I bought a ticket last year for a flight for June of 2025 with an insurance to be able to change…read morethe ticket. My mom got sick and I had to stay home with her and wasn't able to go to Europe. I canceled my trip and tried to postpone it to next year same time in June 2026. Since they didn't have flights going out that far the travel agent advised me to get a flight for April 2026 and then cancel it and change it to June of 2026. So I changed it in March of 2026 to June 2026. The agent told me, that I would get a call from the manager. I never received a phone and tried too many times to talk with somebody .. I've been leaving voice messages with my phone number for a return call , but no success . I don't know what to do.

For my domestic Canada booking, I purchased Travel Care Service for USD 95.22, believing it would protect me in the event of a missed connection. On my return journey, Etihad Airways flight EY21 from Abu Dhabi to Toronto was delayed by 14 hours and 36 minutes, causing me to miss my Air Canada flight from Toronto to Edmonton. While I was still stranded in Abu Dhabi, ASAP Tickets asked me to purchase a replacement ticket. I paid an additional USD 353.92, which itself included another USD 100.92 Travel Care Service charge. After returning to Canada, I requested reimbursement of the USD 353.92. ASAP Tickets declined my claim, stating that because my Toronto-Edmonton ticket was a "standalone domestic reservation," the Travel Care "Missed Connection" benefit did not apply. As a customer, this explanation is difficult to understand. A non-stop domestic flight cannot have a missed connection on its own. The only missed connection that could occur was due to the delayed international flight--which is exactly what happened. What is even more concerning is that I was charged for Travel Care twice--first USD 95.22 on the original booking and then another USD 100.92 as part of the rebooking--yet I was ultimately told that the coverage did not apply when I actually needed it. I believe customers deserve: * A clear explanation of exactly what Travel Care covers before they purchase it. * Agents who verify whether Travel Care applies before asking stranded passengers to pay hundreds of dollars for replacement tickets. I am sharing my documented experience so that other travelers can make informed decisions when purchasing Travel Care.

Subject: A Wonderful Experience on Qatar Airways Flight QR735 (Doha to Chicago)…read more On Monday, June 15, we traveled from Doha to Chicago on Qatar Airways Flight QR735. There is so much we could say about this journey, but in just a few words, we would like to say that this flight truly won our hearts. We traveled in Business Class, seated in 8E and 8F. Everything about the journey was exceptional--from the comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft to the outstanding service provided by the cabin crew. We would especially like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the flight attendants Ruchi and Parinaz. Their warm smiles, kindness, and caring attitude made us feel like family throughout the flight. Parinaz, in particular, made us feel as though she were our own daughter. Her genuine care, affection, and professionalism made our journey unforgettable. We are proud to share this wonderful experience and highly recommend Qatar Airways Flight QR735 to all travelers. The excellent cleanliness of the aircraft and the exceptional hospitality of the cabin crew, especially Parinaz, deserve the highest praise. We are delighted to give this flight a 5-star rating and look forward to traveling with Qatar Airways again in the future. Thank you to the entire Qatar Airways team for making our journey so comfortable and memorable. Sincerely, Amrik Singh & Family

RSVP Vacations travel offerings are totally unique, select niche market offerings in that they…read morecater to gay men and women specialize in travel aboard cruise ships. The real hit is that they do not merely book you on as a group but instead charter the entire ship so that, rest assured, all of the passengers are gay. As such it really couldn't be better. I recently took their cruise out of Fort Lauderdale's Port Everglades aboard the Koningsdam, the newest and best ship of the Holland America Lines, and what a ship it was. It was totally knock out beautiful, had fresh orchids everywhere along with an excellent crew and service staff. Now there are a few things different about an all gay cruise than a mixed one. First, the crew is all volunteer, so you know they wanted to be there. If you speak with them, the reasons are that they make more money, tips are much better and the passengers generally more fun and friendly. Another is that the bars are more stocked with more bartenders on duty. The well know reason for that being is that as gay people tend to party more, they drink more. My inside source tells me something like five times as much as the average straight Holland America passenger, but then Holland America does have the reputation of being the geriatric ward of the seas. Then, of course there is the music and lighting necessary for a good party. With RSVP you don't have to worry about that because they bring their own, set it all up, wire it in and it's gay party time. I confess that prior to my trip, I was concerned that RSVP would have Holland cut back on the food, but that didn't happen. I've been on Holland America as well as other cruise liners and here, their food in the main dining room was right up there with the best of them. And though I tried several of their specialty restaurants, the main dining was so good it made booking into them seem somewhat of a waste. For what it is, an all gay cruise, it's about as good as it gets.

Atlantis is a sinking ship. We are under a travel advisory to not leave Canada, making it difficult…read moreto find international health insurance. We also bought cancellation insurance, but it excludes government travel advisories. Atlantis refuses to do anything and directly states that I should go against the Canadian government. They deflect the problem to the cruise line stating, "their hands are tied until the cruise line cancels." The cruise line and Atlantis contract have nothing to do with me, and I am not the one that chartered the ship; Atlantis was. Full stop. They are at liberty to provide refunds or, at the very least, travel credits without waiting for the cruise line to cancel the cruise. They just want to protect their corporate bank accounts. There was a significant outbreak of covid on the ship scheduled for; Atlantis has said absolutely nothing. Their communication and customer service are garbage. Instead, they sent us a list of parties they plan on continuing to host and stated they've only had 5 covid positive cases. Yet, they left out the part about the Norwegian Pearl cancelling their current voyage 1 day into an 11-day cruise because over 50 crew members had become sick. Atlantis is an event organizer who is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of its attendees. Many of us want to cancel because cruising is no longer safe. Several other events companies have accepted responsibility for their customer's health and offered flexible cancellation. Instead of dealing with the situation, Atlantis has asked us to come to Facebook and sell our rooms. They accept 0 risks of profit loss or any responsibility for chartering a cruise ship in the middle of a pandemic. These ships will sail empty. Yet they list their cruises on their sales pages as "Sold out" because of their terms and conditions, which only protect their own interests. Corporate greed at its finest. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
