I received EXCELLENT service here today. When I arrived, the line was out the door, but those 3 clerks got everyone helped and processed in a quick, helpful, and efficient manner. There was an irate young man, whom also didn't understand how the mail works, and he got a nice education. The only thing that could be improved on here is more Priority Mail shipping supplies. Very neat, clean, and well-lit facility.

A similar package was also sent to Fresno, CA the same day and arrived three days earlier. A check was mailed on March 29 from Salem and it is April 13 and still has not arrived!! Why would it take over two weeks to travel 30 miles? We lived in Albany and never had this problem. I am not sure how to resolve this issue or who to contact. I am very frustrated and would like to know where the hold up is. We had our mail held for three days while on vacation--a week later they still had not resumed delivery even though the paperwork was filled out correctly. I had to call and complain and finally they delivered our mail. I wish Amazon handled US mail. This is ridiculous.

I just had an uncalled for - nasty verbal attack from 2 women in this Postal Connections store when…read morewe stopped briefly to drop off two large pre-paid/pre-labeled FedEx shipments. In a mean and obnoxious, embarrassing and demeaning verbal attack because we parked in the loading zone in front of the store. We were customers of FedEx dropping off PRE-PAID PRE-LABELED cartons to ship which Postal Connections gets paid to receive for FedEx That FedEx is paying them to treat their customers in this manner is beyond my comprehension. The parking is very limited in front of their store, the packages were large and heavy, one was 30 pounds. This would be one of their busiest times just before shippers make their final pickup for the week, resulting in even less parking opportunities. I have a bad back and where we parked was the only place to park. We were there for under 5 minutes and there was an adult in the vehicle, that could easily move our vehicle with a moment's notice. I kept getting interrupted more than once when I tried to explain why and was told rudely each time, "don't park there, ever" I did say that they could be a bit kinder in their delivery and the response was "or, you could just never park there ... ever!" My husband used to use this place as his go-to drop off for packages in the area. However, he…read morestopped in over a week ago to drop off a package for me when they were busy and they took it from him, set it on their counter, and then moved on to the next customer. We assumed all was good only to learn that they never even scanned the package in and are just throwing their hands up at the problem.
