Came to Post Pack and Ship for their cell phone services. If you look them up online they also go by Fast Phone Fix. They fixed my iPhone 6 Plus screen in a record time! Tom said that sometimes they get a lot of requests so turnaround time varies. Overall very happy with the new screen! read more

I came to Post Pack & Ship to expedite my passport renewal. The process was easy and fast! They took care of everything including the application, fees and even the photo. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a passport quickly! read more

Quick & Easy. Highly recommend PP&S. They were kind and sociable and I was able to get my LiveScan done within minutes

Shipping out my item via USPS here and super convenient. The location is ideal as it's near a lot of things. Look forward to coming back.

I've come to Post Pack & ship for several years now and I will continue to do so. What can I say, Tom won me over and I like supporting the "mom & pops" As a customer and a small business owner, I have to tell you how Tom went out of his way for me. I had a shipping rush emergency for court documents. Not only did he notarize my documents, he packaged them, and had them ready for Fedex pick up. When I was on the road I got a call from my attorney who stated that he needed a faxed copy of the documents NOW!!! There seemed to be a court mishap to say the least. However, I called Tom to see if he could help me out. Tom was able to scan the documents, and fax them to the number I needed. He then placed them back in a new package and got them out on time via fedex. Post Pack & ship in Pasadena is where Ill continue to go to for notary, shipping, and possibly a mail box. Drop by, I'm sure Tom will win your business over. read more

I have used Post Pack and Ship for over 10 years. They have always been reliable and more than once gone above and beyond what was required of them. Their owner spent days on international calls to ensure a package I sent my son who was overseas in Spain. I was kept abreast of all communication. No other person would have done that. They have never ever messed up an order for me. I trust them implicitly to handle all my shipping needs. SA read more

Thank you Thomas for the prompt and professional service. Holiday shipping can be stressful. You made it easy and went above and beyond to make sure each package would be best shipped and by each of your carrier resources. Thanks again! 5 Stars! -Ben read more

Always a great experience at Post Pack and Ship. And shout out to Rebecca for all her help! Knowledgeable staff, and always willing to assist. Thanks....highly recommended. read more

Great, prompt, professional service! Tom is a pleasure to work with and knows what he's doing when it comes to packing items and getting it to where it needs to be. Would definitely recommend! read more

Tom and team are awesome! I got an expedited passport, passport photos, a document notarized, and dropped off ups packages all in under 15 minutes. I will definitely be back. read more

We came in for expedited passport renewal and it took less than an hour for both my husband and I. Tom was great! We took our photos, did our applications, and sent it in. Woohoo! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Found the perfect place to get my expedited passport! I'm traveling in two weeks and needed to find a place to get it done asap. Tom the owner was super friendly and helpful and made me feel confident that they can get it all done for me without having to stress or worry. If you're looking to get or renew your passport come here. It's a one stop shop also for my pictures taken. read more

DO NOT go here! The workers are horribly rude and unhelpful. I was told I could drop off my cable receivers at any UPS place, but when I went in they turned up their noses and said they wouldn't help me. When I asked if they could tell me where the nearest UPS Store was, they refused and told me to look it up myself. How rude is that? I was being super polite and sweet when I walked in, but they completely ruined my sunny disposition. I hope they get closed down! The Korean guy must me the owner or something -but there's no excuse to treat every customer like they are dogs he can dismiss. What an asshole! read more

Do not do not do not go here! Zero dependability with your packages, rude service and overcharging. Seriously, you will regret it. I made the mistake of stumbling into here to ship some packages because it was near the other places I was shopping -- clearly, I should have done a little more research and gone elsewhere. First of all, the markup on a FedEx package is *considerably* greater than any other shipping places I have used -- I understand that there's a matter of supply and demand, and that this guy is running a business -- but when presented with the option of paying over 2x above the going price of other places, I was obliged to choose a different means of shipping. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told to "call back later in the day." Two days later, I did call back, just to confirm the shipment and finally get my tracking number. I was told that my package still had not gone out, and that I would have to call back later THAT day and get a tracking number. Needless to say, this was infuriating. When I asked (politely, still) how come I couldn't get a tracking number then, I was told "I have too many packages, there are over 80 of them waiting to go!" I'm not sure what kind of podunk operation gets swamped under 80 packages, and still hadn't sent shipments several days later -- but they're apparently still open and accepting your packages to be swallowed up into the great void. It is truly amazing that this place it still in business. I guess it is only because of people like me who wander in by accident. In the unlikely event that my niece and nephew ever receive their Christmas presents, I might consider adding one-eighth of a star -- in the meantime, though, I can only say that shipping things from here is roughly the equivalent of flushing them down a poorly-managed turlet. read more

The only reason this rating has one star is because Yelp made me choose a rating - would not give it any stars. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! OMG these people are beyond RUDE. Seriously don't know how they are even in business. I asked the Asian man at the counter to tell me how much it would cost to ship three small items / post office next door was closed, it would have cost $4.95 and the packaging would have been FREE / he proceeded to pack and tape my goodies in a box in the back where I could not see what he was doing then told me that it was $4.95 for the packing and another $12.50 for shipping. I had not even given him the shipping address yet so I'm not sure how he could calculate. When I told him no thank you, I don't want to pay that and I do not want your box either as I did not ask you to pack it, but to tell me what it would cost, he semi-pretended not to speak English and yelled at me to pay him for the box. Obviously the customer at this dump is never right! Enter at your own risk! read more

I came in here to send a care package to a friend. I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front of the store. I needed advice on choosing a padded envelope vs a box and which shipping method to use as I needed the package there as quickly as possible. The man who helped me just said, "I don't know." So after packing the envelope myself, he put it on a scale and said it would be $15.75 without specifying how long it would take to arrive. After having to ask him for the specifics of the price, he told me it would take 5 business days. That is when I decided to take my items and told him I would go to the Post Office instead. He had the nerve to tell me to return the envelopes to their place at which point I told him it was not my store. He said, "you people are always complaining." so not sure if he meant women or short people or what. Will never return there. read more

WARNING!!! THE MAN who runs this store (may be the owner) IS A CON!!! He added an extra $32.00 to my debit card and REFUSED to give me a refund. He started yelling "This is my store, I can do what I want!". I have filed a claim with my bank Wells Fargo) and reported him to The Better Business Bureau. Also, I will be calling my local police station and the FCC to file a report. I just read numerous Yelp reviews and everyone had been either over-charged, treated rudely or both. I cannot fathom how he stays in business. read more

Stopped by because of an emergency picture printing. I'm happy with their front man's customer service ( I guess he's the owner). Nice office, seems like they provide a variety of services-shipping, printing, passport with expedition, mailboxes, key copying, even textbook buyback. read more

All I needed was to get live scan fingerprints for In Home Health Services...I called to check on the price, I was told it starts at $40 and goes up from there...he couldn't give me an answer, then when I said I would come over I was told "you have to make an appointment on our web site..." ***UGH*** REALLY?? I go to the web site, start to book an appointment UNTIL they want my credit card info to 'hold my appointment'...You have GOT to be kidding me! Their policy is if you are 5 min late they will consider you late and charge you a NON REFUNDABLE $20. fee for not being there on time. No 'effing way! I have a special needs kid...if he is having seizures - which I have no control over, I am not paying a FEE for being more than 5 min late. Doctors, lawyers, and every other professional I deal with on a daily basis don't operate like this. Good luck if they can get people to give them their credit card # and pay late fees if they are more than 5 min late...but I won't be using Post, Pack & Ship...EVER! (FOR ANYTHING!) They are certainly not the only game in town. I find the whole thing ridiculous! read more

Recommend Post Pack & Ship only to people you hate. Easily the rudest man in customer service works here. If you want to be treated like an animal, by all mean do your business here. I asked to have a package shipped USPS priority mail with tracking. He told me they did not do tracking on USPS mail and then charged me approx. $8.65 to ship a ladies watch. He said if I wanted tracking, I would have to ship UPS for $16.00. Seriously? He then rudely told me to just go and that he would handle everything. He said it angrily which ticked me off. I only came to this place because my girlfriend said there was an actual U.S. Post Office in the same shopping center which I didn't initially see - its only a few doors down from this shop in the same shopping center. Stupid me. I then marched back into the store and asked for my package back and a refund. He charged me $1.00 to use his shipping label. Come on. At least I got the refund though. I then went to the actual post office a few doors down and they charged me only $6.55 for USPS mail with tracking included for the exact same package saving me $2.10 on a small item like a watch. I can only imagine how much customers could be getting gouged on other services. Speaking of rudeness. The lady in front of me left in a huff cussing and muttering to herself after dealing with this rude man. Then after me, a lady said good morning to him and he literally glared at her and said nothing back. I was floored. Who behaves like this, especially with their customers? I usually root for small business but not this one. read more

This business provided excellent service for me. They had my best interests in mind when I needed a renewed passport in a pinch, and saved me over $400. I highly recommend Post Pack and Ship for anyone who needs passport services and/or items to be shipped. read more

My name is Christopher, Pack and Ship has litterally saved me through a tough situation. I have to go back home to Michigan from California for family emergency. If it wasn't for them I would be so sick to my stomach right now worried. I totally feel like a little weight has been lifted off my shoulders with their quick and reasonable pricing. Thank you so much for helping me with this situation. If you are looking for a place to ship your stuff quick they're not very expensive this is the best place for you read more

I have had very bad experiences with UPS in the past. These guys went above and beyond for me and really helped me out. Highly recommend them! Tom is awesome! read more

I just walked in to this business to buy stamps and drop off some packages to be shipped. Wow- this shipping place does not accept drop odd packages that are prepaid. Bad business people. I'll buy marked up stamps from an establishment that offers courtesy service to its customers. It sort of smelled awful too in there. You are a business that sells product for a mark up- all things that usps and businesses like fed ex and ups offer. These places offer the courtesy of drop off service. You choose not to. Clear and simple. As an owner this is your right - as a consumer I can ensure others know this before walking in. Post pack and ship- sure if paid to you at a mark up - no problem. read more

I went in for the notary service on Sunday and everything went extremely smoothly. So glad this place is under new ownership. Tom is the new owner and makes sure whatever you are shipping is safe, secure and going to the right place. Previous owner didn't really care about you or what you were packaging. Definitely the go to place to get things shipped in Pasadena! read more

Needed notary services completed and it was completed extremely quickly and knowledgeably by Tom. Great location, efficient service, and expected pricing for a non-franchise ship center. Tom is working extremely hard to make the business run and he does so at lightning speed on par with a busy New Yorker. Californians might not be used to his speed, but there's nothing rude about it. I rather respected his hard work. It was faster and better than any UPS Store I've been to. It was also much better than the last notary I went to in Beverly Hills which was tiny and uncomfortable, plus the owner/notary public in BH was foreign with an accent and seemed less knowledgeable than Tom about notary services. Tom is perfectly American with no accent and perfect communication skills. He did seem stressed, possibly overworked, but it could have been from the season or from the transition from the old management. read more

The line at USPS was so long I happened to walk over and see if I could buy a box from here. Glad I did! The new owner was nice and was able to explain how shipping was calculated. Would come back again. read more

Definitely recommend this location if you have any fragile items that need to be carefully packed. I felt very secure and assured. He was very helpful and friendly. We will come again for our shipping needs! read more

I'm pretty sure Tom is an angel sent to guide us through cardboard shipping hell. I had to ship out two urgent international document mailers, and after running a list of prices and dates by me, Tom repackaged my things into smaller mailers to cut down the cost. He even went so far as to make copies of the address labels and reapplied them to the new mailers for me, and he also cut up a spare cardboard mailer to use it as reinforcement. On top of all that, he put up with all my fuss about everything "looking presentable" with the serenest grace. Maybe he could tell I was a ball of stress when I walked in, but having him take care of everything for me was such a relief. There's something just really zen about him that gives you peace of mind, you know? I work nearby in the plaza but live about a half hour away, and I'm pretty sure I'd still make the drive out here just to use Tom's services again rather than deal with all the same tired, grouchy people at UPS or FedEx. read more

Tom is the MAN! I had three large packages that needed to be shipped to a customer across the nation...and packed very well. Tom took care of everything!
