the guy who owns this company is super rude and disrespectful. He says rude, racist things and thinks he's funny. People are coming to him for help so he thinks he has the power to be a jerk. First he assumed i am Indian and that I am going to complain , then suggested I am white and said white people complain. Get out of America if you don't want to help ALL PEOPLE! He is so rude! In the end he refused to help because its ramadan. Would NEVER trust this guy with my personal info. You in the wrong business guy! read more

All I can say is THANK YOU, and WOW! Nadereh helped me out so much and entirely saved my trip, at a fair price too! She made it sooooo easy for me and explained everything so thoroughly. She is extremely detail-oriented and even went as far as to make me TWO appointments at two different post offices, just in case I missed the first appointment! Like who thinks of that?! Someone that is extremely competent and diligent in their work! Nadereh is EXACTLY the person you want guiding you through this process, without her I wouldn't have made it on my trip! Also, please ignore the negative review below, that person obviously had some kind of misunderstanding because Nadereh is truly the best! She is KIND, more than fair in her prices (somewhere in Santa Monica was going to charge me double,) and she takes pride in her work. I will be sending everyone I know to her!!! Thank you Nadereh for your kindness and competence! read more

I had a last minute international work trip and forgot that my Passport expired a couple of months before. After spending a day in line at the Federal Building with nothing to show for it but an appointment to come back...I thought all hope was lost. I searched online for Expedited Pasport Services and found Global VIP Services. It had excellent reviews and figuring I had nothing to loose, I called them. I spoke to Nadereh and although I could tell she was busy, she asked me to come down to the office saying she would squeeze me in. I walked in, sat down and waited for my impromptu appointment. Nadereh was AWESOME!!! After reviewing my travel schedule, we deduced that we only had one business day to make this happen. Nadereh assured me she could help and that all was not lost. I completed the the paperwork, happily paid the fee to expedite, crossed my fingers and waited. Although I was hopeful, I still wasn't sure.... until Nadereh called a couple of days later. I could hear the smile on her face as she informed me that she was holding my Passport in her hands and I could come pick it up when ever I liked. I sighed a sigh of relief and made my way to her office. Needless to say, if not for the assistance of Nadereh and Global VIP Services, I would have certainly missed my trip. I will never go to the federal building again. Expedited or not, this is the ONLY way to get your passport. I highly recommend this service to save time and your sanity ... and the customer service can't be beat!!! Thank you Nadereh and Global VIP Services, you are truly THE BEST!!!! read more

Global VIP Services certainly deserves their title! If you're looking for a reliable and vetted place this is it! I had a last minute out of town trip for an acting part...and I freaked because my passport had expired last month without my realizing it! In need of a rush passport renewal, I did what any smart person would do... I looked on YELP and there it was Global VIP Services near me! I set up a next day appointment and in three days from now (or if you need it quicker than that) they'll be hand delivering my new valid passport! It pays to make sure you're not rushing around last minute (I literally thought I had another year to go) but let me tell you for an affordable rush price Global VIP Services made me feel truly like a VIP!!! Nadereh is absolutely the best!!! If you need your passport expedited, Naderah is the "go to person". This woman is a fraud. Her story changes every 5 minutes . She just wants your money. When you try and call her she is extremely rude over the phone. read more

I am so happy to have found Global VIP Services and Nadereh. My fault, but I did not realize my passport had expired and had a trip in 7 weeks. The usual processing time was running up to 3 months with no guarantees. I reached out to many agencies in the area and they all said they could "rush" my passport. What I soon realized was that they were charging me $300 to do what I could basically do myself, with no guarantees. Due to covid, the passport agency does not allow walk ins. These agencies used to go in person and charge you a fee for doing so. They cannot do that any longer. Only authorized agents are allowed to submit rush in persons, and only 2 per week. Nadereh was able to secure an appointment and get me my passport guaranteed. The fees were worth the fact that it was guaranteed and I was able to have mine in hand with weeks to spare. I would definitely use their services again. read more

I needed to get a visa for my trip to Brazil but unable to get into the Brazilian consulate I called a few visa agencies and decided to go with Global Vip. What won me over was the help I received when I called in to ask about prices. Not only were they much cheaper then all the other agencies I called but when I asked a few questions regarding what steps I needed complete Nadereh took the time to walk me thru the process. When I told her I was having problems trying to upload my picture onto the visa application form on the Brazilian site she told me how to get started and when I came in she completed the application and uploaded my photo for me! What a relief! Thanks Nadereh your awesome!!! read more

The most stressful part of planning our South America trip was obtaining our Brazilian visas. Finding Nadereh New at Global VIP Services was the luckiest thing to happen to us.We just moved to this state, so proving our residency was a challenge-Nadereh guided us through the right paperwork and also corrected our applications so they would be accepted immediately. Her fees were actually a little lower than some other services we looked at, and she even refunded part of our return shipping fees because we did two visa together and I paid separately for them. She also provided personal attention, and was very careful in following up with us each step of the way. read more
