All their set ups are so cute and there are plenty of learning stations for kids too. It's a great variety of stations for all kinds of interests. They give you a token to redeem for a free snack at the end of your visit which my kiddo loves every time we come here. The staff is always very friendly too. The only thing I don't love is that you have to make a reservation for the play session you want and it's not that long. I can understand that it's probably for the purpose of cleaning in between sessions and regulating the amount of people coming in but I think for the price it should be longer play times. I also wish there was a membership option. But other than that we still love it here.

The room was decorated with balloons and already had a Happy Birthday sign as you enter and on the back wall! Table was set up for the guests, including napkins, paper plates, and utensils! All guests were required to bounce, including the adults and counted towards the total headcount, even if they didn't participate! So sad cause the grandparents definitely didn't jump! The venue itself is nice and new, and kept clean! There's a giant bounce house, a small arcade area, and a small prize room from the arcade games! We were able to show up 15 minutes early to set up, and no sooner, even if they didn't have previous guests in the room! They literally had us waiting in the lobby until the minute! They did provide carts cause we brought in additional pizzas, drinks and snacks for the kiddos! The party host helped us unload the drinks and stuff in the room, and there was a decent size fridge in the room to keep things cold as well! The kids had an amazing time!! Everyone was sweaty within the hour! Even the adults had fun, at the least the ones that participated. They announced the cake and everyone came back to the room! A giant mascot, with the biggest head (he had to walk sideways to enter the party room ^_^ which was hilarious), came into the room to give my son a present and take photos with the birthday boy and his friends! They even printed two and framed it as a surprise at the end! Super sweet and a nice unexpected surprise! Then came the cake.. we had candles and they brought us a lighter but forgot the knife! That plastic knife doesn't work very well.. I wish they'd offer something sturdier! The party host we had was ok - not the most attentive and most times we couldn't even find her around. The designated host should be nearby, especially during cake time! Overall, we had an amazing time and I think it made a memorable party! My son absolutely loved it and was so sad when it ended. I was hoping we'd get some tickets to makeup for those that weren't used, from our 40.. the party host told us she would ask and they said it was a possibility when I called to book, but nothing ever came of this. We did get a small card for arcade games.. not much for the price of the party and those arcades take way too many points for what they are! We also got 3 tickets to come back, included in our package. We had fun and a few things would've made it even better - but overall a successful party and having everything provided made it so easy! This place is HUGE with plenty to keep kids entertained for hours. There are giant play structures, slides, a ball pit, oversized Legos, a dance floor, and so much more. It's the kind of place where you look at the clock thinking you've been there 30 minutes, and somehow it's been two hours. We went on a Saturday, and it was packed, which makes sense with all the birthday parties happening. Even with the crowd, the staff was friendly, attentive, and seemed to do a good job keeping an eye on everything. The only downside was the women's restroom. The stalls definitely need more attention throughout the day. Since everyone is walking around in socks, it'd be nice if they were checked and cleaned more often. We came back a few times and found urine on the floor, and one stall even had dried blood. Aside from the restroom, the facility itself looked surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. We'd definitely come back just with our own socks next time!

There's so much for the kids to do! There are play pens, little ball blasters they can play with, an entire amusement park boat ride, as well as other things. One of the things I loved most was that the room booked was pre-decorated with an under-the-sea vibe, which ironically went perfectly with our theme. The food was great! I ended up ordering nuggets and fries. Simple, but pretty good! The pizza was good as well, but more may be needed for larger parties! This is a fun spot and convenient for parents with young kids!

When we walked in, the greeting felt a bit cold. As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a warmer welcome or a quick explanation of how everything works. Instead, I was simply told to scan a barcode to fill out the waiver and that admission would be $17 for my daughter. Once inside, the facility seemed fine and my daughter and I still made the best of our time there. However, I did notice that there are areas of the play space where it's difficult for parents to clearly see where their children are playing, which was a little concerning. The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of customer service. When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning.
