1005 Green Acres Rd location 7/09/2026 We had above and beyond excellent customer service with Mackenzie!! My daughter was shipping a brand new wedding dress to a young lady in Canada. I must admit we didn't realize rules and regulations for shipping out of the country! Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away measuring and selecting the perfect box for our precious cargo. As Mackenzie was getting all the information typed in we ran into a snag. The dress needed a sew in tag with the material included, we didn't think the dress had one. Mackenzie researched and was honest letting us know if we mailed it would most likely come back. After a little panic on our end knowing the dress needed to go out that day. The dress bag was laid down and we searched and found two tags!!! Much relief to everyone! We finished our transaction and other customers let us know they were totally invested. LOL! I can't say enough what a genuinely personable and exceptional young employee you have. Please give Mackenzie a round of applause and a RAISE!!! Excellent service and adherence to social distancing. I was greeted and helped immediately, offered options for lessening the rate and asked about my needs for the shipment. They had shields up, masks on and even had extra space to ensure a lot of distance between them and myself. I appreciated the safety concerns. read more

I absolutely love this Fed EX the manager I believe his name is Greg goes above and beyond and is so detailed when completing your orders. Anytime my business printer is on the frites I can contact them and they help me place a order right away. I use to go to UPS but after the way I was treated I took my business elsewhere. However at Fed Ex the customer service and quality of product is above and beyond. I will drive the extra 7 miles just to go to this location. It's nice during this new normal it's refreshing to see that great customer service hasn't gone out of style. I definitely will continue to do my business orders here and I have also recommended this location to my other business partners. read more

I needed a resume printed for my sudden and unexpected dream job interview... Mila took care of the email pdf, helped me pick the best paper, knew the prices before I picked, and got it right on the first print ^-^ It took less than five minutes and the clerk was so genuinely nice that I walked out to my interview feeling confident and prepared. Avoid this establishment. The employee behind the counter was defeatist and unwilling to offer solutions that were clearly needed due to their system inefficiencies. Being told to "rent" a computer to print a label because their 3D scanner would not scan the QRC that was provided to them is unacceptable. Why would I be asked to pay more because their systems would not work?? I even offered to email the label to them, but that was met with excuses and a general inability to think on behalf of the customer. Though this will not stop me from using FedEx in general, I will no longer give this location my time or my business. I suggest you do the same. read more

Ordered some business cards online and Mila on the phone called to let me know the font looked really light and offered to darken them and reprint them. Really glad she took the initiative to call before I found out about the problem too late! When I came by to pick them up, I wasn't super happy with how it was cut so the manager reprinted and cut me another batch, no charge. Great customer service, very friendly and competent employees. 5 stars! read more

I have used this place a few times in the past. They offer shipping of packages, packaging material, office supplies and materials. I came in the other day to get some fresh resume paper. You cant beat .09 for 1 sheet of flawless colored paper stock. Clearly, I bought more than 1 piece, point being, it doesn't hurt your pocket and you have a nice professional piece of paper to put down whatever it is you need to. I did Email them my resume once. They said they would print it out at their office on the nice paper for very cheap. Well, when I got there the guy who was working gave me my "resume". The format was off between to two programs and it didn't print as I sent it. He basically told me tough stuff. Now I actually have a printer (which I didn't before) and cant take care of it on my own. So based on a 2 star experience and a 4 star experience, we land at 3 stars for Fedex office. read more

I went in and had them print 10 documents in color from my thumb drive. After being charged $1.00 a color print (ouch!!) and paying with my debit card, I asked for a bag to put my newly printed documents into. She said with a straight face "That'll be 5 cents." Who carries cash or change for that matter these days? I starred at her and said "Really?" I can't have a complimentary bag for my order? "Nope sorry. Its the law." She said. "It may be the law, but it's horrible customer service and I'll never be back." I said under my breath as I walked out. read more

Wouldn't ship my box nor would she rebox it for payment, I have a business Fedex account, I didn't care how much she charged and she told me to "take my boxes to the car"!!!! Are you kidding me?!! I try not to leave one star reviews. I'm not a curmudgeon and I realize the negative impact bad reviews can have on a business so any that I have left have been truly deserved. I went in here today to print some documents and because I forgot my email password I had to ask them to print them for me. The woman behind the counter Portia was the rudest person I have met in a very long time. From the moment I walked in the door she was 'done' with me. I email the documents and for some reason she says they come up as links (which is weird because I went to the UPS store after and they were not links on their computer). So, I have to try to figure out how to download them and resend them one at a time which isn't easy from an iphone really. I do and only 3/4 emails arrive. I show her that I did send it and, man, this horrible attitude she has had since I walked in is just off the charts. It's to the point that I ask her if she is having a bad day. She is so rude that the other two people with me and like, "Wow, what is wrong with this lady and how is she a manager?" In the end, the documents go through and she wants to charge me $5 a piece to print them in landscape, right? The whole time the attitude never drops. I ask her why she is being so rude and she just gets 'more' rude, especially after I point out that I've not been rude to her at all. I think the one star rating for this FedEx Store speaks volumes as everyone seems to be talking about the rude employee. I wrote a complaint into the head office which I have never done before. This lady needs to training because she obviously doesn't know how to talk to customers or even print documents because it shouldn't cost $5 to print in landscape and click (fit to page) which they did at UPS for .15 cents. I'll never come back here again. I feel sorry for the people that this woman deals with on a daily basis. Just so rude... read more

never use online printing. they do not process your order and they repeatedly charge your credit card and it takes up to ten days to get it straightened out. i will never use fed ex online services online ever again. never, they do not care about their customers and do not care about people. read more

Went in here with my girlfriend today to send a return shipment of clothes. Fed ex offers a new service where they will print the label in store. We went in thinking this would be quick. No. We went in and and it took forever so we eventually just left. And Mila was very rude. They had two people working, but only had one working computer to help customers. Very inefficient. Definitely always using UPS in the future. read more
