A spacious and clean indoor playground with various obstacle courses for kids. There is a toddler zone for young kids too. There is a good number of tables and chairs for adults to sit. No shoes are allowed beyond the entrance. All shoes are placed in bins and deposited at the front. Personally, I am not fond of this rule as shoes may be taken mistakenly. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a huge parking lot and parking is free.

I booked a party here and we really had a great time. If you book a party with Kids Empire, they provide everything you need from the cake to decor and they also had Huggy the dragon come out for the kids. We opted out of their decor and brought our own. However, they literally provide everything you need for a party including plasticware, drinks, balloons as well as pizza and goodie bags for the kids. Our party host was Fabia and she was really helpful, she helped us set up and checked on us multiple times.

It's generally worth the coin. General admission is $20 per kid and tax. No AMEX here. Multiple adults max 2 per kid is free but it's $5 extra per adult if over the per kid ratio. There is a small toddler play area to the right. Inside the large general play area are game card enabled rides, power wheel type tho bf s. There's also other hidden charge game machines. While this is pretty standard for lots of places like these now, I think the best feature is no shoes allowed-- even for adults in the general hard wood area. It keeps it a little cleaner. The suck part about this place is the food selection though. If you're that hungry maybe leave to that buffet thing across the sidewalk . Fry and 99 is a busy area, if coming from fry take the light on Park Row and turn into the Starbucks and Planet Fitness area.

Monster Mini Golf We…read morebought our tickets to play mini golf on Groupon, and we showed up around 3:30 on Saturday. The two teenagers working the desk told us there would be a 40‑minute wait. That would've been fine--except the 40 minutes turned into a full hour. We ended up stuck behind a large 6‑year‑old's birthday party, even though the course itself only had about four people actually playing. Instead of letting us play through or staggering groups, they just had us stand around waiting with no explanation. When we started to play golf, they handed us gaming cards for the arcade, which was very confusing why didn't they give it to us in the beginning so we had something to do, but we didn't come for the arcade, and we weren't doing anything--they just didn't manage the flow well at all. A few positives: the bathrooms were clean, and the place itself is visually fun. But be aware there's no real food available--just tiny bags of chips--and no alcohol. The only drinks for sale are canned sodas. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not worth the hassle. If you're planning to go on a weekend, especially with a Groupon, I'd say it's not worth the discounts.

The park was not crowded, and our 2-year-old was able to spend as much time as he wanted at each activity without having to wait. It started getting busier around 10:00-10:30 a.m., so I would definitely recommend arriving early. Our son absolutely loves tractors and big construction equipment, so this place was a dream come true for him. There were plenty of hands-on activities, and he had the best time exploring everything. Even though it was a hot day, there was a good amount of shade throughout the park, along with lots of picnic tables where families could sit, relax, or enjoy a snack. There is also a nice playground, which gave our toddler another fun option when he wanted a break from the equipment. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated that they had two family restrooms available. There is also a concession stand for snacks and drinks and a gift shop at the end, which was a nice touch before heading home. Overall, Dig World was a fun, unique, and well-thought-out experience for young children. Our 2-year-old had the best time, and we would definitely visit again!

Indoor fun to beat the Texas heat! Came to take our kids and…read moresince I have a pass, why not... I decided to play too! Pretty sure the guy at the front desk was shocked since he was already wrapping a spectator wristband on my hand. I shook off my nerves since you're seeing straight down when you're going up what felt like 50 flights of steep stairs and I ended up having the best time. 2 hours flew by literally. Unfortunately a lot of things were shut down but all in all we all had a great time. The play park is huge and netscape was interesting and challenging but my old butt was not going in there. Left that to our young ones. They have go karts, basketball, dodgeball, a swing and a free other activities. I was truly shocked at how much there was to do in the mall overall. You could spend the entire day there. They also have plenty of comfy seats to just kick back and they sell snacks but it's a mall so if you're hungry there's plenty of food outside of the park. I'm still trying to figure out the recycling gun station. Yuck.

Fun Once You're In, But Be Prepared for a Rough Start…read more The check-in process really needs improvement. Even on a slow Monday, the line was long and painfully slow due to limited staff. Noah at the front desk was doing his absolute best (props to him!), but he was alone and clearly overwhelmed. Management -- give this guy some help! Heads up: the Groupon doesn't cover taxes or socks, so be ready to pay about $15 extra per person at the door. That wasn't clearly mentioned anywhere, which felt a bit sneaky. Once inside, the experience is much better. The slides are amazing -- well-designed, clean, and surprisingly varied. The bounce zones are split into dodgeball and basketball, which is fun, though some supervision or age separation would make it safer. There's a great toddler area (under 3.5 ft), but not much for kids just above that height -- a bit of a gap in options. The swing jump was nostalgic and fun, but poorly managed. Only one hook for two lines made the wait unnecessarily long, and there wasn't much staff presence to keep things moving. Concessions were fine -- typical venue pricing, nothing outrageous. Overall: Worth it if you're using a Groupon or season pass, but arrive early, expect delays, and bring extra cash. Once you're in, the kids will have a blast.
