A simple (I thought) T-shirt job turned into an embarrassing nightmare, after several delays; and the "No Refunds" policy held fast, along with a lecture (by email) on how I was really to blame - for not understanding a process that wasn't explained to me ahead of time. Corvallis Custom Graphics Wow. Just wow! I cannot imagine a simple, 'black text on 6 white shirts' order could be so badly handled. From, 'yes, we can do that', communications had been poor. First off, the 'yes we can do that' was to my specific, 'can you do a short-notice order'. But at no time was I informed that 'short notice' would entail a 'rush job', $50 charge. I was left to find that out from the invoice exchange. Communications fail #1. Even after discussion of my 'need by' time, when I arrived, production had not even SEEN the order yet! (Johnny (GM?), was fantastic & texted me 4 hours later that my order was ready. Mind you my need was for the County Fair, so after I've come in from out of town & missed my pickup time, my vehicle is no longer available, so I had to find an alternate ride to CG. So failure to meet my need-by time is creating additional 'inconvenience'. (I'll be kind & leave it at that.) I arrived & asked that the 'rush job' charge be refunded given my 'must have' time had been missed, but my rep decided to be defensive, like she herself had been wronged. Haha, like that serves Custom Graphics at all. So I picked up my 6 shirts & left, telling her to expect a scathing review. Once at my venue (for which I needed the shirts - - 4 hours ago!, I find that my order; 6 t-shirts, black text, 4 in Comic San Serif, 2 in Arial, we're ALL done in Arial...in GRAY!! Jeez, botched botched botched!! Thanks Custom Graphics, I'm glad I'm only out $200, and it wasn't a $10k order! Glad I also know not to send my friends & associates to Custom Graphics for poor communications & a messed up order! Pick another vendor. Avoid Custom Graphics. read more

I started my cab company in April of 2013. I had a basic idea of what I wanted for a logo, but hadn't settled on a specific font. The professionals at Corvallis Custom took a LOT of time with me to make sure I got the font that looked sharp and would attract attention. They helped get my brand logo perfect. Once that process was finished they expertly applied the decals to my vehicle. My cab has been running in all weather for three years, through hundreds of car washes, and the decals still look new. no fading or peeling. Quality! So here it is three years later, and I have bought a new vehicle for the company. Matthew at Corvallis Custom sent me a mock-up in 48 hours of how the brand would look on the new vehicle, after going over measurements so he'd know how much space he had to work with. . When I asked for a re-position of the logo, he re-did the mock-up and returned an email with the new pic within an hour! Customer service is HUGE to me, having run restaurants and now owning a cab company. This business deserves your business. Added note. They offer playing card thick, glossy coat, business cards. Mine have rounded edges which make them stand out. These are great for living in your customers wallets for YEARS! It's not as cheap as an online competitor, but the quality is MUCH better. I get the high quality ones so even an intoxicated person can find it and dial my number. If you own or manage a business, this is the place to go for all your printing needs. I swear by them. First issue came when I paid extra for faster turn-around. On the 5th business day, my order was not ready. When I inquired at the shop, their response was the cost I paid was for regular service. 2nd issue: When my order was ready, the quality was not very good. My business cards have borders (professionally designed). The borders are not uniform on the cards. Some have wider borders and some borders have been cut off. The cards all look slightly different. I can't find one card with even borders, which means the cards were not centered before cutting them. It doesn't look very professional. Though they refunded the extra charge, I did not have my cards in time for the business conference. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Corvallis Custom and I will be choosing another local printer to work with. read more

It's been over a month and a half, my order has not been filled, I've had not been contacted once to update me on the order, and I am thoroughly disappointed with this business. Our first order with Corvallis Custom for our new company (2 yrs ago) was perfect. Not a single problem and everything was as expected. But the second order went horribly wrong. The service was rude and unhelpful, the wrong tshirts were used for our logo, we were overcharged and the management blamed US. ????????!!!!!!!!????????? I recently called Corvallis Custom with a rush order for printed tank tops for a bachelorette party. I gave them less than 24 hours notice, yet they were prompt, kind and professional throughout my order. The tank tops turned out AMAZING and you can't beat their prices.
