Happy Valley (North Phoenix) for the last 10 years. I'm in a new apartment and I'm about to apply for some other jobs near my new address. But, since my personal printer isn't set up just yet, I needed help getting my resumes printed. My dad found this UPS store and gave them a call yesterday to see what we needed do. He spoke with a nice girl named Amanda and she told him to email document file and then they could print however many copies I needed once I came into the store. I was able to stop by the store this morning, and I was pleasantly surprised to get super friendly, "above & beyond" customer service and nice conversation with the sales associate, Lauren. She described and handed me samples of the different paper options for printing my resume, and I ended up getting a few different prints. She took her time to make sure I was happy with the turnout of my resumes and I appreciated her personable demeanor. I'm glad to say that I did not feel rushed to just pay for my items & leave with barely a "welcome" or a smile from the sales associate.. Which was the kind of service I got each time I went into the UPS store near my old place in Happy Valley. I believe it's the little things like quality service and friendly conversation that can turn an okay experience, into a great one! Plus, excellent customer service & word of mouth could always end up leading to more business & more customers for the store as well. Thanks again! read more

It's a first class operation that not only does shipping of packages but all kinds of other services and they are very knowledgeable with all the things available to you within this UPS store.
