We are not a member of the church, but you can rent the space for about $200 for two hours (non members). You do not have to pay per child (like other venues), so this makes the location and destination is WIN. You can bring in your own food, with no up costs from the church. They rent the space out on Saturdays and you are given three time slots to choose from. You need to book well in advance because this place books up quick. The contact person was available at any time to ask questions. And there is always someone assigned to work the area during the parties. We have had a fantastic experience, both hosting a party, and also being invited to one. From the little littles to the older kids - this place is a hit! We LOVE IT! From the website: The Playscape is available for birthday parties for kids age 10 and under. Reservations are made by emailing creekkids@sugarcreek.net to check available dates. If the requested date is available, a registration link will be emailed to you. What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. Let me say it again - FREE! Little slides, a climbing structure, artificial grass to play on. There is also a classroom set up with toys and games. And better yet, you can bring in your own food and drinks and eat lunch with your little. There are cubbies to store your shoes and other items. There is a sink located in the classroom as well as a changing table. When you enter, you'll check in and you'll get the low down. It wasn't over crowded when I was there and you don't need to make a reservation. Parking may be tricky the first time. There is parking across the street on Clay and a block over - catty corner to the church. If you park along the green fence in one of those two lots - it is free! There are reserved signs pained in the spots - but a little hard to read. If you are concerned about where you parked then just ask the security guard when you entire the church. I took off one star only because with any park-the older kids can trample the littles. Sometimes I felt like some parents weren't keeping an eye on their kids - but that's anywhere. We had a big party extended hours for ours daughter's bday before covid and glad to feel the same experience with our son's party. We had our Son's birthday few weeks ago. We booked last minute so we only had standard 2 hour party. It was quick but a nice one for all the kids. We loved that it's private and accommodates young kids to elementary kids.
