In a mean and obnoxious, embarrassing and demeaning verbal attack because we parked in the loading zone in front of the store. We were customers of FedEx dropping off PRE-PAID PRE-LABELED cartons to ship which Postal Connections gets paid to receive for FedEx That FedEx is paying them to treat their customers in this manner is beyond my comprehension. The parking is very limited in front of their store, the packages were large and heavy, one was 30 pounds. This would be one of their busiest times just before shippers make their final pickup for the week, resulting in even less parking opportunities. I have a bad back and where we parked was the only place to park. We were there for under 5 minutes and there was an adult in the vehicle, that could easily move our vehicle with a moment's notice. I kept getting interrupted more than once when I tried to explain why and was told rudely each time, "don't park there, ever" I did say that they could be a bit kinder in their delivery and the response was "or, you could just never park there ... ever!" Thomas Henderson of Henderson Precision CNC is an incompetent businessman at best and a…read moredemonstrable con artist at worst. I strongly urge you to not give him your money, you will regret it. Long story short, I was sold on Thomas because he advertised and sold me a "fully assembled, ready to cut CNC machine." After signing a meaningless sales contract and FedExing a cashiers check for nearly $4,000, I was promised my machine would ship the following week, Thomas did nothing. Then, the string of lies began. Every few days, I would follow up and ask if the machine had shipped. Thomas would say it's going to ship sent later that day, or the following morning. Every time, a lie. It took me a month of hounding him with voicemails and emails, and still nothing. I filed a claim with his local police department, the Oregon Department of Justice and the BBB. Finally, he was motivated and said my machine was on its way. It took another week or two for him to actually ship anything. When he did, I received, a table and chassis only. Not what I paid for and Thomas made no mention he was only sending me 25% of what I paid for. He then began to ship me a piece at a time for a bit. After another 2 months of constantly badgering this moron to fulfill the order, I contacted an attorney whom I added to our correspondence. This motivated Thomas to send me another few pieces of my machine and a partial refund of $750 for my trouble. Somehow, it still doesn't make anything right. I am still missing pieces to my purchase, Thomas has stopped returning any correspondence I am 4 months from when I should have received what I purchased and still my machine is not complete. I have heard this same story from 5 separate customers of Thomas and everyone's story is the same. I can't say for certain if he's truly malicious or a literal idiot. In either case, I regret not spending the extra thousand or so and purchasing a machine from a reputable company. No reviews existed when I sent him my money. Don't make my mistake.

Wow, to say my experience with Henderson Precision CNC was bad doesn't come close to describing the…read morenightmare I lived for 6 months while waiting for my CNC Plasma Cutter/Router table from Henderson. I ordered my 4x4 table from them in December, with promised delivery on Valentines Day. I built up the electrical infrastructure to support the tool, designed and built a cover for the tool, and moved everything in my shop to receive it. The tool NEVER came. a minimum of 6 subsequent promised delivery dates were scheduled, then missed. Each time, I never even received a call that it would not be delivered as promised. Furthermore, I sent him my $2000 plasma torch in January, and it has not been returned to me. At this point, the business will not take my calls, or return any messages. Run away, these guys are crooks!!

It took a couple months after shipment for the items to be inspected by the auction house and then listed for bids. When I saw the auction photos, a WWII Navy battle lantern with one crack across the corner of a thick glass lens had arrived with that same lens shattered. When the auction house was notified that this was not the condition the item was sent in, the auction house said that overall the shipment wasn't packed well and avoid this location. As a lessor valued item in the lot, an insurance claim so long after sending wasn't worth the effort, and the remaining items were intact. The service here has always been friendly and prompt, and I will continue to use this shop. Not when shipping antiques... I tried to respond to the owner by email, to give greater details in writing and provide photos, but apparently their email address is not routinely monitored, and no response after a week. Note that the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee says if your item "is damaged or lost in transit, you'll be reimbursed*." Because of that sneaky asterisk though, I wouldn't count on it. Restrictions apply.
