I visited this store today and the staff was amazing! I had 11 boxes some very large, the young man working saw I had multiple boxes and was outside asking if I needed help as soon as I got out of my car. Him and another young woman helped take the packages from my car onto a cart and wheeled them into the store. So thankful for the help, check out was very easy. I have had carrier issues with my little design firm. I have called into UPS and never had a call back. I told the store manager this and how upset and frustrated I was. Bryan the store manager proceeded to tell me they are not "UPS" rather the "UPS Store". I asked and told him to help me as they are a franchise. He gave me my contact information he had written down and said he would not help me. This is horrific service, and no one should be treated this way. I told him this and mentioned their job is to help customers and mitigate frustration by facilitating and helping their clientele. He should not be a store manager. read more

I wanted to do no stars...DO NOT USE!!! I had them ship my packages and I received them in my new place ALL BROKEN. The lady said she would put fragile all over the boxes. No fragile stickers were on the box, these valuables that were all gifts can't even be replaced. I will NEVER use this UPS again. This is coming from a student who doesn't need perfection, but maybe handle my packages with care next time. I can't even express it. I had some exceptional difficulty trying to send something to the United Arab Emirates. The staff was so helpful, trying to sort out that country's import regulations. In the end, they were perfectly understanding when it turned out I needed to return and retrieve the parcel before it left their store. They gave me a full refund with smiles all around. This is my neighborhood package-mailing go-to because they have excellent customer service. For example: I mailed an Amazon return from this store a few weeks back. Amazon claims they never received the package and because I lost my receipt, I had no way to track the package. The nice employee went to the trouble of searching the system for my package and then she called me with the tracking number later in the evening. She could have just told me "tough luck," but instead, she went out of her way to help and then called me with the information. That type of customer service will keep me coming back to this store forever. I wish I'd have caught her name because the owners of this store have a gem of an employee; I wish I could hire her! read more

Make sure to double and triple-check if ups can pick up your package if you are returning through amazon. Amazon set up a return for my mattress and ups picked it up. I guess ups does not do mattress pick-up, but the driver took it anyways. (I was also told on the phone by another ups driver that they would be fine to pick it up as long as it was wrapped in some kind of plastic before anyone even picked it up). Because it was picked up by a new driver and wasn't supposed to be, UPS DISPOSED the mattress without notifying me at any point. I would have come and gotten it if I knew they were going to throw it away. They never notified me so I continued to wait for my refund on the mattress which never came. When I went into ups to ask about it, I was super kind. I am not a confrontational person at all, but the supervisor who helped me was immediately defensive and rude and told me amazon should have never set up the return and told me to take it up with them. Amazon won't take responsibility either so now I am out a mattress because UPS threw it away without notifying me and out $1,100 because amazon won't refund me unless they receive the mattress. So be aware before letting any company tell you they will do returns through UPS. And shame on UPS for throwing away another person's returned item without giving them any notice or information about it. read more

I stopped by this location to mail 1 letter. The clerk was so rude, evidently customer service is not part of their services offered. The lady snapped, was dismissive and frankly when I left I wondered if they were responsible enough TO mail a letter! I will never do any buisness here again. The OWNER stopped in the middle of my transaction to help another customer who was behind me. I grabbed my packages, asked one of the employees if she was the manager , he told me she is the OWNER. I have been coming to this ups store for all my shipping and business needs. I will not be back. I told her I was leaving, how rude she was and that I could not believe she started to help another customer. I have seen the OWNER treat the employees like they are incapable of doing a task before. I called this business first before driving down there to make sure that I could get the boxes there and they would have tape I could use, etc. The guy on the phone was extremely helpful. He knew the answers to all of my questions and even had tips on how to save me money. When I arrived at the store it was close to closing time so I was the only customer. There were two guys working, the one who talked to me on the phone and another guy. Both gave me extremely good service!! It was seriously like watching the postal ballet to witness these guys work together. One was separating my packing slips and labels and entering the computer stuff. In the meantime the other guy was assembling boxes, loading my goods, putting the packing slips in the right boxes, and sealing them up with gusto. I had three individual packages to ship three different places and they got everything packed up and ready to go in minutes. The cost was reasonable and the exceptional customer service is well worth spending a little more than the Post Office. read more
