It's more than what we could have imagine. Don't second guess yourself they are definitely the ones to work with. It's beautiful, elegant for whatever your occasion. If you imagine it they can fulfill your request and then some. My sister is still on a high from that day. The owners are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will definitely choose them again.

I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.

She is amazing and does what she can to make her couples feel special. My day was fabulous and so many people were quite surprised we chose this venue for just our traditional marriage... My sister got married here 4 years ago or so but I didn't get a chance to see every little detail when she got married. Now that it was my turn, I was sooooo excited I picked Signature Manor. With full transparency, we visited at least 2 other locations before making our decision and were looking at at least 1 more go consider. Our must haves: 1. Stand alone facility (no crammed in a shopping center) 2. Clean facility 3. Plenty of Parking 4. A place that won't nickel and dime you 5. Great staff to work with ***First Impression: This place was even better than I remembered. They had done a ton of renovations and the place looked good, plenty of Parking and the staff was also so nice and courteous. Can I let you guys in on a secret? We would go to Signature Manor every month (because we chose to make payments) before we knew we could pay online... we didnt read the fine print... Anywho, we just enjoyed going there... Talking to the staff, asking questions... After a while, they were like family!! ***Venue: The venue is a nice stand alone. It is large on the outside and on the inside which is a great use of space. There are restrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also an additional room upstairs for children or whatever you like. Essentially, the entire venue is yours. We have seen some nightmarish weddings where the guests are in the wrong wedding because they are connected/ joined. Not here!!! The separate Bride and Groom Suites are nice because they are right by the elevator and they have locks on them. Very safe! The ballroom is huge and the foyer area is big enough to host a ceremony or cocktail reception. ***Parking: There was plenty of parking, which wraps around the building. ***Food: The kitchen is super flexible and can accommodate anything. We had an amazing food tasting, where we were able to accommodate even our Vegan guests! The cake was also amazing. Yay Cakes by Gina! ***Staff: So, I must say, I am very detail oriented and thought that they may be a problem, but it was not! We worked with Katherine who helped our vision come to life. We were then assigned Alex as our Coordinator and we worked very well together. She allowed me to be free with my super crazy ideas and executived them perfectly. She gave us her insights on what has not worked well and what has in the past, which was very helpful. I would be remiss if I left our everyone who made our Wedding possible from Alice, who heard all of my stressed out sob stories, Asia who kept the party going with Alex, Ryan who gave us a male's perspective and always knew how to keep the jokes coming to lighten the mood... we even saw Bonnie a few times! Now that is what we call family. And we never saw any attitudes or craziness from the staff no matter how many questions we asked. They were always there to answer and went above and beyond. A++ for Customer Service. And it's not only them, but their vendors too including our Photographer Tomas. He spend so much time with us, getting to know. So personable and friendly. A rare and valued trait for a photographer!!! ***Cleanliness: This place is super clean. The staff is very attentive and didn't allow dirty dishes to remain on the guest tables. The restrooms are even very clean. A+ for sure. The rooftop offers a beautiful city vibes area with lights, second floor is surrounded with windows to see the gardens area and the beautiful tree and the 1st floor gives you that industrial vibe. This venue was more than we could have ever imagined. Both the bride and groom suite was so well decorated and designed ; we had so much fun getting ready with our friends in there. First Level: Ceremony Space!!! This is a lovely space. If you are sitting in the back, it may be a bit hard to see and hear. But I think if you bring in your own DJ, the sound may be your responsibility?? The Rustic look of the ceremony space is beautiful and did I mention that it is covered. It technically indoor/ outdoor. Half of the first floor is walled off and the other half allows for a nice breeze to flow. Not to mention that they have a large fan under the pavillion. Second Level: The reception! Parrrrrtay anyone!!! This level is accessible via the elevator or the stairs. This room is large enough to fit circle, square, and oblong shaped tables. It is also large enough to fit the dinner buffet in it as well and a bar area. The restrooms on this floor is limited, but no worries, if they are occupied, you can easily go to another floor! Third Level: Rooftop... Woooohoooo!!! This rooftop is beautiful and spacious. This is accessible via elevator and via stairs. The set up included cocktail tables and minimal seating. Also, there are a few outdoor/patio umbrellas, but when the sun is out, man this place is hot!!! So, just be ware. If you have a summer time event, please wait until the sun goes down or provide plenty of coverage. There is also a bar set up on this level. In essence, this is a nice venue for a wedding or a swanky party. It looks like they give their hosts flexibility with decor, food, and DJ. The best part of it all is that it is a stand alone and has its own parking.

Meh. $125 I'd expect way better…read more First I called Friday 10 days before our tee time this Sunday. Showed up they hadn't reserved our tee time. So we got "squeezed in" 30 minutes late and it was treated as a favor to me. When I asked for a bucket of balls ($15 on a $500 round for 4) the guy at the pro shop pushed back telling me he had no proof and this rarely happens. Yeah it never happens to me so that's on you. He finally gave it to me after a conversation. The tee boxes are really rough. With direct sunlight feels like an effort/cost saving measure, I'd understand if they were covered by shade and idk trees but that's not the case. Lastly the greens were just punched, which I understand this time of year, but they clearly cut back on the sand. Every other punch hole was empty of sand causing the greens to play like a plunk board. I give two stars cause the fairways and rough were decent. $125 really not worth it.
