I do have very very bad experiences with this travel agent, if I can give them a minus star I would do it, terrible company, irresponsible company, I want file a small claim against this company's but it is not worth my times and energy for few hundreds dollar!! I first went to a travel agency near my house but the price they gave me was ridiculous. Actually, first they said the airport I wanted to fly into was too expensive so she told me to fly into bigger airport. But even after that, the price was still high. So I did my research online before coming here hoping it was cheaper than that agency and it was but not the best selection. Finally I decided to come here to get a quote. We were help by Kieu and she is amazing! She's very nice and friendly. She was able to give me the best quote but I felt a lil rush into booking since she warned me that prices change everyday. Since we had an idea how much it costs already and she was able to snatch us a good deal, we decided to go with her. I esp love it that 2/3 of my flights are direct which I could not find it online on my own for 1 of it. So I'm very happy with it!! Kieu told us it's a non-refundable flight so we had to pay her in cash which is fine too. But the next day, I had to call her to make change to fly out one day earlier on one of the flights and she was able to change my flight for me!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH or else I would have to miss a wedding. So I recommend you to do your research and then come here to see if their price is reasonable or not. read more

It helps that they see me all the time, probably won't do it for stranger. The airplane tickets are the cheapest around and the tours are the best at good price. Fuuuck this travel agency. ( DuMaMay). I'm really MAD right now. I'm ready to......... Han Pham was my agent. This is one of the worst place to buy airline tickets to Vietnam. My family bought tickets a couple months in advance but Han said she couldn't select seats for my family because the airline didn't let her to choose seat at the time. She then told me to call her back in 3 months,... 2 months,... 1 month...3 weeks,... Still nothing. She finally told me seats will be opened for selecting a couple days before departure. That's BuulllSShittt. And, she changed my trip locator/confirmation # without letting me know. I had to call her to get a new # because I was not able to sign in. Fuuuck! What kind of an agent is this? A shiiity one!!! I had to go online to select seats myself. It was too late. We're gonna have to seat apart from each other ( all 6 of us including 3 children ). If I knew that I couldn't select seats in advance I would have booked online (Only $50 ~ 3% difference per ticket). DON'T buy tickets from this agency, especially from agent Han Pham. I don't care what the others say about her but she lied to us and sold us "cheap" tickets for which the airline will give shiiity seats or let you choose seats last. DuMaMay-Worst Experience Ever!!! I recommend to go see Kieu if you're going to buy a plane ticket. She's the most helpful and genuine person here. She had no problem picking my seats for me as I told her specifically where I want to be seated. I had to pick my own seats and everything by myself online which was a hassle last year. I bought a ticket from the lady next to her last year but she wasn't as helpful as Kieu. So ask for her ! she's usually sitting nearest to the door with rounder glasses. :) read more

I rarely write a review and only do that if there is an exception. This review is just for the CARGO services. My dad and I sent some Christmas presents to my niece and nephew in Vietnam including an iPad (which we bought extra insurance that was recommended by the company's employee) in late November. After more than 5 weeks of waiting and many phone calls and trips to the office, we was told by the supervisor that our cargo was missing and they really did not know where it was. The company agreed to refund us the maximum amount set by the company, but we lost $200 after the refund. They don't want to pay for that $200. I wanted to complain to the owner, but she wouldn't be back until late January. We could file a complaint to California Department of Consumer Affairs and brought them to court to get $200 back, but I don't think it's worth our time and effort. My dad and I accepted the refund because we just wanted to get over with and were tired of calling back and forth. We learned the lesson the hard way. I write this review just because I don't want anybody to go through what we went through.... read more
