The Discovery Center of Idaho has worked with him for years, and we've found great value in his service, but we've had to make the difficult business decision not to work with him any further due to his recent unprofessionalism and harassment of our staff. We let him know that we wanted to distribute posters for one of our highly popular events, then we changed our mind and decided to test a different marketing strategy using digital social media ads because we could better track and analyze their impact than a physical poster. We told him that his services were not needed for this event, but we will keep him in mind for future use. About a month later, Bo sent our Marketing Manager an incredibly negative and hateful message bashing our existing promotions with words like "Your poster game is looking extra weak! Whoever you have doing it is struggling! I guess that's what you guys get for stabbing me in the back, huh?!". He also said our Marketing Manager was a "flip-flopping fool" and said "I like DCI, but I don't like YOU! I've never had any problems with the people before you got your job." These hateful and negative messages are not appropriate, professional, or warranted, and we don't want other businesses to endure the same experience. I emailed Trista another project from an email I got and had info sheets I needed to print and she emailed back that morning and said there was overlap.
