Came here for a kid's birthday party. The inflatable room seemed fine. The arcade had MANY broken games. They took our money also. We alerted staff to one that the actual button was detached from it. We thought it was just the one but then the motorcycles were also broken and the staff knew about it but didn't put signs up. The basketball game had deflated balls and it seriously shocked both me and my husband. My finger hurt for awhile after being shocked. And there were other games that did not work but definitely took the money off children's cards. It was my nephews birthday and he pretty much lost his money on broken games but did not understand to tell adults what was happening. You should know, this place is a little hidden. It's in a warehouse like building structure and behind a burger joint that is still in the making. This place has put-putt, go carts, and Ferris wheel across the parking lot of the entry way. Once you enter to the left is the arcade and straightaway u hit the cashier. We came and used the bounce room which had four inflatables. If you're coming for this solely it's fine but not the best bargain. Monkey joes would be better but the ac is running cold and u have a great view of ur kids. The other downside is they only have four benches for parents to sit so not much room but it's still fine. The game room on the outside has great games and the prize selection is good but each game runs from about $1-3 so a little on the pricey side but I've seen pricier so I'd say it ranges in the middle. Well Worth the money for the convenience!! This was the easier birthday party I have even thrown for my daughter! I found this place on Google when I was looking for Monkey Joe's and let me tell you, it is a far better place!!! This place is clean from top to bottom! The owner raves about how great his establishment is and it is all truth! It can be a little awkward getting into the parking lot, but once you are there it is a beautiful sight! We booked a private party for my daughter's 8th birthday just based on the owner's word and I am glad I did! There is a $200 plus tax deposit that must be made and the balance in the day of the party was about $200 with taxes. This included 120 minutes of Private Bounce Room time, that included cubbies for shoes, a roll cart for presents, a trash can, benches to sit, table hockey and a trash can; and 40 minutes in the Private Party Room for pizza and cake! Attached was the Private Party Room for pizza and cake! All along with our very own party host, Mckayla! She was there to help put together goody bags, gather gifts, show is were things were, serve food and clean up! That's right, I barely did anything other thanh bring my own drinks, cupcakes, ice cream, chips and fruit! McKayla did all the rest! The pizza came from Papa Johns and arrived hot but we chose to play a little longer so it wasn't hot when we ate it and the kids still really enjoyed themselves. After our 2 hours, we stayed and played in the Arcade, where every single game works!! This is a great place for a quick birthday party and they also have batting cages, go carts, laser tag and a ferris wheel!! We will be making this our family day of fun spot from here on out!! I called to speak about canceling my 4yr old daughters birthday next month. Giving more than 2 weeks in advance and before I could even finish the Manager/Owner interrupted me and said the money is nonrefundable and you can speak to the manager when she comes in at 2pm. I didn't even get to put in a complete sentence other than I will call back at 2pm to speak to the manager per owner request! I haven't even walked the location but phone etiquette is horrible. Made me feel like there was no options other than I lost my deposit of $216. He didn't even try speak nicely or hear me out. Very dissapointed. We had my son's 12th bday party here this weekend. We were very pleased overall. We purchased the go-cart / arcade package. This included one 6 minute ride on the go-carts and a 14$ arcade card for 10 kids. I added an additional ride for $10 per kid. We also ended up letting the boys do the batting cages.The boys enjoyed it. The manager was extremely attentive and available to us. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to order pizza through them - they work with a local Papa Johns. We paid 84$ for 4 pizzas!!!!! - 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Waaay too much for so little esp when I could've had my own pizza delivered for a lot less. All in all, it was a good experience and I do recommend this place for a kids party. read more

Being an uncle, I've gone to a lot of bouncy houses, fun centers, skating rinks, and other suburban rackets that cater to family fun and birthday parties. I have to say that IK is by far the cleanest and most well maintained of them all. The place is spotless, their video games are new, and they work. The parking lot also feels safe and they have spots for the host so they can easily load and unload gifts and other things. The employees are also nice and seem to have a good control for all the parties. Really, they are a well oiled machine and as soon as one party is done, they move to the party room and let the other party go in. Couple of things that need work: there are not enough seats for family members who are not young enough to be on the bouncy houses. In our party there were several seniors who can't be on their feet for too long and there weren't enough chairs. The pizza wasn't anything to sing about either. read more

The prices are way too high for mini-golf considering the condition of that course. The greens are full of tears and holes. Cost my family $35 to play (2 kids under 12 and 1 adult). They only stayed because the kids really wanted to play. The prices for batting cages and go carts are too high also, but maybe the quality is worth it; I don't know. It's been years since we have used the batting cages and I have not personally used the go carts. I gave them 3 stars because the arcade is one of my favorites. If you decide to have a party I love the fact that they have private rooms vs free roam on the whole place like Monkey Joe's. not that MJ's is awful for this I prefer it for parties. I've hosted two of my kids birthday parties here and my end of season soccer party here. All of the parents liked the privacy and closure of the space because it was easy to keep track of our kids. Inside there are several bounce houses & an arcade. Outdoors, they have batting cages, go-karts, mini golf & a little carousel. They allow a good amount of time for play and afterwards we do cake & pizza. All the hostess that we had were great, especially Jasmine! She was so attentive and patient with the kids. Her loud voice was good enough to get all the kids attention. Went to a few parties here and you can see the kids excitement when they first come into this place but besides being a quick way to burn off some energy Inflatable katy seems to be lacking enough to keep the kids engaged. 1. play area is unsupervised, in the sense that I didn't see a single staff member in the party room until it was time to clear everyone out, no activities, no special attention. 2. At two parties the kids complained about being bored and the host parents had to start doing add-ons just to keep the kids entertained. 3. When it came time to have cake and pizza the staff again seemed to disappear and the host parents and others myself included needed to serve to the kids, other party centers in the area take care of this for you. 4. Over cleanliness issues, at one party there was a odd odor coming from one of the bounce mazes, and at another one of the parents found a TOOTH, after we all did a check we realized it wasn't from our party... gross.... read more

We had a party for our 3 year old here on Saturday. Process is pretty smooth. You make a reservation online and put down a deposit. They call you the day before the party to confirm how many kids you'll have and if you want to order any pizza (Double Dave) for the adults as well. We got access to the room 30 minutes before the party started, giving us almost enough time to set up. I know they provide a lot of the stuff you need, but we brought our own table cloths, napkins, plates, dishes, balloons, party favors, etc... Kids played in the inflatables for 1:15 and then it was time to move to the party room. It was nice to be able to have everyone come here instead of our house, makes the cleaning a lot easier. I think if we had any complaints it would be the lack of time on the second room. Between the eating, drinking and cake, we did not have enough time to open presents. Below are some of the reasons we had a great time and would come back. Private rooms! It was nice that all the kids and parents in our room were people we know and not strangers. The room was huge! We had a total of about 20 kids and it still felt roomy. All the kids had a great time too. It did NOT smell! Most places like this usually smell but it feels like they actually clean and maintain their equipment here. We go here sometimes for the free play days. Get there early before it gets crowded. The bounce houses and slides are clean, although they could use some upkeep, such as a strap that serves as a hand railing on the stairs to the slide that has been broken the past few times we've gone. At $7 a kid (even if they are under 1), I'd expect a little more, but it serves the purpose of letting kids bounce to let off extra energy. read more

We came here for a birthday party. It was tons of fun and all of the inflatables were super clean and all very different so all of the kids stayed busy the entire time we were there. The air hockey table in the room was fun too. The bathrooms being down a hallway was inconvenient to say the least for the little ones that had to go potty and the boys room was closed due to an issue. My main complaint would be how hot it was in the bouncing room. The thermostat said it was 72 but it was stuffy and very hot. They need a couple of fans or something to help circulate the air. It was only about 40 outside that day so windows would have been nice if they had them to open and let the air move around. It was fun and my kids had a great time so that's great! read more

Don't plan a party here! I wish I head read past reviews below about it being dirty, smelly, and the family who found a loose TOOTH during a party- DISGUSTING! We had a birthday party planned for our 3 year old at inflatable katy, only to have it canceled due to the Covid-19 social distancing restrictions for the next few months. Completely understandable- we will just have a small party at home. Inflatable Katy refuses to refund the cost and instead wants to offer credit for months from now. What are we supposed to do with over $100 in credits to a bounce house business? Sit on credit for a year and hope my child wants to have his party there next year? Now we have to dispute it through our credit card for a refund. The manager said he's following airline guidelines (which makes no sense for a local business for BOUNCE HOUSES) and then hung up on me.Even if my child did want to go there next year, we would now use Monkey Joe's, Altitude, Cosmic Air, Urban Air, or one or the other dozens of inflatable businesses in town. Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here. The staff went out of there way to help us and had awesome attention to detail. I will for sure be having a party here again and would recommend them to anyone. My daughter said it was "THE BEST PARTY EVER" if that gives you any idea to how great it was. i stopped by 'Inflatable Katy' to play some mini-golf because i heard it was a good place for the mini-golfing, but to my dismay i was informed that i could not play mini golf when it was 30 minutes till closing. little did the workers know i am a mini-golfing-speed champion and my best 18 hole round was executed in 9 minutes time. so as i wallowed in my misery, i decided to peek a look at the arcade. as i entered i was wow'ed at the customer service, as the workers were sitting behind the counter giggling and drinking soda-pop. i chose to ignore the poor service and trotted my way further into the arcade on the hunt for a fortnite game. as i ventured further into the mystical room of glowing games i saw it. there on the wall was a 'girls rule' sign that was a must have for my collection. i proceeded to ask one of the worker-like characters how many tickets would that cost me. he then replied that it would cost "hundreds of dollars". at this point i reached into my small pocket in my vera bradley satchel and pulled out 3 dimes. i got really sad and left. might be returning in the future. read more

Had my sons 3rd birthday here. Parents were complaining about the temperature in the room was too hot, and it turns out that the thermostat in the big room was set to 80. People started taking their kids in the cake room because it was so sticky in the big room. Make sure you understand that your $305 isn't to have the room for 2 hours, it's only for 80 minutes. We made the mistake of going to have cake early while they tried to cool the room down, and nobody from the staff told us that they were stacked up with parties in 90 minute increments, and that there was 40 minutes allotted at the end for cake - the staff just stood there and said nothing, until a guy came in and told us to leave the room in 10 minutes. Basically, the staff were a bunch of kids who didn't do or say anything, I'm amazed that others said the staff were nice and accommodating - they certainly weren't accommodating or helpful with us. We used to go here for open play all the time, but we won't ever go back. read more
