My only complaint is it felt very stuffy and not well air-conditioned or ventilated. After 2 hours of play on a hot Houston morning, the kids were flushed and everyone was dripping in sweat! "Socks only" play in the main play zone, which hosts a big structure, 2 stories, basically a kids' obstacle course. So many things to jump on, climb, and slide down, made mostly of foam and inflatable material for cushioning. Adults have plenty of seating right in front of the play zone, where they could enjoy a coffee or concessions and enjoy a mom's meetup. They have a few hot & iced coffees available to order, along with some grab & go bottled drinks. There are also a couple of private rooms for hosting parties. Came here for a friend's birthday party, and the kids (ages 2 to 5) had a blast.... They spent a pretty penny ($700 for the middle tier "Premier" package) but it included: - Admission for 15 kiddos - A face painter hired for an hour - Dance party & photos with the monkey mascot - Meal (chicken nuggets & pizza) plus snacks - Room decorations & cake cutting - Gift Bags for guests Food is pretty decent. Cute spot for fun & safe play. ...Just wish they kept the temperature a bit cooler, with so much activity.

I really loved that even adults can join in--sliding, jumping, and just having a good time right along with the kids. Because it was a Tuesday night, it wasn't crowded at all, which made the experience even better. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves without feeling overwhelmed. The party itself was great. There were lots of kids, pizza provided by the venue, and a variety of treats like cake pops and other sweets that were made by the birthday girl's mom--everything was nicely done and enjoyable. The pizza was actually good, which is always a plus at kids' parties. The staff was pretty decent--nice and friendly--and the restrooms were clean. My only small complaint is that the restrooms didn't have paper towels, only hand dryers, which I personally don't love. Other than that, everything was good. The boys went home full, happy, and satisfied. All in all, it was a great way to spend a Tuesday night, and I'd definitely recommend Slick City Action Park for a kids' party or just some active family fun.

That was my fault because I thought it was adult night since the times were 830 to 1030 neon night. To my surprise, I walked into the venue to see many children and adults . They do have adult nights, but it wasn't the day that I went. Pro - I really enjoyed riding down on the slides and surprisingly it wasn't a long wait time, despite the large number of people in the venue. A by the end of the night I definitely got my 10K steps. Con - I hate that we had to pay full price for entry despite waiting in line for almost 40 minutes. The second con is enforcing the policy to where their specific socks versus any grip socks. Overall, it was a very great time! They do have other activities available: basketball, dodgeball zip lines. I didn't really participate in those areas except the mini zipline , but it's nice to know that they have other options available for people other than slides.

While the…read moreball pit is massive, getting to the designated toddler area required going through a fairly deep ball pit, which was difficult to maneuver (even as an adult). The slides were all extremely steep, including a glass piano slide that I found unsafe and uncomfortable. Sliding down the glass panels was painful, and the seams between each panel made the ride bumpy. The steepness of every slide caused my toddler to hit his head, no matter which one he tried. One slide on the big kids' side had a large hump that created a negative impact on the landing. Even though we didn't let our son go on it alone, another kid pushed him down. After going after my son, I realized how unsafe it was--the dip in the hump caused a sudden jolt, making it hard to control speed or maintain posture. I have several bruises from getting up the steepness of the rock climb, and up the slides even with gripper socks. My tailbone is bruised from the glass piano slide. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. We were there for a toddler's birthday party, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It didn't feel safe, and everything from the obstacle course to the main play area was inconvenient and poorly designed for toddlers.

Everybody was so helpful and nice, special shout out to our helper Mariah, she was honestly amazing and knew how to cut a cake. I stumbled upon this place as an ad through IG, did my research, compared it to other options I had in mind and finally settled on this place due to their wide range of party packages. I would 100% recommend bringing your kiddos here or hosting a party here. The party room we got was big enough for all 40 guest we had plus the big decorations we did, the availability to bring our own cooler and food was perfect since most places offer in house pizza catering and drinks marked up. The cleanliness was a plus, it definitely doesn't smell like stinky socks right when you walk in and they had a little play area dedicated for the younger babies unlike most indoor play areas you go to. In all... my daughter, the rest of the kiddos (ages ranging from 1-10 y/o), and even the adults had a blast at this place. Can't wait to come back!

In my past experience, only the kids' tickets need to be redeemed, not the parents', especially since adults are not playing. Today, the man at the front desk told both my husband and me that we also had to redeem tickets for ourselves. I was surprised, but when I asked why, he coldly said, "It's the policy." After I signed the waivers and was about to go in, I noticed a large sign right behind me that said ADULT IS FREE. I asked the receptionist again why we still had to redeem tickets for the adults, and he simply repeated, "It's policy." I then asked to speak with a supervisor because this felt very unfair, and he told me that he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with someone from corporate, he then said he was the manager. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and told him I would leave a review about my experience. Only then did he call a private number, and the owner told me that different Kanga locations operate under different policies. She said she does not know what other stores do, but at this location, adults also have to redeem tickets when using a GetOut Pass. We will not come back again! the biggest issue was not even the redemptions, but how poorly the situation was handled on site and how arrogant the staff were On top of that, there was a birthday party going on, and we could consistently smell marijuana, which was another reason we did not want to stay. I believe it may have been from one of the parents who had smoked before coming in, and the smell was lingering inside. This is supposed to be a child-friendly environment, and the smell was very obvious. Even the mom next to me was talking about it, but the staff did nothing, which was extremely frustrating.

I truly hate to write a review like this, but as a fellow business owner, I believe in the…read moreimportance of customer service. I always strive to treat people well, even in moments where I may feel I'm right. That's just part of doing good business. Back in August 2019, I rented the Dripping Slime bus for our kids and nephew to make slime. The owner was kind and respectful, even though the air conditioning wasn't working in the Houston heat. I chalked it up to growing pains since she had just started the business, and I appreciated her professionalism and warmth. Fast forward to yesterday, I was excited to bring my 3-year-old daughter to the storefront for her first slime experience. She wasn't born yet during our first encounter, but she's really into slime now, so I thought this would be perfect. When we walked in, the initial staff was welcoming, although they didn't seem to know about our reservation. No big deal they got us started right away. There were a few teenage boys working, and while it was clear they were still learning how to engage with customers, they were polite, helpful, and attentive. Everything was fine until the owner arrived. The moment she walked in, the energy completely shifted. I instantly recognized her as the woman who helped us in 2019, and I was genuinely looking forward to congratulating her on the success of opening a storefront and offering encouragement. But I never got that chance. She came in with a visible attitude and immediately began loudly scolding and cursing at the teenage staff, right in front of customers and children. Her language was inappropriate, and the tone was aggressive. There were only two customers present: myself and another mother with her young son. My daughter is just 3 years old, and the other kids in the space couldn't have been more than 10. None of us were acknowledged or greeted, just subjected to that energy. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. The entire atmosphere shifted in a way that no parent would want their child around. What hurts most is that I intentionally chose this business over other options, like Slimoo, because I wanted to support a Black-owned business. But as a community, we have to do better. Success isn't just about having a great product or idea, it's about how you treat people. And the repeated complaints in her reviews about poor customer service suggest this isn't a one-time thing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this place. The teenagers there did their best, and I feel for them, as well as for the customers who experienced that energy. But ultimately, the owner's attitude will be the downfall of this business if it doesn't change. People will go out of their way to support great service, even if the product is just average. But if the service is bad? Customers will go elsewhere. I sincerely hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to reflect, seek some customer service training, or perhaps reevaluate if this industry is really the right fit. Not every path is meant for everyone, and that's okay. But treating people with kindness and respect should never be optional.

I want to start this review off my stating that I read most of the Google reviews when my sister…read more(in love) told me this was where she was having my nieces 5th birthday party. I was definitely skeptical however, I am sooooooo glad she did!!! The party was cute, unique, the hosts were attentive and they made great use of the time that was given to celebrate the birthday girl! At one point, even the owner was helping out! Honestly, as one of the parents watching and taking pics of the kiddos, I was secretly hoping someone wouldn't show so I could get in on the fun! This is a small space and I must've bumped into one of the hosts at least 5-10 times over the course of the party (taking pics and tending to guests) but never once was an eye rolled or any inclination that I was in her way! She politely smiled and said, you're no bother at all! Her patience with the kiddos was unmatched! And we had some eager little ones! Lol. There was also a moment where guests were uncomfortable with the temperature, I asked the host if it was okay if we lowered the air just a bit... I was truly expecting her to be like, REALLY?!?!? Lol! But again, she said oh yeah, I can do that right now (and that she was warm too )! This review is getting lengthy, I know, so I'll wrap it up... But in closing, don't let previous reviews stop you from enjoying this experience! Our kiddos and parents had a great time and I'm planning to return with my daughter for some mommy and me QT! Great job Dripp'in Slime! Thank you for being creative and stepping out of the norm to deliver an experience that keeps young kids engaged and excited! I was looking for you on IG to tag you in the MANY pics that were taken... but couldn't find the location
