The employee who greeted us was the weirdest part to me. She comes out from behind the registers and almost blocked me from coming in, as she asked what we were looking for. Like I had to state my purpose for coming in before I was allowed in. I found that to be really weird and a bit creepy. It certainly didn't make me feel welcomed in the store. We found the pens I wanted, then went to check prices in printer ink. I didn't need any, but the last time I ordered on Amazon, it took forever to arrive. So I figured if it was a comparable price, I could buy it here instead. Nope, it is way more expensive. Like almost $10 more for the ink I need. Which seems insane. We decided to leave from here, and not explore anymore of the store because we didn't feel welcome. Would I return? Probably not, and it was simply because the employee who greeted us made us feel unwelcome.

I must admit we didn't realize rules and regulations for shipping out of the country! Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away measuring and selecting the perfect box for our precious cargo. As Mackenzie was getting all the information typed in we ran into a snag. The dress needed a sew in tag with the material included, we didn't think the dress had one. Mackenzie researched and was honest letting us know if we mailed it would most likely come back. After a little panic on our end knowing the dress needed to go out that day. The dress bag was laid down and we searched and found two tags!!! Much relief to everyone! We finished our transaction and other customers let us know they were totally invested. LOL! I can't say enough what a genuinely personable and exceptional young employee you have. Please give Mackenzie a round of applause and a RAISE!!!
