I don't know...the jury is out on this one…read more Seems like the smallest requests (punctuation marks for example) turn into the biggest problems, there's always the 'I'm the only one here right now!" conundrum which translates that you'll get your answer or proofs in about 3-4 days. Seems like some of the people there are highly emotional, impatient, and don't like to answer questions because "I'm the only one here right now!" mantra keeps rearing it's ugly head. I've called for quotes and never had my calls returned, shown up in person and asked for quotes - still no quote. I think the company does nice work, but they're seriously lacking in patience and good customer service. But hey, that's pretty typical for a large majority of Corvallis businesses!
