Outstanding service! The gals at the Poway Postal Annex #28 (near Target) were absolutely outstanding today! Before going there, I had researched prices for shipping an item to Hawaii and knew this wasn't going to be cheap. I went to the Postal Annex expecting to spend a lot and they confirmed rates I had seen online for USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., but Sissy had an idea to repack my item (art project) to a more compact configuration while making the box even stronger to protect my project. I couldnt recommend visiting this particular Postal Annex more. The staff is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. I drop off alot of packages pretty frequently due to Ebay and each time I make it a point to deal with this crew. Dennis and Cissy do such a great job of running the shop with a lot of care and respect for this customers. Best Home Office needs with great service and a smile!! I was again reminded this Saturday that this is a great place for all your shipping needs!! Teri and Dennis definitely go the extra mile with all their customers!! I have been here 3x and each time I received the quickest least expensive option of shipping. This weekend they threw the box in at no charge, packaged my heavy tv mounts, added bubble wrap and it all only cost me $1 buck!!!! Keep in mind I had a UPS return tag so I didn't need to pay the shipping cost. Worst customer service ever. The asian lady is super rude and she doesnt have any idea what she is doing... i went there to get my live scan, she filled out the wrong form and charged me 70$, when i came back to told her this is not the right form she said she cant help me and i have to pay 70 more dollars to get the new one!!!! Wow, I had the best experience ever at a shipping facility today. YES, you heard me right, a shipping facility. My past experiences at the big shipping places like fex, ups, and our friends in blue has been mediocre. Dennis, the gentleman who was helping me was wonderful to deal with. I asked for shipping rates and he said "we don't give quotes, we ship"! I was caught off guard but once he gave me the rate, I was blown away by the rates, it was 50% cheaper than our friends in blue. In addition, it was much more convenient bc he was able to give me all the shipping rates for each carrier. Time is valuable and I found myself a new go to shipping place. If you are ever in the need for shipping rates or "shipping", come here and you will be more than pleased. Keep up the great work Dennis. I lost my wallet and phone bag in the parking lot to the shopping center of this business. Someone turned it in to this business. About a week or so later I get a phone call from a worker named Dennis who had said he had my bag and would like to return it. Apparently, he had found me through the contents of my wallet. Upon doing so he refused a reward money. If you are looking for a business that provides their type of service in my opinion this is probably the best store to shop at. My family has used this Postal Annex several times for various things. Passport photos, notary services, shipping. Each time has been a very good experience. This week, Dennis did an exceptionally nice thing. I had an important document to send back East overnight. I needed to fedex it and be at work on time that morning, so I arrived a little earlier than opening time so I could be first in line and out the door ASAP. I wasn't expecting it, but he saw me waiting and let me in a few minutes early to take care of me!
