Really great service from these guys. I had to travel within 10 days and needed my passport renewed so after some research I chose Passport Now, and I wasn't to be disappointed. Very personal service as they basically take it very seriously and takeover the process for you from the form filing to handling of the documents to the state department. My other half and I had planned a trip to China (mind you we were going to like 6 other south East Asian countries beforehand and 3 more Asian countries after. ) We live in hawaii and needed to get our Chinese Visas done asap because we had 2 weeks till our departure. Being in hawaii we didn't know that the visa applications needed to be sent in person with our passports to the Los Angeles Chinese Consulate. We either had to find someone to do it for us or go to Los Angeles for 5 days minimum to do it in person. We resorted to passport services in LA and came across the least sketchy looking one which was passport now. (We still had our guards up but decided to give it a shot). We came into contact with Trevor, he guided us all the way through with the paperwork, photos, payment and the process. Everything is transparent. Having to send out passports in the MAIL (secured in a locker till picked up with signature release) then back to us through someone we didn't know was nerve wracking. My son had urgent travel plans to Jordan for a family emergency and realized his US passport had recently expired. Contacted a number of agencies that promised fast passport renewals and found a smorgasbord of questionable agencies who couldn't promise a passport in less than 10 days, and one who flat out lied and said she could do it in 24 hrs if we zelled or VenMo'd her cash in advance and also refused to give her location. If 10 stars were possible then I'd give this company 20! This is my first time flying out of the states and I did procrastinate on the passport which is my own fault. BUT if you need someone to quite literally walk you through every step to make sure everything is done correctly then this is the business you've been looking for. JP was absolutely amazing at the communication and detail on each step to take care of expediting my passport. Of course you will pay extra for the rush but it felt worth it to me personally. I tend to have a lot of anxiety doing things but I was put at ease with JP's very warm and kind personality. The only hiccup during the process had nothing to do with JP but the Post Office passport agent not being in that day so I had to travel to a different location. Fortunately, the 2nd office took me in 10 minutes but JP was already on the grind to find and get me another appointment just in case the 2nd post office wasn't able to accommodate me.
