I've rarely had to wait and not usually for very long if I do (that's not to say that they don't have busy times!). They have a lot of other services here that I can't review as I haven't used them. But I appreciate their helpful and nice staff, it makes the errand that much more pleasant. I saw another person's review that said the parking is a pain, and while I agree, I wouldn't mark this store down for that, the shared parking lot with 25 other stores is not under their control.

I had emailed the pdf to myself because the website said I could print it straight from their printer. I consider myself fairly savvy in computers but a new set up can always be a little overwhelming. The guy behind the counter acted like I had barged into his home and made myself comfortable using his kitchen and eating his food. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I nearly bit my tongue off as "Keep your mouth shut, don't be a Karen" went thru my mind more than a thousand times. I get people hate their jobs, but is showing basic decency to another human being really THAT painful??? I wasted $50 printing it out multiple times never getting what I was hoping for. I went back home and used my computer & printer. It looks fine, not great like I wanted but at least I don't feel like a bother... my food is better anyway. Will never go back.

I didn't want to use a credit card in the self serve machine for just one copy. In less than 15 seconds, she came back with the photocopy and proceeded to tell me that it would be $2.50. "What?," I replied. She showed me a sign by the cash register, blocked by another sign, stating that one copy costs $2.50. I asked her why she didn't tell me that at the time of the request. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager and along came, DESTINY.... WOW! A 20-something, rude, manner-less girl, who rushed to the counter and emanated a putrid stench of body odor. She clearly received little to no training on how to treat customers with respect. My bank removed the $2.50 debit from my credit card. I will go into Office Max tomorrow for the very, last, time...to give them .35 cents for the one photo copy that I received. This Office Depot location won't be operating for much longer, guaranteed. You need customers to succeed. They are leaving one at a time and NOT coming back.

I must admit we didn't realize rules and regulations for shipping out of the country! Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away measuring and selecting the perfect box for our precious cargo. As Mackenzie was getting all the information typed in we ran into a snag. The dress needed a sew in tag with the material included, we didn't think the dress had one. Mackenzie researched and was honest letting us know if we mailed it would most likely come back. After a little panic on our end knowing the dress needed to go out that day. The dress bag was laid down and we searched and found two tags!!! Much relief to everyone! We finished our transaction and other customers let us know they were totally invested. LOL!
