This is a WONDERFUL place!! Always so fast, helpful and friendly. My 4 year old daughter lost her favorite baby doll over 6 months ago. We thought she was long gone and there were a bunch of tears shed over it. Today we walked into the store to pick up stamps and her baby doll was sitting back by the cash register just waiting for my daughter to walk back in and see her!! The best Postal Annex location I've been to! I went to the one on Poway Road originally and the woman working there told me I have to pay for USPS boxes and told me to go to the post office. The owners of this place truly take their customer service serious! I had a emergency mailing that I needed to send out. I called them 10 minutes prior to them closing for the day and they remained open till I arrived to the business, 10 minutes after they were set to close for the day. From my first phone contact with Teri, in other calls to her - and calls from her ! - she thoughtfully informed me of every facet of the process, and at one point during the printing, Teri even called me ! to inquire whether I'd like to make particular a change in the printing process, which might enhance some of the finished product . I highly recommend this place if you want a fast, expedited service for your Passport! I came in on the weekend for this service and Teri and Dennis were so professional and helpful that they were able to do all the processing and submit all the paperwork in no time, no appointment necessary, and on the same day! What's more important is they were available and ready to serve, unlike the Post Office which was my first stop that day and I wasn't able to get that service because they weren't able to do it over the weekend. Had a recent case where Accounts Payable for a client had this address for me on file. Got a call from Dennis that despite this PO box being closed for a couple years, saying that the client mailed me a check there. Thankfully I was able to drive there and retrieve it. Just really appreciated that Dennis took the time to look me up and to reach out to me (a non-current customer) rather then just do a "return to sender". That just shows how he care for his customers and amazing customer service. Dennis was very helpful in giving individualized attention to the details of my transaction and Teri provided great customer service with a smile; she even let me use the paper-cutter to trim my copies.
