Arrived with a small issue I needed some tape at the end of a box as the item Stuck out a bit. I come from Castro Valley to this UPS store because everyone has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The one in Castro Valley not so Much. You can see my Precious reviews as well. I came here last week and spoke to Maddie about doing an overnight shipping which cost close to $200. She was most helpful. I've always received great service until today. I noticed that this gentleman was present last week and was not very personable with other customers so I opted to wait for Maddie. Today when I walked in, Maddie was busy with another issue and the same gentleman who later told me his name was Jesus helped me and basically said it's five bucks to deal with this issue or you deal with it. I understand that a business needs to make money, but this literally would've only taken a few strips of tape and I've been coming here for well over a year because they are helpful with small situations and don't charge extra when it's something minor. Clearly things have changed with Jesus. It's not just the decision to charge me five dollars, but it was his attitude and manner in which he spoke with me which was unacceptable and I won't be returning, and I can't imagine I'm the only one with this opinion. read more

This was an interesting experience to say the very least. This is a very small UPS store in a little plaza. When I initially walked in, there was literally one lady ahead of me. Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else. Based on my service receivedand entire experience, I have to give this a 2. read more

Always good service, even when the self serve machines are down, they take you at the counter.

I have been going here for a long time. The people that run this store are absolutely amazing. The customer service is fantastic. Always greeting folks with a smile, I feel as if the main person running this place (I think his name is Dev) genuinely likes people. Very helpful, always finding a way to make things fast and easy. They do get busy sometimes, but the line moves fast. Whenever I need something they have, I look forward to visiting them. Probably the best UPS Store experience I have ever had, and its been consistent. This places makes UPS look good! Thank you for serving our community. read more

This UPS Store is located in Diablo Plaza and is super convenient for me. I don't mail out too many packages, and when I do its usually at the US Post Office on Alcosta. However the UPS Store has some really convenient services other than shipping stuff: 1. Notary Service - Needed for all those contracts 2. FAX Service - Surprised these aren't obsolete, but some businesses still use them 3. Amazon Returns - Amazon is successful for many reasons and one of them is making it super easy for customers to return purchases. They'll scan your Return Code and take the package for you, free! 4. Passport Photos - Why go to Costco for the crazy wait when you can get them here 5. Really funny greeting cards and other office supplies read more

Dallin was very helpful in the handling and careful packaging of the items I needed shipped. Very professional and considerate about my concern for the safety of my items during transit. He informed me that this company offered an insurance add on should the value of my items exceed $100 in value. He then informed me he needed to take his break and that a young woman Madi would take over for him I thanked him and was then taken to the register by Madi and she was very helpful in letting me know about their AAA discount which was awesome so I was not only able to ship my items with peace of mind but also got a nice discount surprise. Above and Beyond help from these two. Should you ever need to ship or print I highly recommend going to this location and seeing either Dallin or Madi very helpful and kind. read more

This UPS store consistently has the worst customer service. The staff is unhelpful, they spent a full 5 minutes after the store opened booting up every computer in the store while the line grew to the door. Cannot imagine how the staff shows up so late they can't have their business operational by the time they open and customers arrive. read more

One of the several UPS locations in San Ramon. This one in Diablo Plaza on San Ramon Blvd at Crow Canyon, near Safeway, CVS, Instant Urgent Care, BevMo, and a bevy of eateries (Taco Bell, Chipotle, Starbucks, McD's, Senro Sushi, Frozen Cafe, Chada Chai, Orient Express, Hula Wok BBQ, Subway, Jasla Kitchen, Pho Viet, and more). The inside is not fancy or top-tier. A single wall of mailboxes for rent with a lot of "stuff" about -- a little messy if you ask me. But the service, very nice and friendly -- service with a smile. That, I like. read more

I've been using the services of this UPS store for years, for my mail, for package returns, and even notary. I've had an excellent experience here, and highly recommend the store. Staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. read more

Quick efficient and friendly. Always my go to place for this service. Highly recommended.

Have you ever gone to a family owned store and everyone made you feel like they're genuinely interested in how to help you? This is the store. Whether it's an Amazon return or my son trying to ship out a gaming card to someone he sold on eBay for the first time, they will take it the extra mile and get you all sorted. They are what makes San Ramon a community. (It doesn't help that they're right next to a Taco Bell, which is always my next stop for a quick bite. Bad for my diet though.) read more

First, let me say that I deleted my previous review. It was brought to my attention that I wrote it for the wrong store. That horrible review was for the TORRANCE, CA store. THIS UPS Store is wonderful. Dev and his employees are great. I use this store because I travel for my company and my mail has to go somewhere. They take great care to make sure my mail and packages are safe. When I call to have them transferred to me they take great care in making sure everything is sent in a timely manner. The employees here are always pleasant and always helpful no matter what I need. I will continue to use this store as long as I'm traveling and when I return home. read more

I always go to this particular UPS store. The staff are great and friendly. Easy transactions all the time. this is my go to location every time I ship my package or return anything for Amazon. Keep up the good job! read more

Always efficient and friendly. I've gotten documents notarized and packages shipped multiple times. They also go above and beyond. I tried recently to ship a mattress (really!). They vacuum pack mattresses to fit a certain dimension to ship. They tried to compress my mattress for hours..to no avail. I feel terrible that they weren't able to do it after all that trouble. This really says a lot about how much their care for their customers and business. Truly the best UPS store around. read more

This UPS store has been absolutely solid--wonderful customer service and support and advice on how to send packages and what's needed. I've been going here for years for all my international travel needs, notarizing, packing, printing, and shipping. The experience has been positive each and every time and I'm so grateful to have a wonderful neighborhood store with everything I need. Thank you all--this level of service is rare these days but you guys consistently deliver. read more

Welcome people, always try to help. The only bad part is they do get busy from time to time

Such a great experience every time. And my last experience blew me away. I showed up with something to mail, but didn't have the correct address. EXCELLENT SERVICE -HIGHLY Recommended *Note: this store has New Owners* so ignore old reviews This is one of the most helpful, nice, pleasant atmosphere and service in any place I've been.. Not just UPS, but ANY place of business.. Very nice family.. They even will help you sometimes after closing times.. unthinkable at other places but they seemed happy to do so for me the couple of times I was late -even though another ups is a lot closer to me, I will be driving here instead. I really encourage anyone to come here for any of their shipping needs. Very contrasted with other UPS locations... they seem really eager to help and take care of their customer. Very nice atmosphere and family. Again, HIGHLY recommended (Also, in case anyone was wondering, I was not asked by anyone to leave a review but I gladly do so of my own will) read more

I use this store to ship a variety of items before covid and now during. They have the most helpful and friendly staff at all times!

While I am a major fan of the UPS Store franchise, and this one was fine with my shipment and my requirement of having my tracking number on my receipt. I was just a little off put by the disorganization of packages that were literally all over the store. Piles, and piles of packages that were meant to go somewhere. So that made me think that maybe my package would just be put in a pile and forgotten. Also, the woman behind the counter was notarizing a mans paper work. Another customer asked her why she couldn't do her paper work and the notary woman said, "My wrist hurts and I don't want to write that much." OK, thankfully I don't need any notary service lately. Not my most favorite UPS Store but it works in a pinch. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - San Ramon, California

Very efficient and hardly ever a line. Great place for Amazon returns. Staff is knowledgeable.

UPS Store was willing to sell me a small box for $6., but when I asked them to put a piece of tape on the bottom so I could take the box home and pack it, they offered to sell me a roll of tape instead! When I asked again if the would tape the bottom with the tape gun behind the desk, they politely refused. Said I should go get my 20 garments from home and bring them back and let them pack it and ship it. Then they would tape it. Wow. Just wow. These are locally owned and this one is not good. read more

Superb service always ! Whether it is notary work or dropping off a package - these are the friendliest guys . They have never been even slightly disturbed by my kid and baby ( both been cranky on different occasions) who we have taken along when getting papers notarised and they have even offered cookies to my kid - small gesture to you as a reader but as a parent it means a lot ! I wish I could give a higher rating . read more

I needed to have livescan fingerprinting done for my job & with a yelp search, this store came up as able to do the livescan. I called to make sure & ask about an appointment, which I didn't need. Showed up about an hour later & they were able to do the scan quickly & efficiently. read more
