My family member is an immigrant but has lived and worked in the US for many years and speaks perfect English. With everything going on politically it did not give us a good feeling that ALLLL of a sudden she backs out and completely wasted our time and made us feel like we weren't important enough for her. She even went ahead and made a few derogatory comments about the questions and details my family member was asking about. After talking to many other people that have traveled with her...they have NOTHING nice to say. She will get your hopes up and leave you stranded last minute if she notices you will not make her a lot of money. I would definitely not recommend traveling with her. Since they didn't have flights going out that far the travel agent advised me to get a flight for April 2026 and then cancel it and change it to June of 2026. When I "purchased" the tickets they showed me the class confirmed with the American Airlines logo. A couple of days later when I found out they said it was a "glitch" and would do nothing to make it right. Calling customer service 6 times - two calls got dropped and they have done nothing to make it right. I hate to sound like this, but not speaking good English should have been the warning sign - sounds like everyone is from India and maybe in India, but I do not know. - they say they are in Canada or Delaware - probably a lie also.
