This place was amazing in obtaining my passport in time before I went to Spain . I got it a week before and worth the price they set. I went to them in the summer and totally forgot to post. My apologies for that but great over all 10/10 read more

Jill was great. Took care of everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company if you need your passport expedited quickly. read more

Jill is amazing! I had made a failed attempt to renew my minor children's passports. Being divorced, added a layer of complexity. Our trip was only weeks away and we already started the process without Jill. I remembered how Jill helped me, years ago with my personal passport needs. I called her and within minutes, she brought sanity to the process. She walked me through each step. Even though we messed up our paperwork, which was sealed by the Post Office, she was able to guide us and complete the request. Bottom line, we had 2 passports for our minor children delivered in under 1 week! AMAZING! I will always use Jill and her services for any future passport needs. Best customer service! read more

I have used Omega for all my passport needs for the last 12 years. Jill and her team are outstanding. I have used Omega for both personal and business and have never seen someone get last minute visas approved so quickly, they really can offer same day services. Even after moving to Florida I still find it worth it to use Omega. read more

My company uses Omega for business visas, but when I needed my kid's passport updated with his new name and gender designation, they quoted my a crazy high price for handling it, and then gave me wildly incorrect information. They said for the gender update I'd need a doctor's note "to prove that he's taking his meds." A one-minute Google search told me that was completely incorrect and frankly offensive, since in reality, the State Department has no requirement for this, and allows applicants to self-attest gender. I figured out how to file the application myself and saved $400. read more

Omega Saves the Day! I woke up Monday morning to find my passport expired, and a non-refundable vacation leaving on Wednesday! Totally forgot about my passport. I called Jill, went in first thing, got pics there, all paperwork, and rush ordered a new passport. By Tuesday I had a new passport and relieved I could go! They really came thru fast and very helpful! If you have weeks to wait for the standard processing then it saves the fee, but if you are in a rush or even just need help with the process they definitely are worth the price.. Also a few years back my wife had a business trip overseas, and in booking her travel her passport got lost somehow? Omega got her a brand new passport, blocked the old one and had it delivered quick too! She had a little more time so didn't have to Rush but they took care of everything and saved valuable time and energy from making an appointment, taking time off work and hassle with the post office procedures. Thanks twice now Omega! :) read more

Services are great, but prices are heavy! I paid over $300 (After fees) to expedite my passport with this agency. It is a reliable place if you're looking to make sure you get your passport in time though! read more

This place is a HUGE ripoff. They wanted $195 for their fee to do a Brazil Visa. They are so overpriced it is not even funny. We found another company that is rated very well and did it for $40. Be warned check around before you pay too much. read more

I contacted Jill with a very last minute business visa request. A lot was riding on my getting it on time and getting it done correctly the first time. Jill was able to clearly tell me what documents were needed and it took a lot of the stress out of the process. She was able to get my visa extremely fast and I couldn't be more happy with her services. It was really nice to have someone who knew what they were doing help me through the process and deliver results. I will definitely be going back to Omega for any and all of my visa needs. read more

Worked with Jill today in getting my first passport. ...Yes, my first (don'choo judge me!). It was actually pretty painless. I had a hard time even dragging myself out of the house to get it, but it was worth it. Jill and Sheram were both very pleasant and accommodating throughout my entire process. First, we filled in my info with the US gov website, prepared the documents, and then took my passport picture. Then I had to have it notarized at the US Post Office, which is to be expected. Luckily for me, the USPS was not far from Omega. I don't really know how to dive too deeply into this process to leave a riveting review on Yelp. All I can say is that Jill and Sheram were very friendly and efficient. For this lazy boy, it was a great experience. Thank you. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to do their first time passport. Very easy. read more

I've used this service numerous times over the past ten years. They do a good job, they are knowledgeable and plenty fast. they dont smile and serve coffee, but they are not rude or unfriendly. The rules have changed over the decade, they used to be able to do everything, then they took me to the post office, now they give me directions. Once that is done...they finished up the rest. They do the photos here and have a notary public. read more

This place scams people I went in for a notary today. Before going in I knew the rules and what can be done or not. I needed to notarize a single signature which had a copy of my ID and social security card on one page for verification for my bank. They told me the identifications had to be on two separate papers (which is not true).....they just wanted me to buy an extra signature (notary is $15 per signature here) So me being me, financial freedom and all I decided without arguments to get this notary done and leave a honest negative feedback. These folks especially the older man in the front desk is a nice scam artist Hope you like this feedback. Let's see what his response will be...........Folks, don't let them fool you read more

Hi everybody, I haven't done anything by this group but I called Mr. Sheram two times so far and asked critical questions about my immigration case. At both times he was 100% positive, patient, and respectful and completely answered my question without any charge! I don't know how can I appreciate his consideration, but this time as I need a lawyer for the immigration process, I'll buy a nice flower and make an appointment with them and obviously chose them for this process without any doubt :) I will come here again and write a comment about how they treat me during the fore-coming process. The best, Arash read more

I had experience with them in the past, so I decided to use them to get Brazilian VISAs for my kids. Fortunately, I only send the first one when I realized that it only costs $45 and they charge $165. I immediately asked them to cancel and they took two days to get back to me and then told me it had already been submitted. I asked more than once why they charged $120 more and they simply told me this is their "service fee". For what? I submitted the VISA for my other kid via the official site and it was only $45 and very easy. I will not do business with Omega again. I wish I had checked on Yelp before trusting them... BE WARNED! read more

Pros 1. Close to my work. Half a block away 2. Friendly and professional staff Cons 1. I needed 1 signature for $10 but they did not accept card or check. I had to go out of my way and borrow money from a coworker. read more

This is in response to the beautiful apology written by management with lots of exclamation marks. (I'm being sarcastic, by the way.) Maybe management you need to some training on how to deal with this type of problems and especially with some customer service! What an awful business you run. The. Issue here is customer service and the fact is that the employee did not mention the additional fee or total fee. It would have been nice if she had explained the way the service worked and not waited until after paperwork was completed....!....!....!...! read more

I used Omega for a visa to Cameroon, which was virtually impossible at the time to get directly from their embassy. Omega came thru with it incredibly quickly. I have recommended them to others, and the results have been consistently good. Using a visa broker is not cheap, but neither is your time or your trip. For the few hundred it cost us it was worth every penny. read more

My wife and I found Jill of Omega Passport a delight to work with. Jill was polite, friendly and most important skilled and knowledgeable. She helped us with our visa application and the entire process took less than 2 weeks to complete. We were also advised by our travel agent that her fees are less than other sources. Would gladly recommend Omega Passport Services. read more

Just awful. When I walked in a woman greeted me and asked what I needed: Notary services. Then she directed me to the woman at the first desk Who proceeded to ignore me while she finished what had to be the most important text in the whole entire world. I mean why else would you ignore your paying customer who is sitting directly across from you? The text she was sending definitely had to be life or death defining. Then once the ever so important text was sent she looked at the document I placed in front of her and started to notarize it. No apology, she didn't even look up at me. How's that for customer service; you don't even look at the customer in front of you while you're handing their business? After she notarized my document, she said $10. I handed her my card. To which she replied,"No card, I don't take card for $10. Bank next door. Awesome!!! I'm so mad I gave them my $10. Really... read more

You get what you pay for! We pay for stellar, personal, prompt service and that is what we get! We pay for them to take care of the process and they do. I can call them at any time of the process and get an update and they know exactly what is going on. I have had them process at least 10 visas for China for business purposes as well as several of my colleagues, including myself, use them for personal passport/visa assistance. 100% of the time they were clear, efficient, honest and accurate and most of the time, the visas were received before the agreed upon date. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who has passport/visa needs. read more

Great service, faster than expected. Jill goes out of her way to make things happen. Knew exactly what she was doing and also kept me well informed about the status of my Visa. read more

They eventually got us our visas, but they weren't friendly, and they weren't fast. We were applying for a visa using a certificate of sponsorship. The consulate requested additional information that Omega never warned us we would need (proof of schooling). When we asked Omega what kind of proof of schooling we needed (copy of a degree, transcript, actual degree, simply the information), they didn't know and got irritated that we asked. If you are in a serious rush to get your visa, and you want people who know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable that they are on top of it, these are not the people to work with. read more

High praise for Omega. Our company has many different travel needs ... whether it is a business visa to China or India, a new passport or a passport renewal, Jill comes through every time. I highly recommend Jill... Very helpful and efficient - and she makes me laugh! read more

I have no idea how anyone could give Omega a bad review. I've been doing business with them for over 10 years. ALWAYS courteous and extremely helpful, Jill and Sheram who own the place are like family. Even turning around China visas on same day!!!! If you are a people person, you must go to Omega and your experience will be fantastic. Plus, the girl at the front desk is extremely nice and pretty and that is never a bad thing! I don't even live near Glendale anymore and will still drive the distance to do business with these guys. Keep up the good work!!! read more

Very helpful!! It was my first time overseas and I was very anxious and did not know anything about traveling outside US. Jill helped me to get my passport and visa super fast and did all "dirty" work for me :) I don't understand why people are complaining about extra fees. You pay for SERVICE. Who expects service for free?? If you are cheap or think you don't need guidance, go do it yourself! I obviously can't trust myself lol. Thank you!! read more

I would not even give Omega Services 1 star - this place is ridiculous! How are you even in business?? Jill is incredibly rude, not at all helpful and does not provide enough information. Not only are they overly priced but they do nothing quickly, they do not provide enough detail to get visa's completed without having them rejected multiple times and she quoted deliveries that were clearly not realistic. Also when you as the customer are paying thousands of dollars to her company to expedite passports/visa at their ridiculous cost you are looking for some kind of reassurance that the product will come on time. NOPE her attitude provides ZERO comfort that they will get the job done in time, and when you call to follow up - JILL yells at you for doing so. She called me nasty on the phone as well as told me I was putting words in her mouth because she could not deliver a Visa in the time she quoted. It came down to hours before having to get on a plane when we planned over a month in advance. She over charges and she provided zero customer service - AWFUL, this place is a joke! read more

omega was really great. i had a great experience getting my passport here.every one was super friendly, from when you walk in, to the girls in the back(: this is a super reliable place, I needed my passport within ten days and they were able to get me the passport exactly when i needed it. i would recommend them to anyone who needs a passport within a small amount of time. The whole process there does not take too long as long as you come prepared. The government fee you do have to pay with a debit or check, but their fee you can pay with a credit card. read more
