Lovely and clean! The colors of the place its self is super inviting it was clean and had no smell every toy seemed new. Lots of people cleaning up as you go! We came for a birthday party and it seemed seamless and the workers seem happy to be there. They also had a cafe I didn't try any of the food but it was real good not just snacks. They also have a mother's room which I appreciated since I breastfeed it was very relaxed in there and had everything you need . Restrooms were clean and made for easy access for kids ! Complete rubbish of a location. I was there this weekend and it was so overcrowded, disorderly and unsafe. There's a narrow track around the perimeter of the play area where kids on their scooters don't mind running into adults and running over toddlers including my son was run over by an older kid with no parental supervision or care. Little wonder that the staff at the entrance were more focused on filling out the waiver than anything else. It appears this location is trying to cram in too much into a space that is far from sufficient. If anything, the number of people present throughout the visit was surely more than the capacity. This leads me to the concern that there is no space for parents who wish to watch their kids. The pathway is the same as the track, balls from the play dugouts constantly make it to the pathway, which is adjacent with no buffer distance. Lastly, with the exception of staff scooping away the constant flight of plastic balls falling along the narrow pathway, I didn't get the impression that there an established culture to ensure guests care about order or hygiene. read more

!! Quick heads up, a lot of the 5-star reviews here may be influenced since they offer a free drink if you leave one. I went to Kumos Wanderland and honestly it was kind of underwhelming. The place gets pretty crowded and there isn't much activities for little kids to really play with since all the activities would be already filled up. The only thing my child could do was play with blocks and go down a slide due to all the older kids taking over. Front desk staff were nice, but the overall vibe didn't feel super welcoming. Some of the staff in the back just kind of stood around and watched without really interacting with the kids. Upon entering they have you sign a waiver for everyone entering. You will be assigned a locker next, which vary in size, so you can put all of your stuff too. Grip socks are required for kids and adults need socks too... socks are sold as well. After entering there's a huge ball pit/play area for kids. On the right they have little make believe play. On the left they have a toddler soft play area. Further than that they have the best part for adults... such a cute cafe to grab coffee for mom or even a kid friendly beverage. They also have halal food options! So bonus points for that. I tried the Kumo latte for myself and the hot chocolate for my daughter. The hot chocolate was at is said, "kid friendly," because she was able to immediately drink it and it wasn't scorching hot. The bathrooms and entire place was extremely clean. Best play place I've ever been to. I have three kids and have been to a lot of play places and this one is structured so well for littles! My daughter is 2 and can/ does play here for hours! We once stayed for 4 hours! The coffees are all so good just like your local coffee shop, the people are friendly and helpful, it's paced everywhere and so clean so you don't have to really worry about your kiddo getting hurt. It's enclosed so there's no way for them to get out and there's so much pretend play + playscapes to keep them entertained! They ARE strict about using grip socks (which they will provide for added fee) but we love going and choose it over any others! read more

We LOVE this place! Their staff are always walking around cleaning and organizing the place and some are super friendly and interact with our grandson! Very clean and safe place for kids. We usually take our grandson during the week but we tried this past weekend and it was pretty packed due to birthday parties. We'll stick to week days. They have food and drinks too! I love their strawberry matcha! I recommend this place to anyone with little kids. It's better than Cheeky Monkey and other places. read more

Wow! As a mom of two, I love exploring the many indoor playgrounds in the area, and Kumo's Wanderland did not disappoint. Pricing is reasonable and comparable to other indoor playgrounds. Grip socks are required. We bought ours there, and they were cute! What sets the play place apart for me were the opportunities for imaginative play as the place is designed for children under 8. I love the food and coffee bar that actually has options for adults as well. I got the kimchi grilled cheese and it was delicious with a fabulous cheese pull! I love the light-up slides and all of the unique play structures. I can't say enough and hope to have my little one's first birthday here next year. Service was top tier. All the women working were so kind, and I love how they interacted with the kids and were "wandering" around the wanderland picking up and resetting the play areas for the children. I would avoid having your kids birthday party at this establishment at all cost!!!!!! We had our daughter's party here this month and I cannot explain my disappointment, but here's a rundown. I booked the party online. Tiffany (the manager/party planner) reached out to me by email on Jan 26th to go over final details. I responded on Jan 27th, Jan 28th and Feb 2nd with no response (party was on Feb 7th). I finally spoke with her on Feb 2nd with a phone call. I asked for them to switch the color of the balloon arch and added a birthday balloon tower (at an additional cost) plus more pizzas and waters etc. Party day comes around, you can only be there 10 minutes early (laughable btw). I show up at 11:45 and they have me waiting in the parking lot for a cart and putting my shoes in a locker when I should be throwing the last items in the room to start the party. They didn't have the balloon arch up or the birthday tower in the room when my party started. I have picture proof at 12:09p of my daughter when they got the balloon arch up. Took pictures of the room at 12:13p and still no balloon tower in sight. They rush you around and are extremely unorganized. Then we get to the last 30 minutes which are reserved for cleaning. I have had parties at other places and the last 30 minutes is for cleaning, meaning picking up items, loading the car etc. Not here. They make you put your stuff out in the hallway and you have no access to the room the last 30 minutes. They had everything packed up and in my car prior to 1:30p. Some of my guests didn't even get cake because they packed up the room. HOW RUDE!?? They were completely set up for the party after ours before 2pm when our party was over, so why didn't I get the same courtesy? This party cost me $915 and I didn't even get the full 2 hours. They are beyond greedy to book parties back to back with no buffer to set the room up for the next guest. I contacted the owner and he said he'd call me back after speaking to his team. No call back. I called again 2 days later where he was of course not available. I spoke to Tiffany who then was yelling over me and said the room was ready and I arrived early. Complete lie. This place is BEYOND unprofessional and embarrassingly greedy. Save your money and have a party elsewhere. I sure wish I did. read more

We frequently visit indoor playgrounds and rarely have issues, but unfortunately our experience here today was very disappointing. I always supervise my 3-year-old closely throughout play, and even with me right by his side, there were many children who were completely unmonitored by their parents. Several kids were pushing, blocking, and physically hurting my child right in front of me. Near closing, my son was pushed down a climbing wall and ended up busting his lip on one of the climbing holds. He was significantly bleeding and crying, and although an employee walked right by and saw him in the IMMEDIATE aftermath, no one stopped to check if he was okay. We had to run to go ask for tissues ourselves. When we mentioned everything to the front desk as we were leaving, the staff apologized and said we should have informed them sooner about the kids causing problems. While I appreciate the apology, nothing was offered beyond that. From a customer service standpoint, an apology without any action or effort to make things right doesn't feel very meaningful. For a $19 admission fee for just 1.5 hours of play, this experience was definitely not worth it. I feel the least they could have done was offer a refund or a return visit, especially given the safety concerns and the fact that my child left hurt and upset. Sadly, we won't be returning or recommending this place to others. read more

Entry area is too small and crowded. There was no space to remove shoes and store belongings comfortably. We went on a Saturday and it was chaotic. The check in process took too long. We paid $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids with socks. The place was overcrowded and while it looked nice it is smaller than other indoor playgrounds in the area and therefore not making it a good value. It also caters to smaller toddlers. I felt my 4 year old was too big for this place. I would not recommend. read more

This place is perfect for BOTH kids AND parents. I get so much work done here while my 3yo and 5yo boys play they have so much to do, lots of other kids to play with, and the staff is fantastic - better than any other play place we've been to. The food and coffee (they roast their own) are also levels above any other play place. Ambience is welcoming, energetic, and the place is always clean (staff is constantly cleaning after the kids). Great crowd all day, we've gone both right at opening but also in the afternoon thru closing. We like it so much and it's so convenient that we got the membership which is great value. read more

My family enjoyed the place a lot as there were many activities for the kids to play with. The most interesting activities that stand out from all the other play place I have experienced is that this place had a drawing table to color on and once you finish it will appear on a projector. There were a lot of areas for adults to sit around and plenty of space to walk. Service attendants was constantly walking around to ensure toys are in place, excellent safety measure. I did not have the chance to try the food court but there is a variety of menu items to try out. I will recommend this to my friends that have kids ages 8 and under. read more
