On the plus side, they live up to their free replacement guarantee for defective cartridges. Call ahead to see if they have your cartridge in stock. Delivery to their Corvallis store hasn't been reliable, so also call to check if your order arrived even if they promised to have it by a specific date. I agree with Matt R. that there a lot of terrible refillers out there including Costco.
