My son has been going to ICG for their preschool gymnastics since September and he typically looks…read moreforward to it, more so than his old gym. He is five years old and although he had prior little gymnastics background experience where he was well with the bars and (as I thought) forward flips and rolls, I feel as though in comparison to ICG and the old gymnastics facility, that his prior gym did not teach him the proper techniques to execute the moves more safe, sound, and towards perfection. Here is what I love about ICG (that I have seen and noticed when I look and I am there): -The coaches I have seen (for preschool and other groups) are not just about to tell the kids instructions on what to do so your kids can perform it, they are going to show beforehand what is to be done, and they will repeatedly help you if your kids needs it or asks. -The ratio to coach and students seem good, I don't see more than 7 gymnasts at most to one coach. Typically I see 5-6. Well I think that's good. There is even one on one coaching. -Lots of equipment. -Fun themes every other week for kids incorporated into gymnastics routine (at least for preschoolers) like superhero week and they can go into the "bat cave" or fight like "The Hulk" or Frozen week with snowflakes decor and build a snowman. -The coaches are fun and seem like they care, more patient than most other teachers and coaches I have come across. -The gymnastics facility is big to me and is expanding in the future. -You can watch your kids through the windows from downstairs or upstairs. -All of the staff are friendly and seem to get along with each other as well. -The facility is currently shared with various levels of gymnasts so the preschoolers can examine the older kids. -There are many coaches. -Updates on the gym is always shared via email/phone and someone always seems available to speak with you (well me) when needed. -Unlimited make-up classes. -Parents night out is offered and my son had fun at his first one. There are also themes at Parents night out too such as toilet paper gym night. -Prices are fair. -Location is decent. -Everything is pretty clear about this gym. -Readily teaches more proper skills to execute moves. -Multiple areas to practice various skills. Cons: -Parents night out is only until 11:30. -Coaches leave their shoes on inside the gymnastics area. -Some preschoolers don't need several of the mats laid out for their height or safety when performing exercises since they are tall enough to reach equipment and may be lazy to do actual skills or it impedes their execution of the moves well. -This one is more personal: sometimes I just feel as though the kids could be taught a little more on certain skills, such as my son with the bars, hard to explain though. However, its the preschool part, I'm sure it will all work out as he transitions later. Note: My son is still in the preschool part, but he likes it a lot, so much more than his old gym even though he was able to do more of what he loved at his old gym which were the bars. I think the coaches have a lot to help with that. Also, I see many other kids, and though I don't have much experience with gymnastics facilities or looking at gymnastics even, these kids look awesome at what they do and it seems like them and their parents really enjoy ICG. BOTTOM LINE: We are happy with the gym and glad we chose this one even though it is a little out of the way for me and there were a few others closer to our area. Around the Fort Bend County area, so far, I truly think this gym is as good as it gets.

Her old gym was a lot of hurry up and wait which can be difficult for a toddler. At IRC there circuits keep my toddler focused and involved while learning new skills. I rarely ever do reviews but I feel this one is necessary since customer service and best business…read morepractices seem to be going out the window. 2 times now their website payment portal has been down and because of that they charged me a non autopay tuition rate. After showing proof of the website error stating website is down, management continued to ignore their fault and charged the additional rate for being "late." The front desk staff need customer service training. No hellos... no I'm sorry I couldn't assist you, is there anything else I can help you with"... just blank stares. Note I was friendly and just trying to understand the additional charges when the website was not working. Not that I didn't pay. Also, this is all operational issues, nothing on the coaching staff.

A review for bday parties:…read more We had a party for one of our kids and my second child loved it so much she changed her bday plans and requested to have it at Olympia as well. We love we can bring our own food or order through their catering services. The website is user friendly & easy to book. Packages range from 10-40 kids. Pricing and # of tables provided for you to figure out to book, I like the 30 mins option and times are flexible for early to evening parties. We brought our crockpot and there's a place to plug it in. The space is just accommodating and the staff to guide the party were amazing and friendly. Assisting to setup & breakdown as well. We are so glad are guests enjoyed the party and was shocked to discover the venue. Even though it's a share space, it just didn't feel like it. I like the space they have for the parties and doesn't clash with each other. Highly recommend I had celebrated a 4 & 9 year old. And the adults themselves got to enjoy the obsracles.

Throughout the years, and when in town, I have visited Enrich Gymnastics several times. I have gone…read moreto see my nephew and nieces. Initially, my nephew was shy. He started attending the "parent and me" gymnastics classes, and at first, it was tough to get him to pay attention to instructions because he would run away. Still, after approximately six weeks, he started loving it. Coach Shelby and Coach Agnes helped him learn the exercises in a fun way, and he has recently graduated from the "parent and me class." So, now he attends the Penguins class, which is for toddlers 2.5 years old (30 months) and above. He goes to class by himself and looks forward to it every week. My six-year-old niece was also very shy. In the beginning, she started in the cockatoos class for preschoolers; this was when she was five, and just recently, she graduated and now attends the flamingos class. My niece had Coach Andrew for cockatoos, and he was terrific at helping her gain confidence. At the Flamingos class, my niece has a coach, Alyssa, and she is doing so well! My niece won't stop bragging about her fantastic coach! I noticed Coach Alyssa truly cares and encourages her every time. Overall, they are very happy to attend. My sister tells me that Customer Service does a great job. There is an ongoing "Happy" feeling in the facility, and I feel this is because they are so family-friendly. The building has always been clean. I noticed there are not enough chairs in the lobby for all the parents and visitors like me, mainly during 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm (peak time), and it makes sense because even though the facility is enormous, there are so many classes with many children with their parents and all want to see them. I am happy and grateful my nephew and nieces love it and that there are places like this one that positively shapes their life.

My daughter takes the level 2 gymnastics class here. We were thrilled when the facility opened up…read morenearby because there are not any options close to our home. The building is nice and it is always busy. The parking situation is very difficult on busy week nights, as there are so many kids taking lessons. I often have to park at the gas station nearby and walk my child through the busy parking lot for her lesson. There is parking in the back, but if you pull in and there are no spaces, you have to back all the way out. Inside, there are not always places to sit and wait. The teachers for the group classes are all very young, which I believe my daughter enjoys. I'm not sure that they are always as attentive as I would like. My daughter started late for level 1 class, so she is in class with much younger girls. I feel that her teachers spend most of their time on the younger students and my child does not get as much training. She spends most of her time waiting her turn. I also wish that there were more options for make-up lessons. My child seems to enjoy the classes, and wants to keep going which is important.

My daughter really wanted to try gymnastics so I signed her up for 2 weeks of summer camp here in…read more2010. Worst camp experience of all the camps she did in 2010. She reported the staff really didn't interact much with the kids; they did just a little gymnastics every day. Towards the end of the first week, when I picked her up she was hobbling after having hurt her ankle. She was given NO type of aid, not even ice and not even told to elevate. The staff just dismissed it when she said she hurt herself. Poor kid was in pain all afternoon. I should have been called, but was not. When I told the front desk person the next day, she could care less and did not even make any apologies. Unbelievable for a fitness place to not care about injuries. If I had not already signed up and paid for another week, I would not have taken her back. But we had so back she went a couple weeks later. This time, she got an eye infection, probably from their dirty equipment. One morning she woke up with her eye puffed up so big she couldn't open it. Went to her doc and it was a bacterial infection. Took a few days for her eye to return to normal. Again I told the front desk staff and again they could care less. I own a children's business myself and would have done things so much differently. Never going back for camp. There are other gyms we can use.
