The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. If you need mailing or document services in Sherman Oaks, this is officially a yes from me.

First of all, let me say that both my parents wanted to go with a tour group but I was against it since day one, however I was scared that if something went wrong in a foreign country they would blame me for not going with a group. The way Ani organized our entire trip was just Perfect. Every form of transportation was prebooked so we didnt have to waste extra time, energy, money abroad. Every process was as smooth as you can imagine. Flights, train, taxi, private transportation, gondola ride, boat taxi. Everything you wont think of, she did. She booked the best of the best tours, all skip the line & all within our budget. There was no way we were going to have a bad time. Of course, it all depends on your attitude as well. Some people just dont know how to travel so they will find an issue everywhere. My hotels, one better than the other. I could not have planned a better vacation and am forever grateful to Ani for planning everything as perfectly as possible. The entire time, both my parents and I were praising her for doing everything so professionally and so wonderfully. Thankfully, not once did my parents regret not going with a tour group. Although, I know Ani takes tours and knowing her, I will be more than happy to go with her. She is the sweetest; patient and professional . Takes her time to make sure all your needs are met. Thank you Ani! My dream to Venice, Rome, Florence, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi Coast & Paris could not have been any better.

Our various tours was much longer than expected because she took the less expensive routes which resulted in long transportation & wait time. Overall our experience was very dissatisfying & I honestly can't recommend this agency for anyone. Our tours of different cities only included visits to churches & no where else. I paid $6600 for 10 days with Royal Travel Tours & Anet Tours offers Italy for $5200 for 12 days. I have traveled with Anet Tours to Dubai & had an amazing time but I wanted to try Royal Travel Tours to compare & I see now that there's no comparison.

However, today when one of my employee went in to get finger printed, the lady who was supposed to help her was being rude. I understand that my employee left her form but she was telling the lady that my agency can email it now as she was on the phone with us but the lady keeps pushing her away and was giving her and attitude. Normally you have a form that the employees can fill out but she wasn't even given that option. My employee is an elder as she is 65 years old and she even apologized that she missed the form but RESPECT would be greatly appreciated. With that incident, I will be looking for another finger printing company who I can recommend and would respect my employees.

They sell money orders!!! This is such a rarity in West Hollywood…read more I had NO idea this place sells money orders - they totally saved my butt when trying to get my money order to pay rent. I was so stressed to discover West Hollywood Post Office was out of money orders, and our 711 no longer sells them, then by chance opened the door of Dokument USA and asked if they sell money orders - and they do! I've lived near this place 30 years and had no idea! There was no wait, the gentleman who helped me was friendly, fast, and the money order cost about the same as USPS.
