Tom and his staff are great. Packing and shipping odd shaped things is always such a stressful experience. Now I just take it to Tom and he takes care of it and everything arrives is perfect condition...such a relief! read more

Tom, who is the store owner was extremely helpful and courteous. I would absolutely recommend his store to take care of your shipping needs.

The new owner is eager to please, the shop is well-stocked, and he was extraordinarily scrupulous in making sure I got a good deal. When sending some small items off to MN proved prohibitive via UPS, Mr. Ma pulled out Priority Mail boxes, selected the right one, and OFF went the items for a reasonable price. I felt truly well-taken care of. I wish you the very best with owning this crucial resource in the midst of an excellent shopping center --- plenty of parking! No reason to go anywhere else.! read more

I stopped in this morning for live scan services and Tom was extremely helpful and efficient with the fingerprint scanning service will come back again for my other shipping needs thank you Tom and team! read more

New ownership. Thanks for the help Thomas and clarifying the needs of a package.

Super helpful, resourceful and efficient. Not the norm in my experience with shopping centers. They take a flattering passport photo too, which is no mean feat! read more

I was sending a birthday present to my Mother and I did not have much time. Besides, I didn't have chance to get a box and tape to pack the present. So I tried this store although there was a post office in the same shopping center where I would have been in a long line. The owner was very friendly and professional. He packed my present very carefully and securely. I was very pleased with his quick and caring service. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes!!! I strongly recommend this place for a complete, caring and professional service. read more

What a nice surprise to find this place under new management! It's always been conveniently located, and has the services I need, but the previous owner made this a place to avoid. He was very casual about opening times, so I found myself locked out more than once. By contrast, Tom, the new owner, was great and helpful. I needed a document notarized and he did it quickly, efficiently, and with great courtesy! And for the same rate as other notaries public in the area -- in which case I'll always choose to support a small, local business. I'm excited that PP&S is a great option once again! read more

Tom was very helpful to me. After weighing and measuring my pack Tom clearly let me know all of my different price options. Good location, lots of parking, easy and hassle-free transaction so I will definitely return. read more

My Go-To-One-Stop-Shop for all my Shipping/Notary/Scanning needs. Extraordinary customer service. I stopped going to US Postal Service which is in the same shopping center after sending out my first Fedex package with Tom 2 months ago. I'll be back. read more

We have had a mailbox at PP&S for years. For personal reasons, most of our mail cannot be delivered to our home address, so it is absolutely important that I have a reliable PO box. The service has always been just that, reliable and trustworthy. Not a letter lost or package that wasn't taken in and delivered on time. Whenever something large arrives, we are promptly notified by phone. I'm there several times a week and have always found the experience to be pleasant. Every question and concern is answered or addressed in a timely matter. I would and have recommended PP&S to several people over the years and will continue to do so. read more

I was out in Pasadena and needed to get a document notarized. I'm not from the Pasadena area so I did a quick yelp search and found this store. I called and Tom told me to come right in. The store is located in a strip mall across from Huntington Hospital. I found the store easily and Tom helped me out. He is the new owner of the store and was extremely helpful. I would definitely return to this location again! read more

My father had a mailbox here for years, and the previous owner, Robert Ha, was always very friendly and courteous to both my father and me. My father recently passed, and Mr. Ha and I had a nice conversation about him on Mr. Ha's last day as owner. This kind of personal recognition and service seems to be very rare, and I wish Mr. Ha and his family all the best going forward. I was initially concerned when Mr. Ha told me that he would no longer be the owner. However, I'm already impressed with the new owner, Tom Ma. Although I'd only met him once (a couple of weeks ago), he remembered me when I came to the store on Saturday to ship some documents. He was very helpful and processed my order quickly. He even offered me bottled water. I'm happy to continue bringing my business here, and I recommend it to others. read more

I recently needed live scan fingerprints, and Tom was fast, efficient and courteous. I'm impressed with the overall attitude of the store and plan to return for other services -- passport photo, UPS dropoff, keys made. You name it. read more

Worst customer service ever! Aside from not even a smile, getting up from the chair, or saying hello I was rudely asked 'what you want?'- and when I replied oh I just need to ship a box back to Amazon the man finally gets up and throws me a tag for my box. Then I respond 'now what?' he says 'oh you're going to have to tape it yourself as well....We don't provide tape here.' All would be good if it was just some clear instruction and a simple hello but I will never step foot inside of this place again, and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience. One guarantee way is to not go there! read more

This guy is a crook!!! He overcharged me for stamps without even telling me. When I asked what stamp I need for my envelopes, his answer was, "This is what you need to mail that envelope." Too bad it was that times 80! Grumpy old man looking to make some money the dishonest way. Shame on him!!!!!! read more

This place needs a sign that says "Check out our bad reviews on yelp !" The owner is dishonest, contemptuous of the customer, and rude to the point of being almost comical. I will Avoid. I suggest you do too. I Would give negative stars if i could. Glad i trusted my intuition and walked out before completing my transaction ( equipment return) as apparently my experience has been repeated many many times. read more
