I was greeted by Noah and she was already filled in on my "baseball" order and staff already pulled the 6"x6" boxes for me. Nice! I had about a dozen personalized calligraphy baseballs to ship to individual locations. And I was using a colleague's credit card. None of this phased Noah! Him and another young woman helped take the packages from my car onto a cart and wheeled them into the store. So thankful for the help, check out was very easy. They even assisted me in packaging 3 additional shipments. Great customer service!
