I went to this location to get my finger prints taken for my job application. All the scheduling and payment is done online and you can pick which site you want to go to. I picked the nearest location, which happened to be a Pak Mail. The person who helped me was nice and efficient. I had a cast on my broken hand and he explained the finger printing can be done without including the injured fingers. I did it anyway since I dont know if the job will accept a partial set of finger prints. I appreciate the customer service agent for considering my discomfort and offering. I have dry hands and they have a solution they spray your hands with to help with getting better images. It is sticky so I recommend hydrating your hands before going. I was pleased with the service I received. There was hand sanitizer and the service agent had a mask on the whole time I was there. Hopefully I won't need to do this again, but if I do, I will return to Pak Mail. read more

After calling around to several places Josh was able to give the best price and courteous service including picking it up, packing it, and getting it shipped from Oregon to Connecticut in one piece. Absolutely horrible service. I waited in a long line to be helped by a girl who didn't know how to open a new mailbox. She did try, and gave me the wrong key, so I got a phone call later asking me to come back and return it. Since I had to wait so long on the first place and then had to come back to get the right key, I decided to go with a different service (UPS) that is more expensive but closer to me. I came back in to Pakmail to return the key and ask for a refund, and I had to wait for half an hour for the manager to come back for lunch. He refunded me only half of my money despite the fact that I never even used my mailbox or had the right key. I asked him why I could not get the full amount back when I had not been able to use it at all, and he said that it took them time to file the paperwork and he didn't have time to argue with me because of the line of customers forming behind me. He was rude and his employee was obviously not trained well enough to be left on her own. Go with UPS if you have a chance! They were way more professional, friendly, and quick. read more
