My family has used this Postal Annex several times for various things. Passport photos, notary services, shipping. Each time has been a very good experience. This week, Dennis did an exceptionally nice thing. I had an important document to send back East overnight. I needed to fedex it and be at work on time that morning, so I arrived a little earlier than opening time so I could be first in line and out the door ASAP. I wasn't expecting it, but he saw me waiting and let me in a few minutes early to take care of me! Teri was incredibly helpful! I had a box to send to Australia full of Christmas presents and I knew it was going to cost me a fortune! Teri checked all of the various options (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) & helped to find the one that was going to work best for me (BTW- USPS was cheaper by half than any of the others!), and even sealed the box for me. I went for international passport photos, which required a different dimension from standard US passport photos. Candi helped me with that. She was very friendly and patient, and took several photos to choose from. She also checked the requirements online, and worked with me to get exactly what I needed. I came in on February 14,2020. It wasn't busy, I came around 3:15. There was only 3 people infront of me. I came in for a fingerprinting. The employees were super nice and helpful but they are super disorganized and that isn't okay. I got a lady who has dark brown hair with glasses. She was super nice but she kept on saying " I have to put whatever you tell me to put" as she is putting everything in a system that I've never seen before. She is the employee, she is getting paid. I was quoted $107 for my fingerprinting and it came out to $94. I asked if we were doing everything correct AND THIS LADY SAYS " oh well I can only do what you tell me to do" LIKE WHATTTT. You are the employee, you do this and get paid for it, you do this as a job and I've never been fingerprinted yet you can't tell me if WHAT YOU are doing is Right? She kept on saying as well " we can only go off the paperwork you gave me" which is literally my information like DOB, SSN , etc and then like if I'm employee or what not and even after i told her that everything is correct she kept on saying that it's my fault if she enters in information wrong.im sorry. I will never recommend this place. Everyone else was getting frustrated with her as well because she didn't focus on just one person. Again, I got there at 3:15 and I'm just now leaving at 4:20 for something that was supposed to take 15-30 minutes. Goodness. Maybe hire employees that actually know what they are doing!! read more

Wanted to ship a 10x10x10 - 9lb box to Germany. Dennis was the person helping us. First of all his response was that shipping internationally is a pain and he had a bad attitude about it. I should have left at that point. Then he asked me to spell it. I said i could write it down for him because its a long adress. He then got even more anoyed. He wanted +200$. When i explained to him that i sent a box like that before for around 75$ he gave me passive agressive answeres. And if i could imagine that the weight could be different. I left. Went to a different store and sent it for around 75$. Even the website says 75$. I have no idea what he messed up. read more

I had a fine experience today, just came in to drop off a prepaid labeled package so there was not anything for the staff to really help me with but I just wanted to pass along a bit of customer service advice. The gentleman that helped me was nice enough and I don't believe he meant any offense, but when I entered the store I was greeted with an "Oh Herrroooo." You can hear it in your head the way it's spelled, the vowels all drawn out. I feel he was just trying to have fun at work which is ok, but as a person of Asian decent I can't help but feel that I am being mocked when spoken to with the L's changed to R's, I'm sure thats a pretty standard reaction. I would suggest he try a different greeting so as not to offend other customers before they have barely enter your establishment. read more

In wake of the Covid-19 pandemic our office closed and deliveries were suspended. We had shipments routed to this location and the staff were great about letting us know when items arrived so that we could pick up our shipments. The folks there are friendly, patient and professional. They have enabled us to continue to do our work and they've saved us a ton of work in accepting our shipments. What an amazing place!! I believe the guy who works there name is Ramine and he is super friendly & helpful! I had a dozen textbooks that I needed ship but didn't have any boxes for them. Typically the boxes were around $2.80 + tax each but after I told him that I was only getingt $10 back from each box of textbooks (Don't ever sell your textbooks to online buyback companies.... I did it cuz it's guaranteed money, but my gosh they give you barely anything for them!! -_-;) he decided to waive the tax AND he packed all my textbooks for me... So he waived the labor fee as well!! I ended up spending around $8 for the boxes when it prob should've cost me double the price. What a great, sweet guy! I'm definitely going back here! Especially since they take everything... UPS, FedEx and USPS!! Very convenient :) read more

Since when does it cost $3 to print 2 pages and tape one package? Dropped off 5 boxes with prepaid labels for FedEx and UPS here and instead of driving home to print one last label and tape one more box I decided to go to this postal annex... When I asked the guy why it cost so much he replied with "convenience charge" WOW!! Rip off central!! If you feel like over paying for copies and one strip of tape by all means go here! I however, thought I was ripped off and will never be using this postal annex again. Way to lose out on business by being greedy. Note to the owner: I don't mind paying for something but over charging by 1000% = no repeat business. read more
