They sell money orders!!! This is such a rarity in West Hollywood. I had NO idea this place sells money orders - they totally saved my butt when trying to get my money order to pay rent. I was so stressed to discover West Hollywood Post Office was out of money orders, and our 711 no longer sells them, then by chance opened the door of Dokument USA and asked if they sell money orders - and they do! I've lived near this place 30 years and had no idea! There was no wait, the gentleman who helped me was friendly, fast, and the money order cost about the same as USPS. In 2019, when I did not have my citizenship just yet, my green card has expired. I would have to cancel my trip to Russia, which would be a disaster. I went to see two lawyers who told me that it would not be possible to expedite the extension of the green cart. I was told that it will take at least four months. Very, very bad experience with this place! They didn't have the mindset to help you. They were pushing their agenda on you. The person on the phone didn't want to listen and was very rude. They didn't want to give you an idea about how they were going to help you. They don't understand English very well. It was very hard to communicate. $750 for a visa service is not worth the price. I got a Russian multiple visa. This is my experience. I made an appointment with different agency in the whole foods market mall. but, this office was present cross the street. I thought this was the agency that I was looking for..)) even until 1 week later after I dropped my USA passport. I guess the price is more affordable than competitors. I already New they have a poor customer service and no interpersonal skills. However, I decided to give this place a second chance. I took my mom there to have a POA done. The need a special one for Russia with the apostille done. After multiple appointments our POA was ready and we mailed it to Russian. We just learned that POA was refused by the bank because it had 3 mistakes! When we discussed concerns and mistakes with the employee who did our POA, she told us that it's our responsibility to check for mistakes! Really? If it's our job to validate the accuracy of the POA then why we are paying you? It's very disappointed and now we have to redo it and ship again! More time and expenses. read more

Went to get a photo for a British Passport which was rejected by the British Embassy due to a slight smile. Now, when I had the photo taken I said "oh, I'm not supposed to smile" and the person taking the photo said "it should be okay" she even went out to check their guidelines. (supposedly). When I went back to say it doesn't meet the UK guidelines, the assistant spoke to the manager in Russian who stood up and said "that's rubbish, we've never had any photo rejected, everyone in the US smiles". She then said, "anyway you have to pay again, we are not doing anything for free". I didn't ask for it to be done again for free but based on her attitude I left and went to Walmart. Go elsewhere, they don't know the meaning of the word service. read more

Professional Service for Russian Visas I've worked with them several years for our Taekwondo team to compete in Russia and never had a problem. Daniel is very nice and works with you. I've quoted other visa service companies and they charged $80-100 more than Daniel did and they all have to do the same process! Don't forget you need an invitation letter and passport photos when you sign up for a Russian visa. The passport photos can be taken at those photo booths at the mall for cheap. They do it here too but for a fee. I definitely recommend this company :) read more
