WARNING!!!! The owner may have purchased the business but doesn't know how to run it. Her workers do a better job than her. She has personally misplaced and wrongly placed over 3+ labels causing my expensive gifts to go to the wrong person. Then after I addressed the issue, she explains to me that I'm at fault, despite having marked each package with a name in sharpie. Highly wouldn't recommend if you want your Christmas gifts to make it to your loved ones. Before she hung up our phone call, she suggested not to drop off multiple packages at one time. The website is fantastic, easy to use and upload documents for printing. I felt like this would be a great option for some of my printing needs for business because of the website and the location is quite convenient for pickup. I entered my order (very small, one page print). I paid for it. I arrived a few hours later to pick it up. I greeted person behind the counter by letting her know that I had placed an online order and I was there to pick it up. I was "greeted" in return with a deer in the headlights expression (mouth open and all.) I brushed my face off in fear that I might've had part of my grilled cheese sandwich draped off my glasses or spinach stuck in my teeth, something horrific of that nature, given the expression on her face that she was giving me. I asked her again what I needed to do in order to pick my order up. She glanced at the counters (while standing in one spot) and said she didn't have anything like that. Okayyy...I asked if I could send it again. She let me know that the "boss" is the only one who has access to anything like that. I asked her specifically, "What do you usually do when someone comes in and needs something printed? Let's do that." Again, it's apparently out of her scope and the boss handles it. I asked if the boss was here. Nope. She said, "Sometimes the boss comes in around noon." By this time it was just after 12:30. So I said to her, "So I'm going to guess the boss just isn't coming in today?" Her reply was, "I guess not." I can't imagine how a business can function like that. The boss is the only one who can do the items that are advertised for the company and yet the boss isn't there on a predictable and reasonable schedule? I gave this a one star rating and the one star is only for the wonderful website that ended up being a deceiving advertisement of what is possible, but not what is real for this business. I did let the person behind the counter (she was more of a warm body in the store than any kind of employee or cashier even, so she will remain "the person behind the counter") know that she might want to talk to her boss about getting some training so that she would have the capability of actually helping customers. I would equate it to someone going to Burger King for a hamburger but finding out that only one person is able to make the burgers and they may or may not be in today. It could have been a great business relationship. I prefer to support small businesses. I find it difficult to support a small business who doesn't have the work ethic to properly train employees and/or show up on a consistent enough basis that the employees can give reasonable responses. If this type of encounter is the face of your company, I don't expect it will succeed to its top potential, or even succeed at all. Truly a shame. read more

Great service!!! Anytime I need banners done...boom! Even almost at the last minute order besides mailing packages and stuff. You want convenience stop by at Postnet or would you rather go to the post office and wait there just to buy stamps. read more

I use PostNet for all my printing needs. The prices are way better than other printers I have used in the past. I have always gotten great service. I have had banners, business cards, and other things printed there and am very pleased and recommend them whenever I can. read more

This PostNet was so helpful to me. I was trying to send a fax and tried SEVERAL times but it wouldn't go through, I had another appointment to get to and Joyce kept on trying for me after I had left. After about an hour it worked! Thankful to Joyce for not giving UP! You saved ME!! read more

Dropped in to mail a small pkg. The woman behind the counter was very rude. The more questions I asked about the high cost the more rude she got. Horrible customer service. Talk about gouging the public. I didn't mail either item and I certainly will never be back. RIPOFF!!! read more
