(Well, the getting married part was too!) I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes! She was easy to "talk" to (everything was done via email) and extremely prompt!! I am now in the process of trying to get my husband on board with having a baby so Twin Ravens Press can do our baby announcements!!! For custom letterpress wedding invitations, Twin Ravens Press not only did an amazing job but were extremely reasonable with their prices. I cannot say anything bad about my experience with Twin Ravens Press. Kristin pretty much kicks serious stationary butt!!!

The employee who greeted us was the weirdest part to me. She comes out from behind the registers and almost blocked me from coming in, as she asked what we were looking for. Like I had to state my purpose for coming in before I was allowed in. I found that to be really weird and a bit creepy. It certainly didn't make me feel welcomed in the store. We found the pens I wanted, then went to check prices in printer ink. I didn't need any, but the last time I ordered on Amazon, it took forever to arrive. So I figured if it was a comparable price, I could buy it here instead. Nope, it is way more expensive. Like almost $10 more for the ink I need. Which seems insane. We decided to leave from here, and not explore anymore of the store because we didn't feel welcome. Would I return? The guy behind the counter acted like I had barged into his home and made myself comfortable using his kitchen and eating his food. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I nearly bit my tongue off as "Keep your mouth shut, don't be a Karen" went thru my mind more than a thousand times. I get people hate their jobs, but is showing basic decency to another human being really THAT painful??? I wasted $50 printing it out multiple times never getting what I was hoping for. I went back home and used my computer & printer. It looks fine, not great like I wanted but at least I don't feel like a bother... my food is better anyway. Will never go back.
