The mini golf course has been redone. It was nice and clean, I didn't see any rips or other wear/tear. There are two golf club options and several different (color) golf balls to pick from. They do have different activities (batting cages, go karts, Ferris wheel, arcade games) but we didn't try any of those this time. We will definitely be back!

Great place for family. Great prices. Arcade is a little high. But you should spend time outdoors.

In addition to the super fun go kart racing track, there are plenty of arcade games, some of which are VR, laser tag, and even great food! Think of it as a brighter and better maintained Dave and Busters. It can be a bit pricey but worth the cost in my opinion. Parking is ample so no issues there, and it's in the heart of Katy Asia Town so tons of good food options either walking distance or just a short drive away. The staff were pretty knowledgeable and nice too. Go check it out! It's actually a pretty good date option too. I've been on several there and the wife loves it every time.

Lots of arcade game options, almost everything in working order and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves which was the goal. The bad: The mini track was LAME, for a kid that's never driven before it would be adequate, but our 5 year old drives well (he has a kart of his own at home) he easily could have handled the beginner track and kart. The arcade was over priced for a weekday, and there were no attendants to be found for help with game malfunctions or to get prizes. If we ever make it back to Texas we might make a return visit.

Indoor fun to beat the Texas heat! Came to take our kids and…read moresince I have a pass, why not... I decided to play too! Pretty sure the guy at the front desk was shocked since he was already wrapping a spectator wristband on my hand. I shook off my nerves since you're seeing straight down when you're going up what felt like 50 flights of steep stairs and I ended up having the best time. 2 hours flew by literally. Unfortunately a lot of things were shut down but all in all we all had a great time. The play park is huge and netscape was interesting and challenging but my old butt was not going in there. Left that to our young ones. They have go karts, basketball, dodgeball, a swing and a free other activities. I was truly shocked at how much there was to do in the mall overall. You could spend the entire day there. They also have plenty of comfy seats to just kick back and they sell snacks but it's a mall so if you're hungry there's plenty of food outside of the park. I'm still trying to figure out the recycling gun station. Yuck.

Fun Once You're In, But Be Prepared for a Rough Start…read more The check-in process really needs improvement. Even on a slow Monday, the line was long and painfully slow due to limited staff. Noah at the front desk was doing his absolute best (props to him!), but he was alone and clearly overwhelmed. Management -- give this guy some help! Heads up: the Groupon doesn't cover taxes or socks, so be ready to pay about $15 extra per person at the door. That wasn't clearly mentioned anywhere, which felt a bit sneaky. Once inside, the experience is much better. The slides are amazing -- well-designed, clean, and surprisingly varied. The bounce zones are split into dodgeball and basketball, which is fun, though some supervision or age separation would make it safer. There's a great toddler area (under 3.5 ft), but not much for kids just above that height -- a bit of a gap in options. The swing jump was nostalgic and fun, but poorly managed. Only one hook for two lines made the wait unnecessarily long, and there wasn't much staff presence to keep things moving. Concessions were fine -- typical venue pricing, nothing outrageous. Overall: Worth it if you're using a Groupon or season pass, but arrive early, expect delays, and bring extra cash. Once you're in, the kids will have a blast.

The have food, beer/seltzer and waiting area for all racers to be until their name is called. They should definitely have a few more games to keep customers busy, I walked in and one guy was sleep on the bench and nearly missed his turn. The only issue I had is the employee mentioned that the next race for my son would be "in about 15 minutes" so we bought several races on the premise of thinking that we'd have enough time to do them all in one night! Well, she lied! We ended up waiting nearly an hour! I was pretty PO'd. However, you can keep the races you bought until next time you visit. Sucks if you don't live close though. It's only for 1 year.

This decision was both confusing and concerning, especially from a safety standpoint. When I respectfully asked questions to better understand their reasoning, the staff responded with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional behavior. As a parent, I expect clear communication, consistent rules, and respectful treatment, especially when my child's safety is involved. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made what should have been an enjoyable family experience extremely frustrating. Management should seriously address how their employees communicate with guests and enforce ride policies.

The park was not crowded, and our 2-year-old was able to spend as much time as he wanted at each activity without having to wait. It started getting busier around 10:00-10:30 a.m., so I would definitely recommend arriving early. Our son absolutely loves tractors and big construction equipment, so this place was a dream come true for him. There were plenty of hands-on activities, and he had the best time exploring everything. Even though it was a hot day, there was a good amount of shade throughout the park, along with lots of picnic tables where families could sit, relax, or enjoy a snack. There is also a nice playground, which gave our toddler another fun option when he wanted a break from the equipment. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated that they had two family restrooms available. There is also a concession stand for snacks and drinks and a gift shop at the end, which was a nice touch before heading home. Overall, Dig World was a fun, unique, and well-thought-out experience for young children. Our 2-year-old had the best time, and we would definitely visit again!

Dig World made that fun happen! Unfortunately, that particular day the weather was gross af--hot, still, and steamy--and with very little shaded areas to escape the sun/heat, we ended up leaving earlier than we anticipated. Fast forward to today, October 2026, while back in Katy our son asked to go back to "the digger world," and we were happy to oblige. Much nicer weather (mid-80's), less humidity and a breeze definitely added to the experience this time around, however we were a tad disappointed that they still don't have many shaded areas or places to rest. Lack of rest spots aside, our son had a blast--even more so this 2nd time around. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the equipment options all appeared to work well and the grounds were very clean (considering) and tidy. Absolutely love the concept and the fact that they even have an area for birthday parties and a giant sandbox for little ones. Glad to see that they're still here and seem to be doing well. If you have a little one who's into diggers/excavators, construction vehicles, and dirt then this is just the place for them!

I took my little brother here thinking this was still the Incredible Pizza Company (IPC), however,…read morethat wasn't the case. Although everything inside is just like IPC, it's under new ownership and slightly higher prices from what I remember. In other words, new name, same game. Stepping inside, things look pretty good, however, that isn't exactly the case. For the price of buffet, I think they should offer much more variation in their pizzas. They have about 6-8 pizzas out at a time and sometimes, they are the same flavor. I wouldn't normally mind, however, the pizza is small and not that good. A step below CiCi's in the food department, if you ask me. They do offer a small salad bar which may makes up for their lack of pizzas but that doesn't fly with me. The games here are extremely expensive. One game can be $3 per play which is more than I'd ever pay for any arcade. Some of the smaller games may be cheap, however, those get boring pretty quick and a lot of them do not work properly. The plus side is that they offer bumper cars, go-karts and a mini-golf course, however, these are all over $3 per person and mostly for the kiddies. I did play mini-golf which was probably the funnest thing there but that was about it for me. Some of the games do give out tickets which allows the kids to get some toy but as with any place, the good stuff requires too many tickets. Overall, this isn't somewhere I'd like to come again. My little brother had fun, however, I feel that the amount of money spent could have provided more fun for him elsewhere. The food here was lacking and as Jason P. said in his IPC review, you're probably better off going to Chuck E. Cheese.
