I called Great Roger after finding out I needed to move ASAP. roger himself answered the phone and he was totally cool. He didn't try to pressure sale me into anything and we quickly arranged to do a move at 9am on Monday morning. A few days later I realized that some changes would need to be made so I called back and spoke with roger. I needed roger and his guys to come to my storage unit, then proceed to my condo to pack and load then to the new location . Roger and his team arrived promptly at 9:00am. They were beyond courteous and moved my storage items out ASAP. All of my items were securely packed up in the truck and the boxes that weren't well taped up were given an extra tape padding. When roger arrived at the 2nd location, they assessed all the items quickly and began moving. NOT ONCE during the move did they slam a large item against the wall. NOT ONE DING OR SCRATCH on the wall or any of my things. After they finished up there, they proceeded to the final location without a break. they arrived exactly at 1pm for the unload. they moved fast to get all of my items. packed into the pods. before They where to be picked up. i got to my new home in dc and said i cannot do the unloading, unpacking,moving things and set up the house by my self so i called roger and asked him if he would come to dc and help me, he said noproblo just like that. i knew he would say something like that. I would recommend THE AMAZING ROGER THE BOX MAN to anyone WHO cares about their things and expects true professionalism from a move. When a week before our move we needed to change a date by two weeks because of construction delays, that was not a problem. When at the last minute we asked if we can add a piano to the list of moved items, that was fine as well. But most importantly was the care the guys took with our items! They wrapped every piece in the soft blanket and added plastic wrapping outside to keep in place. They stacked items in the way that nothing would get damaged. On delivery, they were on time and moved everything to designated rooms and assembled everything we needed! No scratches or damages in the house when moved out or moved in! All the horror stories I heard from friends who have moved before and I was so worried about - not the case with this team! Highly recommend!

ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

I come from Castro Valley to this UPS store because everyone has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The one in Castro Valley not so Much. You can see my Precious reviews as well. I came here last week and spoke to Maddie about doing an overnight shipping which cost close to $200. She was most helpful. I've always received great service until today. I noticed that this gentleman was present last week and was not very personable with other customers so I opted to wait for Maddie. Today when I walked in, Maddie was busy with another issue and the same gentleman who later told me his name was Jesus helped me and basically said it's five bucks to deal with this issue or you deal with it. I understand that a business needs to make money, but this literally would've only taken a few strips of tape and I've been coming here for well over a year because they are helpful with small situations and don't charge extra when it's something minor. Clearly things have changed with Jesus. It's not just the decision to charge me five dollars, but it was his attitude and manner in which he spoke with me which was unacceptable and I won't be returning, and I can't imagine I'm the only one with this opinion.
