He showed me the copy of my Mail Hold Request and told me "all" of my mail was in the post office as it's supposed to be at since it's specifically stated that " I will pick up my accumulated mail". So I am guessing the staff did not tried enough like the previous time she didn't find my mails again. ***This review is for the staff that seems cannot find my mails every time I have my mails on hold when she's the one helping me*** Original/First Post What's the point of requesting a mail hold and specifically adding a note to " I will pick up accumulated mail" if mails are not available for pick up? I was told by the staff; it's better to stop by at the post office to request instead of doing it online which doesn't make sense. They should just get rid of online request for this specific Post Office since they cannot follow delivery option requests. This is the second time I had issue and it's the same staff. Maybe is just a coincidence. The other three instances, with different staff, NO ISSUES!

Amazing Fluff & Fold Service!…read more Yesterday, I dropped off my laundry for their fluff & fold service and was blown away by how great everything turned out. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and care about their customers. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond with both quality and customer service, this is it. Highly recommend and am DEFINITELY coming back!

After 20 years of using other companies to send boxes to the Philippines with no problems, ever, I sent a jumbo box in the Philippines using Manila Forwarder for the first time. And I was not happy at all with the service I received. Items were stolen out of my box. I called an agent named Cris. I asked for 2 jumbo boxes and was charged $5 each, which I didn't mind! I spent a few weeks driving around buying things and collecting lightly used clothes from friends and family to pack in a box. Cris picked up the box. On my receipt there were tracking numbers. My box arrived in the Philippines 2 months later. I gave two weeks length for deliveries to the destination in the province, but it didn't get there. I called the office in Manila and they said that my box was already in the warehouse, but they could not find it!? (First sign of trouble.) The guy I spoke to on the phone, named Herbert, asked me to give them a few days to deliver. A month later my box still had not arrived! I called Herbert again and he gave me the name of the other agent, the one who came and picked up boxes from warehouse. I did call this person and he said they will definitely deliver the next day. My box finally arrived, almost 3 months later after it left my house. My box arrived in bad shape. They sliced my box like a letter C on the side and re-taped it with green color tape. A lot of stuff got sliced inside including my mom's brand new purse, clothes and shoes! The purse has a long slice right on the bottom, so everything falls out. It is now worthless, thanks guys! I know I won't get anything back for what I lost. But this will be the first and last time I use this company. This was the worse shipping company I've ever used in 20 years of sending packages in the Philippines. I won't recommend it to anyone!!! I will make sure to tell everyone not to use Manila Forwarder!
