Had a blast this past weekend. Will for sure be coming back. They had a great idea by putting drink holders at beginning of each hole, too bad they didn't think to do the same at the backside of each green. Decided to check PopStroke out for the first time and was taken back once I got my bill after having food and drinks. Just beware that there's a $5 "rocks" charge per alcohol drink. PopStroke charges $5 PER drink for ice! I've never seen this before. Also when ordering food and drinks our waitress was not helpful at all. When we asked for questions about menu and drinks all she kept saying was "I don't know I'm new, I don't know about the Sandwiches im new here" for this I give PopStroke 2 stars. Service was pretty rough got 6 bartenders behind the bar and still took 10 mins to grab 2 drinks it's not very busy at all... bartenders look dazed and inexperienced. The food was pretty good and service was okay from our waiter. He was new and was very honest about being new even willing to hear feedback so he could improve. We went at one of their busy times of the evening. We sat near the bar area. It's an outdoor place. It was a group of 10 of us I think celebrating birthdays. Our issue was with a young female manager who came over and said we were "too loud". The issues were we were outside with other groups whom were loud however she only approached us. Secondly we were majority all minorities and really felt triggered because the other groups were not. Lastly, our new waiter was left to handle the our tickets alone because she clocked out has he needed help. Thankfully he allowed us to help him and was really sweet! A big group of us went to popstroke. We were there for about 5 hours no disruptions just hanging out and taking with good friends, . We were not aware that we could not keep a running tab open so we opened and closed our tab right around 8 times that night. We tipped over 20% every single check amounting to well over $100 just in tips. On our last check (our least expensive) we tipped right at 20%. The bartender came up to our group and asked "Why did y'all tip so low? What did we do wrong? We only make $2.13 per hour so I don't know why you wouldn't tip us more". I was so taken back by the comment that I had no words. I then explained that we have tipped over 20% every single tab they closed. They also closed us out early. It was 10:30 pm and they don't close till 12 am. They just brought our check and they wanted us out. So sad that such a cool place has this type of customer service. read more

I wanted to do a fun outing for my team and got multiple recommendations to try PopStroke. I reached out to their "Events" team via email and phone multiple times with no response. I finally got an email back from their event coordinator Valerie almost a week later with a link to their packages and a question about date and time, even though I provided that information as part of the inquiry. I responded, but gave her a deadline to get with me as I am now out of time. She responded that she would call me after her meeting. That didn't happen. I have never had so much trouble spending thousands of dollars. The venue next door to their establishment is happy to help me with my event and will get my repeat business. Too bad. read more

The place was very nice. We celebrated my husband birthday here which was also our first time visit. The food and drinks were delicious. We had the best waitress and the staff was good also.The one thing I think they should take in to consideration is to put a higher latch on the gate leading out the side exit leading in & out of the playground. A child could easily open the gate by themselves and people were entering the gate from the business that were nearby. Anyone could enter and walk off with so one else child. Need to consider better safety for the children and customers that are using the play area. My consider adding security cameras as well for the playground guest. I didn't observe any when my grandchildren were playing. A lot children were be watched by adults. Parents have to be accountable also. The park was beautiful and we did have a great time. Great concept, not so great execution. Tip requested just for paying to play. Tip requested at time of self-order before knowing the level of service that will be provided. Had to ask for our drinks 3 times before they were finally served (after our food). We ordered from app. Drink menu shows 3 flavor options for margaritas but no way to choose flavor choice when ordering. Tea is shown on drink menu but is not shown as an option when ordering. No process to smooth out wait time to play. Stood in line & sun for over 30 minutes to start first hole. Wait time between holes too long with very little room between holes to avoid crowding those groups in front and behind. No shade provided. We were a 3 person group. We paid for 3 players and had 3 drinks and 3 appetizers and it cost $185.00 including tax and tip. We we're there for over 3 hours and left after the first nine holes because of slow service, slow play and heat. Doubt we will be back or suggest this venue to others. read more

Mini golf was great and we loved the ambience/games But once we got to the restaurant section 8 of my friends including me were very dissatisfied. After waiting for 12 minutes, we finally got service upon request. When we ordered, our server didn't ask for drinks. On the menu, our food was supposed to come with fries and none of them did. A great place for people of all ages! Outdoor putting courses take a good amount of time to get through and you can order drinks as you make your way through the course. Additional games and seating outside of the putt putt make it a great place to hang out for a few hours. read more
