I've rarely had to wait and not usually for very long if I do (that's not to say that they don't have busy times!). They have a lot of other services here that I can't review as I haven't used them. But I appreciate their helpful and nice staff, it makes the errand that much more pleasant. I saw another person's review that said the parking is a pain, and while I agree, I wouldn't mark this store down for that, the shared parking lot with 25 other stores is not under their control.

For a high‑value shipment, that is a basic and reasonable request. I even offered to pay for the tape and pack the item myself at the side counter. Instead, she insisted I purchase additional supplies I didn't need, even though I was flying out and had already paid for the box. What makes this worse is that a local jeweler told me he always watches your staff pack his shipments before he leaves, and he stands off to the side while they do it. If a jeweler can observe the packing of valuable items, I would think a $3,000 guitar deserves the same level of care and transparency. There is no excuse for the way I was treated. You don't have to worry I will never bring my business here again.
