(Well, the getting married part was too!) I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes! She was easy to "talk" to (everything was done via email) and extremely prompt!! I am now in the process of trying to get my husband on board with having a baby so Twin Ravens Press can do our baby announcements!!! For custom letterpress wedding invitations, Twin Ravens Press not only did an amazing job but were extremely reasonable with their prices. "What?," I replied. She showed me a sign by the cash register, blocked by another sign, stating that one copy costs $2.50. I asked her why she didn't tell me that at the time of the request. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager and along came, DESTINY.... WOW! A 20-something, rude, manner-less girl, who rushed to the counter and emanated a putrid stench of body odor. She clearly received little to no training on how to treat customers with respect. My bank removed the $2.50 debit from my credit card. I will go into Office Max tomorrow for the very, last, time...to give them .35 cents for the one photo copy that I received. This Office Depot location won't be operating for much longer, guaranteed. You need customers to succeed. They are leaving one at a time and NOT coming back.
