Jade at Navis helped us very much in her work of administration and Russ, who did the pick up there and delivery here, did a great job too. Plus, the Navis Boise price was right in the ballpark of other options and of those options at the lower end of cost among the possibilities. Superior customer service and outstanding work. The painting was delivered to the framing gallery exactly as promised. Navis will be our go to anytime we need anything shipped.

I got other peoples things. They broke a bunch of China that was not wrapped well. They wrapped all the China, but put no bubble wrap at the bottom of the box. Don't risk it. If you have things you don't want destroyed everything in the containers were damaged even an antique china cabinet, when they loaded it they damaged it. They sat it on a wood platform then they picked it up and set it on the platform. It knocked off the bottom support board of the China cabinet which created the glass to slide from the wood. They also broke the mirror inside the China cabinet. I would not risk it when you call to tell them they just blow you off

I had to get a box returned and I had to come back 3 separate times as the wait times were…read moreabsolutely ridiculous. This is not a place that you can expect to get a package sent before work or during lunch unless you have an extra 45 minutes to spare. The first time I went I waited about 30 minutes until I was helped, and then turned away because my box wasn't taped. I assumed the post office would have tape or let me pay for them to tape it, or have tape for me to buy and I asked. The guy had no solutions and told me you have to come back with a taped box. Ridiculous. So I returned a couple of days later with the taped box, and not many cars were in the parking lot. I was like, ok, I should be able to do this before getting to my class. There were three people ahead of me and I stood in line for 20 minutes and I ended up leaving because the line literally did not move and they were still helping the same customer from when I arrived . I would understand if they were sending off multiple boxes, dealing with problems, or whatever, but these were pretty basic transactions and typical mailings of one package. The workers here are incredibly slow. I mean painfully and ridiculously slow. To the point it seems purposeful. On top of that, my interactions with the employees were not pleasant. They don't smile, and act like you are a bother, even though they are literally the reason they have lines. Observations from my visits (came to about a total of an hour and 15 minutes in wait time to get this once package sent over my 3 visits): A man asked for his mail that was forwarded to the post office and it took the lady (dirty blonde, maybe 50's-60's) literally 15 minutes until she came back out. I also watched the same lady reading a label for 5 minutes before she helped a customer. She didn't even do anything with it. Just decided to act like she was doing something I guess so she could rest some more before her next customer. When I was being helped finally, all they had to do was scan the barcode and take the box, print and put on the label and give me a receipt. The lady started trying to peel a sticker off my box and took about 2 minutes doing this while I just stood there like what the hell? She finally gave up on the sticker before finally deciding to hand me my receipt, mind you a line of 10 had formed behind me at this point. Zero urgency. God, this place sucks. Hopefully, they decide to get some new blood here and actual efficient workers.

They had a winter break camp going on, there was about 10 kids who were being watched by 3 adults who worked there, we thought that was a cool option for local families. They have drinks and snacks and we also really appreciated that! I asked for a Flat White and it was actually delicious! Bridget was the one working the front desk, drinks and snacks yesterday and she is really awesome! Very sweet with great people skills! The play area was also clean, they must wipe things down pretty good every day. The only cons are when you first walk in the first door for entry, the small walk through room smells heavily like chlorine with a hint of mildew, like you're about to walk into an indoor pool. Also, the bathrooms looked like a daycare bathroom, out of toilet paper, toilet paper on the ground and no towels to dry your hands. Im sure they have their hands very full during times they have camps where they are watching a lot of kids. Someone going in and checking the bathroom once an hour should fix that. And lastly, we forgot to bring water with us for our kids, they don't sell water bottles and they don't have filtered water. They do have 2 water fountains for the kids but I don't let my kids use water fountains. Next time we'll be sure to have our waters with us. Thank you Bodies In Motion, our kids had a great time!

I took it to the UPS drop location and they said everything was fine and it was free because of the prepaid postage. This is not the first time this post office has tried to charge me too much for shipping a package. Good thing the guy was training somebody to do the same thing at the post office.

I spoke to Zoltar and after our conversation, I had complete confidence in this location! I was greeted by Noah and she was already filled in on my "baseball" order and staff already pulled the 6"x6" boxes for me. Nice! I had about a dozen personalized calligraphy baseballs to ship to individual locations. And I was using a colleague's credit card. None of this phased Noah!
