But after new management the service has become almost repulsive. Julie has to be the most incompetent, rude and racist manager they could've possibly hired. Then yesterday I walk in to pay our box and pick up my diabetic supplies only for her to tell me they closed our mailbox and sent ALL our mail back to the center. Mind you - NO notice nothing. Then the owner called my husband and explained that our mail was actually still there and wasnt sent back. So she looked me dead in the eyes as I told her I could die without my supplies and still lied and said it wasn't there and smiled. No empathy, no humanity. She saw a brown girl and that just didn't seem to sit right with her. She almost looked joyous that I could possibly die without my supplies when I told her. The amount of hate and racism in her heart came before her duties as a manger. All because of the color of my skin. There was a white woman in line before me and she was so kind to her I actually thought last time she may have just had a bad day or something but no, she's just another racist woman in Walnut Creek. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This is beyond racism, it's just plain disgusting and she had absolutely no empathy on a human level for someone who's out of diabetic supplies and her life is on the line.
