They had been enjoying…read moregoing there and my older daughter was the one who asked me to let her join and learn gymnastics. At a monthly evaluation recently, her coach made her do a combination movement that she did not want to do and she let her coach know that. She did not have the proper training or safety to perform it on her own. It ended up with her breaking her arm. Another family member had taken her to class that day and I have asked for a written explanation many times from the school and they have not responded. I did receive a call from one of the owners saying that she did not see what happened and she hadn't spoke to the instructor, which was not helpful to what I am asking - why was my daughter asked to do something on her own when she did not want to and without protections and without the necessary experience to execute the movement. On the call the owner explained that gymnastics is unpredictable, but that is why the school and instructors should be training in a way to avoid injuries. Some injuries may happen, but when making girls do things on their own when they are not ready is not right. Now my daughter never wants to do gymnastics again. She has gone through so much pain with her broken arm and a painful surgery. The school's silence on this is disheartening.

They're 8 so I think that it helps them pick up on the coaches instructions faster.

The facility is clean and has so many engaging activities. The teachers are wonderful. You can try your first class for $10. Admittedly at the l first class he was a little stand offish, taking it all in. We just did our second class yesterday and he was crawling away from me, playing with the teacher and really enjoying himself and then got home and took a two hour nap!

Since it's their first year anniversary they were offering $0 registration fee so that was a nice perk. They offer a variety of classes for different ages up to 5 years including art, gymnastics, music, dancing and open play time. We attended gymnastics today and when I saw my daughter dancing with her instructors and having the best time ever I was tearing up because this is exactly the type of place I have been looking for her to let all that energy out! Romp n' Roll is also SUPER CLEAN with hand sanitizer stations, which is a definite must for me. All the play equipment is soft for tumbles and falls and there's also a couple slides, monkey bars and teeter totter. Highly recommended for moms and dads looking for a fun spot for their toddlers to go to!

This place is perfect for my 7 year old son…read more We have been coming a little over a month and he loves it. I have a 9 year old daughter who tried a trial class and loved it as well, but she's in gymnastics and I only can afford one recreational activity for each child at the moment. Anywho... I love the fact that the coaches make the kiddos wash their hands upon entering. Afterwards, they head to the waiting area to get ready for class. The class is an hour long and the kids get to do quite a bit. There are climbing areas, ropes, bars, jump stations, and other spots for them to switch to. They start off with some cardio to get their little hearts racing. Normally, it's a few laps around the gym and some lunges or something similar. After that, they stretch and then get assigned to groups. Each group goes to a different station for around 5-7 minutes or so and then they switch until they've gone to all of the stations. They normally have a water break after the first half of class and then they head back to continue. The coaches are very nice and VERY patient. I've seen a few kiddos misbehave and the coaches have always remained calm while pulling them aside and talking to them for a bit. The age range from what I can see is from around 4-12/13 and all the kids always seem to be super excited when they arrive. If you're looking for something for your kiddo to enjoy that's fun and affordable, try this place out. It's 90/month for a weekly hour-long class and your child gets a shirt for registering. This place is clean, fun, and priced just right. You can't go wrong if you choose to come.

She attends team practice and open gym Friday nights. She cannot wait for summer so she can attend summer camp again. Mr M and the coaches are all top notch. There is a sense of family and we felt comfortable there from the first class. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that they love what they do. I routinely see them give extra time and attention to the kids to help them get that next step. They also create a sense of achievement/excellence through dedication and hard work that I am happy my daughter is learning. Now that my daughter has been competing in her first season ever, we can see why Katy KIPS is the best. They teach the foundations and then the finer points that enable the kids to excel. My daughter has consistently placed in most events and at the Simone Biles tournament she placed 2nd all around. Her Silver Team placed 1st! This is the first year for most of them and they are doing great! We HIGHLY recommend KIPS and are looking forward to continuing to learn and grow under Mr M and the staff's excellent coaching.

The instructors were so rude and 0 charismatic with the kiddos. The waiting area for the parents is a disaster, is right there so makes the place so noisy. This is the third place I try for my daughter and so far the worst, they do have interesting exercises for the kids but the others places were more fun and the teachers were nicer and caring with the kiddos.
