Corvallis Custom Graphics…read more Wow. Just wow! I cannot imagine a simple, 'black text on 6 white shirts' order could be so badly handled. From, 'yes, we can do that', communications had been poor. First off, the 'yes we can do that' was to my specific, 'can you do a short-notice order'. But at no time was I informed that 'short notice' would entail a 'rush job', $50 charge. I was left to find that out from the invoice exchange. Communications fail #1. Even after discussion of my 'need by' time, when I arrived, production had not even SEEN the order yet! (Johnny (GM?), was fantastic & texted me 4 hours later that my order was ready. Mind you my need was for the County Fair, so after I've come in from out of town & missed my pickup time, my vehicle is no longer available, so I had to find an alternate ride to CG. So failure to meet my need-by time is creating additional 'inconvenience'. (I'll be kind & leave it at that.) I arrived & asked that the 'rush job' charge be refunded given my 'must have' time had been missed, but my rep decided to be defensive, like she herself had been wronged. Haha, like that serves Custom Graphics at all. So I picked up my 6 shirts & left, telling her to expect a scathing review. Once at my venue (for which I needed the shirts - - 4 hours ago!, I find that my order; 6 t-shirts, black text, 4 in Comic San Serif, 2 in Arial, we're ALL done in Arial...in GRAY!! Jeez, botched botched botched!! Thanks Custom Graphics, I'm glad I'm only out $200, and it wasn't a $10k order! Glad I also know not to send my friends & associates to Custom Graphics for poor communications & a messed up order! Pick another vendor. Avoid Custom Graphics.

Troy is awesome to talk to but fails to follow through with what he says and for me failed to…read morefinish the car how I originally requested it to be done. The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.
