Family time! We took my grandson to this place that we found....it's giving Japanese inspired…read morecharacters and themes. I suggest registering prior to arriving as they only have a few kiosks and signing the waiver can take some time. You have to buy their non slip socks, however, you can reuse them. My picture shows the entry into the fun area. It was overwhelming for him at first but he became accustomed. There are so many nooks and crannies, it's pretty much a giant blow up house in door. lol, but sturdy!!! They also have an area for 5 and under, where we spent the remainder of our time. They have several rooms to host birthdays and provide birthday packages. I highly recommend arriving when they open as it quickly became busy with all of the birthdays. If you're looking to get some cardio in this is the right place. You can bring in your own food and they have plenty of seating for parents. Super cool idea!

It was a bit of a zoo because of that exact reason but we had an amazing time!! The was the first of our monthly outings with the grandkids - ages 3 and 7. Funbox had something for everyone- there is an area for toddlers to play, families to hang out and even an arcade area. Our two year old LOVED the basketball area and the seven year old was obsessed with getting through the various challenges. Both of them had a blast and all four of us were completely worn out and ready for a nap by the time our time was up. We loved that there was a time slot that you reserve so that crowds don't get too crazy. We are looking into scheduling a birthday party there now!

Pro tip: Bring socks!…read more Learn from our mistake... socks are required, and we ended up paying almost $7 for two pairs. Save yourself a few bucks and toss some in your bag before you go! This place is HUGE with plenty to keep kids entertained for hours. There are giant play structures, slides, a ball pit, oversized Legos, a dance floor, and so much more. It's the kind of place where you look at the clock thinking you've been there 30 minutes, and somehow it's been two hours. We went on a Saturday, and it was packed, which makes sense with all the birthday parties happening. Even with the crowd, the staff was friendly, attentive, and seemed to do a good job keeping an eye on everything. The only downside was the women's restroom. The stalls definitely need more attention throughout the day. Since everyone is walking around in socks, it'd be nice if they were checked and cleaned more often. We came back a few times and found urine on the floor, and one stall even had dried blood. Aside from the restroom, the facility itself looked surprisingly clean considering how busy it was. We'd definitely come back just with our own socks next time!

My nephew loved his 3rd birthday party at Kanga's!…read more I flew in, so I'd never heard of this place. It's pretty easy to spot, with plenty of outdoor parking available! There's so much for the kids to do! There are play pens, little ball blasters they can play with, an entire amusement park boat ride, as well as other things. The kids didn't have any boredom, and the staff gave great service, being very attentive to our party's needs and checking in! One of the things I loved most was that the room booked was pre-decorated with an under-the-sea vibe, which ironically went perfectly with our theme. The food was great! I ended up ordering nuggets and fries. Simple, but pretty good! The pizza was good as well, but more may be needed for larger parties! This is a fun spot and convenient for parents with young kids!

I was excited to visit Kanga's in Katy for the first time with my 2-year-old daughter…read more Unfortunately, the experience didn't start off the way I expected. When we walked in, the greeting felt a bit cold. As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a warmer welcome or a quick explanation of how everything works. Instead, I was simply told to scan a barcode to fill out the waiver and that admission would be $17 for my daughter. Once inside, the facility seemed fine and my daughter and I still made the best of our time there. However, I did notice that there are areas of the play space where it's difficult for parents to clearly see where their children are playing, which was a little concerning. The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of customer service. When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. (This review is on behalf of my husband. I have already reviewed the place on Google. Sadly my husband didnt know how bad my experience was there and he took my daughter with high expectations.)
